Your Dungeon can have one room from a different Dungeon type:
> ENCLAVE :
> HIDEOUT :
> STRONGHOLD :
> TEMPLE :
@Lucius Cypher Here's the current map, where would you like to put the Secret Tunnel? Or you can switch to a different Tier 1 Room if desired.

@Dark Cloud bwhahahaha! typical. I think its because the other PDF is so big :P
@Dark Cloud yep! Also you can use any form of D&D sheet you wish, I also have a bare bones BBcode one if you need it. I can link you the Commoner class if you need it too, it'll be a few levels before people hit level 1 Adventurer classes if they survive
@Lucius Cypher Perfect! I think you can make Elf Slayer later to give you +effect vs elves at Tier 2 with the dwarvern negative. You could even get started on it as your upcoming downtime action when we get to that point so something to think about.

Last call for traps & locks otherwise we'll go with these:

Locks:
1 vote for an iron lock (padlock?)
1 vote to lock adventurers into the maze.

Traps:
1 vote for pitfall trap near mineshaft

If no one has a preference for the sanctum stairs I'll put it on the south exit of the Minion Room.

Other then that, feel free to post IC with your monsters getting settled into life building a dungeon. My reccomendation would be to pick out a few scenes that are meaningful to your character (like overseeing rooms being built to your specifications, traumatising the imps, finding a place for the prisoner, ect). This section takes place over the course of a couple months so feel free to give us a taste of what it's like in your character's mind as they get settled in their new home.

I'd like to see a little of each character before I put up the next GM post, which will lead us into the Lurking phase and downtime fun ;)
@Kenshi sorry, doing the loot rolls early means I don't have everything properly formatted yet. The jist is:

Tier 1 to be useful for PCs, but have minor effect on NPCs.
Tier 2 tend to give PCs a strong advantage or push NPCs into a tough spot.
Tier 3 tend to drastically alter the entire dynamic of the story and NPCs must deal with the fallout.

I'm playing some Valheim this evening but hopefully might have some time a bit later today to give more info. If not I can expand upon it more tommorrow.

@Lucius Cypher hmm, I'd need some time to think about that one. Typically edges don't make you better at killing things though it is possible to grant +position or +effect. Either way, that'd be a tier 2 item since it affects NPC so you can't draw it as your loot this time around.
@Shovel hell yes! welcome aboard :D

that's 3 so we have enough, I'll leave it a day to see if the OG folks want in and then we can start this ball rolling.
@Kenshi cool! which type of valuable item would you like? You can click the links below to see some examples:

valuable item: might be a few doses of a tier 1 potion or concoction or a tier 1 contraption or magic item. It could also be an item with an edge, a map with valuable information on it, or a rare musical instrument.

@Dark Cloud oh hell yes, that's awesome! He could be in Myres Root with the rogues or with Cradle's Abyss. Let me know which faction you think he'd like to be connected to :D
@Dark Cloud bwhahahahaha! well, if you did decide you wanted to play one... you just might get a few funny looks from the villagefolk is all!
@Dark Cloud It's just the pinglist from the char tab, I wanted the people who were involved in the first game to get first dibs. I was planning to ping you once I knew how many of the origional cast were planning to join :D
