Nathan swore loudly as the Gauss Rifle round grazed the left engine of his Vertibird, leaving a large gash in the metal. He would probably be able to get the craft back in the air, but only for a short journey, after which it would need some serious fixing. He called out over the Enclave's Radio frequency for the battle "Somebody get that bastard with the Gauss Rifle, now!", to which a pair of Enclave soldiers rushed off to follow through on. Once his cargo was fully unloaded, Nathan started up the engines, which made a rough sound of metal-on-metal in the left one. "Dragonfly 3-5, taking off now. Making immediate exit to nearest safe zone for emergency battlefield repairs." He called onto the radio as he took off slowly, taking far longer than normal to leave the area due to the damaged engine.

"This is callsign Dragonfly 3-5, coming in with a fresh payload." Nathan spoke over the radio of his Vertibird, as it flew towards Old Man's Corner, bringing in aid to the Enclave forces fighting there. Anyone nearby would hear the rush of propellers adding to the cacophony of the battle. Before landing, Nathan would fire off a pair of missiles from the launcher at the presumed location of the enemy, helping to ensure the inevitable Enclave victory. As his vertibird touched down, he spoke over the radio again. "Dragonfly 3-5 has touched down, releasing payload now."

Hoping to get an Enclave character accepted, to help even out the field a bit. I took a bit of liberty in regards to rank, because I figured that Enclave Veritbird pilots would use Air Force ranks. If this should be corrected, let me know.

Nathan Johnson

Name=Senior Airman Nathan Johnson
Age=24
Looks (picture optional)=Nathan has close-cropped, jet black hair, and a thin bit of stubble on his chin. His face has a few scars and burns from some mishaps with machinery when he was younger, and he's missing his left ear. He stands at about 5' 10", and weighs a lean 170 pounds. He wears an Army Mechanics jumpsuit, with the emblem of the Enclave on the left shoulder, and the rank chevrons of the Enclave Air Force Senior Airman on each shoulder. Before flying to a known combat zone, he'll often strap some combat armor over his chest and legs, just in case.
Personality=Very outgoing and open, for the most part, but touch his veritbird without permission and he'll chew out for sure. He does his best to follow orders, and does truly believe that what the Enclave does is for the best.

Backstory= Born to the Enclave in 2258, his father was quick to bring him up as a pilot and mechanic. He proved to have an innate knack for fixing and building things, and for being a good soldier. When he was 10, he had his first major machinery accident, scarring and burning his face, and leaving him without a left ear. From then on he learned to work far more carefully, even to the detriment of time. At the age of 18, he was inducted into the Enclave Air Force at the rank of Airman, and started work as a full-time mechanic. Eventually, he would get promoted enough to be able to fly and maintain his own veritbird. As an oddity, and from personal preference, he chose to use one of the remaining older Transport models, rather than the newer gunship models used by many of the current pilots.
Weapon choice= A cut-down AER9 laser rifle, with a shortened barrel and stock, to enable it to fit next to him in his Vertibird's cockpit. He also keeps a combat knife in a sheath in his right boot.
Any other info not included in the above=Flies an older Transport-class Vertibird(The type from Fallout 2).

After Ahab had stepped away, David would step back up to the requisition desk. "Sorry if you're busy, but I was hoping to obtain some new gear, such as maybe a weapon more effective against power armor? My current weapon, a .45 Colt, isn't exactly the right thing to be using after all. If need be, I can pay. I know that in the past, the Brotherhood of Steel has required new members to pay for their gear."

"I was at the town center, mainly making sure the wounded would live past the fight. My main weapon is hardly any good against power armor. That's partly why I'm here, to see about obtaining something new. But I'll let you and the requisition officer finish up first." David replied. He was glad to see that Ahab was still around, because from what he had heard, he was a valuable asset to have on their side. David would step off to the side, as Ahab and the Brotherhood member finished their discussion.

David would take his time walking up to the requisition desk, admiring the weaponry and the skill of those working on it. He noted quite a few weapons that were rather rare on the East Coast, but he had seen a bit of in the Midwest, such as the Winchester P94 plasma rifle(sometimes called a plasma caster), or the Wattz 1000 laser pistol. Finally reaching the desk, he noted the Super Mutant standing there, wearing a very unique set of T-51b power armor. David was sure this had been the super mutant that was with the Liberty City group before. "Excuse me." He would say, "You're Ahab correct, one of the ones who was with us at Liberty City and afterwards? I think I heard about you during the events after the battle. Sorry if I'm wrong, by the way, it's hard to tell if I'm right when you're wearing a suit of power armor."
