Also, I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that there are wild Growlithe near Pureplain, I don't remember if it was route 1 or 2. Is this true? And if so, is it of general knowledge? Because if Erza finds out, he's more than likely going after this fire-type (It's also one of my favs, hehe)

The Uzumaki clan were particularly known for their long lifespans and general longevity. They were also somewhat known for their incredible potential, regarding fuinjutsu and other shinobi arts. Particularly, this child's father was a specialist in assassination - an art that he retired from after the birth of his daughter. The man, named Ryukori, understood that the same hands which kill can also bring beautiful life: His daughter meant everything to him. Tsuyoi's mother was a headstrong woman, she had insisted through her pregnancy for her husband to retire and he never did, the birth of her daughter made her happy because not only she was blessed with a beautiful child, but the safety of her husband.
The child's name was chosen in unison: Tsuyoi (強い, Strong). Perhaps it was the randomness of it all, or maybe fate knew that this child would need to be strong indeed, for many hardships were yet to come since her very early life. Two years after Tsuyoi's birth, her family was struck with overwhelming good news. Her mother was pregnant again and their family would become bigger. Luckily, Ryukori had a wealthy income before, so they were to have a comfortable life together.
Unfortunately, however, the good news also came with a tremendously bad one. Tsuyoi's mother had caught a threatening sickness which was weakening her overtime. When it was too late, they found out that her weakened state and the sickness could potentially kill her if she was to give birth to a second child. The woman bravely decided to risk her life and so, she did.
Both the child and Tsuyoi's mother deceased.
Now, those turn of events that destroyed a happy family and left an unrecognizable father and his young daughter affected Tsuyoi in a very negative way. She was taken under the care of her grandmother, one of the elders of the Uzumaki clan for the most part, growing under her wing. She was educated, taught and learned everything with Kashiko - who despite the sorrow of losing a newborn grandson and her daughter, still found strength to ensure Tsuyoi grew comfortably.
Sadly, Ryukori lost himself. The man spent the majority of his free time drinking and returned to work as an assassin, taking the lives of dangerous criminals that were too dangerous to be captured and imprisoned. The few times Tsuyoi saw his father, all she saw was the shadow of a man who now had nothing. The few words exchanged between them were nothing meaningful. Nothing. Tsuyoi had only her grandmother to learn from, to listen to and to speak with.
When she became old enough, Kashiko enrolled Tsuyoi in the shinobi academy. It was natural that with her Uzumaki lineage, she was expected to have some talent in shinobi arts, but Tsuyoi's graduation was basic and bare. She was not a prodigy, not a specifically talented genin, nothing. Just a genin. But that didn't bother the young girl at all, she was starting to develop her qualities as a shinobi just now.
During her time in the academy, there was many people Tsuyoi spent time with, but one particular person was a white haired boy from a clan named Kazane. The boy was stern and usually had a cold demeanor, but in truth, he was friendly and warm - just too timid and eventually kept to himself to speak with others. The two of them however, managed to create a growing friendship, especially when they began taking missions together.
Eventually, Ryukori defected from the village. No one understood his reasons, but Tsuyoi did not feel bad at all. She never had a father-daughter relationship with him, instead, all she had was Kashiko, her grandmother. That was more than enough.
Time passed and eventually, Tsuyoi went in a mission with two other genin and Yūkan, her friend - who was younger than her, but already progressed to the rank of chuunin. The task was to find a highly dangerous shinobi who was mysteriously assassinating people. It was believed that this shinobi worked for money, killing any target without remorse as long as there was money involved. There were rumors that he used lightning chakra, but nothing was ever confirmed. Tsuyoi and her team were tasked to investigate, confirm and return. They were not to engage in combat with the assassin, as it was highly dangerous.
That didn't happen, however. While Tsuyoi and her team examined the outskirts of a neighboring, small village, they heard rustling in the leaves nearby. One of the stubborn genins followed after, which led the whole team to chase after him. The event unfolded in a way that wasn't ever expected: The sound of Lightning was heard in the distance, followed by a horrific scream. When Tsuyoi, Yūkan and the other genin arrived, they saw their teammate impaled in the stomach with two arcs of lightning. His limp body felt cold onto the ground.
Tsuyoi froze in place, eyes widen - unable to move a single muscle as the horrendous sight of that scarred her for the rest of eternity. Yūkan however, gestured both of his teammates to stay behind him, screaming for them to run at his command. They stared in horror as the source of lightning moved slowly forward, a tall, imposing figure of a man with a twisted smile in his lips, his bright red hair lifted with the static generated by the lightning chakra. His name... Ryukori Uzumaki. Tsuyoi's father.
