The Canteen and Bunny Dango Shop [seeking mecha and pilots!]

Hello, everynyan, and welcome to my interest check! Perhaps you're a Monster Hunter fan like me, hoping to turn giant dinosaurs into fashionable armor? Or something else has your attention? Either way, come in, have a seat, and enjoy a cup of tea (or, if you're like me, coffee)! A little about myself:

• I'm male, and will be 30 years old in a couple of years. I've been writing as a hobby since the end of elementary school, and I first started RPing in high school. I do my best to utilize proper spelling and grammar, but I know that nobody's perfect, so any potential partners don't need to worry about me being a stickler, especially if English isn't their first language.
• My responses tend to be on the shorter end of the spectrum (1-3 paragraphs), but I do my best to put detail and information in those short replies.
• I love romantic subplots in RPs. I live vicariously through my characters, and cute, fluffy, wholesome stuff is something I love. That being said, they're not necessary, but you'll definitely be able to get my attention more easily if you bring up you'd like a romantic angle. As far as pairings go, I prefer MxF (with me as M) and FxF.
• I love when partners want to chat OoC. Share memes, talk about their day, that kind of stuff!
• Even more than that, I love partners who are communicative and willing to hash out details for a RP. Tell me what you're looking for, what you like, and what you don't like. An RP isn't fun for me if everyone involved isn't having a good time!
• When it comes to faceclaims for characters, I don't like using pictures of real people. Almost all the time, any faceclaims I use will be anime/manga style, or be drawn or created in-game (for example, I will probably use my Monster Hunter characters from the games and take screenshots of them for a RP).

A Note on 18+ Content

When it comes to NSFW content, I'm incredibly vanilla, aside from a few kinks. While I adore yuri romance, I have absolutely no idea how to write NSFW scenes as a female character, so my go-to pairing for anything sezzy will be MxF. My two biggest kinks are brother x sister (or variations including step and half) and anything involving uniforms or cosplay.

- Adapting the events of a game with our own characters (I've played all of the 3DS titles available in America, as well World/Iceborne and Rise/Sunbreak)
- An original region we create ourselves
- Human x Wyverian (I've always had a soft spot for elf girls, and Wyverians are no exception, especially after Hinoa and Minoto were introduced in Rise; that being said, you might be able to convince me to play a Wyverian character for you)
- Hunter x Rider (I would love to explore the differences between Hunter and Rider culture more)

Hello everynyan! I go by LongSwordMain, but please call me whatever you like. I'm expecting at least one angry nickname from people who have dealt with LS mains in the Monster Hunter games for any period of time. I'm an almost-30 year old male from the United States, and as the avatar and name would imply, I'm a fan of the Monster Hunter series. I've been writing as a hobby since the end of elementary school, and have RP'd on and off since high school. I'm currently looking for some new creative outlets, so I decided to join a few forums.

Aside from Monster Hunter, I'm a big fan of science fiction and fantasy. I grew up reading stories from authors like CS Lewis, HG Wells, JRR Tolkien, and Michael Crichton, but I fell down the rabbit hole of anime and manga in high school, which has led to me exploring certain parts of Japanese pop culture, including music (I've been on a big J-rock/J-metal binge lately) and Vtubers (Nerissa Ravencroft is my oshi).

Hopefully I can find other people as weird unique as I am, and have a good time here. :)