Whenever he had lost himself to madness or simply didn't care about his long unseen daughter mattered little. The man lunged forward with unbelievable speed, his hands clasping together as he formed quick handseals, then, he pointed his hands up as lightning gathered in the tip of his fingers, that same sound as before echoing through the woods as he drove his hand down, the arcs of lightning cutting through wood and leaves as they were aimed towards Tsuyoi, Yūkan and the other genin. Tsuyoi, still pathetically froze in place, would be dead if it wasn't for the genin that threw her a few meters back while he too, leapt off the man's attack's range. Yūkan dodged skillfully, throwing a number of kunai in direction of the man.
Who easily avoided them while moving through the woods, easily dancing around. The voice of her friend awakened her from her paralyzed state, bringing Tsuyoi battle into the field. Yūkan tried to comfort her, knowing how terribly hard it likely was, but he assured her that he would always be there for her. Tsuyoi's eyes narrowed as she held her hands up and moved herself to be in a battle stance. Her mind was still foggy, with many unavoidable thoughts that she choose to ignore. Now she had to fight, or she would die.
Under Yūkan's command, the two genin rapidly threw shuriken and kunai together towards their opponent, giving him little room to dodge. Instead, the man made a few handseals and placed both of his palms in front of him, aimed at the flying weapon. His agility with seals was incredible. A static field was created, instantly stopping all the projectiles as they fell onto the ground in front of him.
The man proceeded to attack Yūkan, they traded punches and kicks in close-quarter combat and in a matter of seconds, the man got a hit in, sending Yūkan flying against a tree. The boy slammed against it and fell unconscious on the ground, remaining there. Now, the man focused his attention on the two other genin. Tsuyoi's hope were slowly taken out of her, she knew she would die - at the hands of her criminal father - simply because the difference in power and skill between them was too great.
Still, she wouldn't allow herself to go down easily. With the aid of the other genin, Tsuyoi tried to engage in close combat with the much stronger shinobi. The two of them could barely attack and dodge his attack, his speed being overwhelming and the pressure of his attacks far greater than the two genin could keep up with. They did a few good hits, but it never stopped the man. Eventually, the genin received a powerful knee to his chest, which sent him coughing and rolling backwards into unconsciousness.

【ᴀʙɪʟɪᴛɪᴇs ᴀɴᴅ sᴘᴇᴄɪᴀʟ ᴛʀᴀɪᴛs】 Tsuyoi excels in the fields of taijutsu, shurikenjutsu, fuinjutsu. She is average in the fields of ninjutsu, nintaijutsu, bukijutsu. She is horrible in the fields of genjutsu, iryo ninjutsu, kenjutsu, senjutsu, kinjutsu.
Name of Technique: Raijin (雷神Thunder God). Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu. Rank: C. Range: N/A. Nature Type: Lightning Release. Handseals: 4 (Snake, dragon, dog, snake). Description: Raijin is a technique under development which is basically a much weaker version of the technique it has been based on: Lightning Release Chakra Mode. Under the same circumstances, it uses the user's lightning chakra to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time by a small fraction, allowing the user to dodge, react and attack in a shorter opportunity. It may move the user move faster, but it's barely a noticeable change. Weakness: Not the most reliable technique - and it still is under development by Tsuyoi.
Name of Technique: Mukō Kōgeki (無効攻撃'Void Attack'). Type of Jutsu: Nintaijutsu. Rank: C. Range: N/A. Nature Type: Lightning Release. Handseals: N/A. Description: Tsuyoi passively activates this technique when engaged in close combat. Lightning chakra is focused on her knuckles, hands, elbows and knees, imperceptive to most foes because of the small amount. Every time she strikes her foes, the lightning chakra flows into the area, nullifying their nerves and making them feel no pain. This becomes dangerous if she hits consecutively because those affected by this technique will not notice the damage they are taking. Weakness: Not feeling pain is not always a negative.
Name of Technique: Kūkyo (空虚'Void Lethality'). Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu. Rank: C. Range: Same as thrown weapons. Nature Type: Lightning Release. Handseals: N/A Description: The ranged version of the technique above. Lightning chakra is applied to ranged weapons before they are thrown; the lightning nullifies pain, making it harder for enemies to notice they have been struck. Weakness: Same as above.
Name of Technique: Mahi-sei no Senbon (麻痺性Paralyzing Senbon). Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu/Shurikenjutsu. Rank: C. Range: Same as thrown senbon. Nature Type: Lightning Release. Handseals: 2 - (Dog, Bird). Description: Tsuyoi molds her lightning chakra's frequency, applying it to her senbon before throwing them. If it finds their mark, the target will feel the lightning chakra passing through them, affecting the nerves of that particular area which paralyzes it temporarily. Unless it hits above the neck, it will only paralyze a small portion of their body. For example, hitting their left shoulder means their left arm won't be usable for the next minute or so. Stronger shinobi can resist it, possibly. Weakness: Not that hard to find out.
Name of Technique: Kiyō Sonae(器用備え'Dexterous Arrangement'). Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu. Rank: D. Range: N/A. Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A Description: Channeling chakra through one's own muscles, nerves, and other necessary tissues—typically within the arms, wrists and hands—the user enhances their ability to skillfully manipulate objects as well as increasing the speed at which they can do so. This technique should not be utilized for extended periods of time as it causes undue strain on the affected body parts. Despite this, it is relatively useful, and while it is a simple technique based on typical principles, it does require decent chakra control to fully utilize. This may make techniques such as Chakra Flow or other projected chakra-based abilities. Weakness: Listed above.
Name of Technique: Kōgu Kuchiyose(工具口寄せ 'Tool Summoning'). Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu. Rank: B. Range: N/A. Nature Type: N/A. Handseals: Description: An adaptation of the summoning technique created through study of Lightning Flash Blade Creation, this technique allows the user to effectively 'link' a series of seals laid upon objects. The technique is most often utilized for the quick recall of various ninja tools to ones hands. As such, Tsuyoi has applied this seal to all of her tools as well as the space between her fingers, on her feet, and on her palms. Weakness: Disrupt the seals or channel chakra through an object with them and the user will be unable to use this technique properly.
As the pokémon laughed, Erza narrowed his eyes slightly. Then he noticed the girl apologizing for her pokémon, which made his lips twist upward in a soft and friendly smile. The girl spoke her name and then said the name of all her four pokémon, all of them were ghost types - what a spooky girl, Erza thought, but at the same time was more than well acquainted with the ghost types. He did come from a town where some trainers prominently used them, even the leader of the gym.
"Well, hello Amelia, Litwick, Shuppet and Pumpkaboo." There was a slight pause as Erza's gaze fell onto Phantump. He smirked. "And hello to you too, Phantump."
The boy nodded briefly, then raised his left hand and pointed his own thumb towards himself, tapping his chest twice before speaking. "I am Erza Thompson, from Johto. You seem to really enjoy ghost type pokémon, Amelia. My town's gym leader is known for that too." The boy stated, shifting his gaze back onto the young trainer. "Do you know who I am talking about, professor Kalmia?" The boy inquired, mostly out of curiosity.
With a more analytic thought, this very young girl already had four pokémon with her, where Erza had none. She is likely one of those prodigy trainers that appear once every few years... The thought comforted him because if not, it meant all other trainers were too far ahead for Erza to catch up.
Honestly, Erza felt embarrassed before even seeing the professor. He adjusted his scarf, nervously fidgeting with his clothes as he tried to think of a proper excuse for both his lateness and his current state. If he was a pokémon professor, the last thing he'd give a boy who showed at his door covered in soil and in a completely messy state, would be a pokémon. If Kalmia's mindset was the same as his own, he was in a possible nightmare. If all went wrong, he could try stealing some pokéballs and catching-
The door opened and his mind closed, shoving all his thoughts aside as the professor greeted him, even calling him by his name. How did she- well, no matter, the fact that she knew who he was could be taken as a positive fact. Possibly, the way she greeted him also meant that she had been waiting for his appearance. The boy immediately apologized:
"You must be professor Kalmia, I'm so sorry about my delay! I had a little, uh.." The boy fell silent, the inner workings of his mind quickly functioning, searching for a plausible explanation. Before he could say anything, the woman seemed to take note of his state, addressing that he looked as if he returned from an adventure instead of being right at the initial stage of one. True.
Erza's eyes analyzed his surroundings. From the outside, he could never guess that it looked like this inside. It was filled with computer's servers, the strange placement of the book-shelves bothered Erza slightly but he said nothing about it, naturally remaining quiet while following the professor. The glimpse of the slowpoke made Erza's eyebrow raise as the boy's eyes focused on the strange pokémon. He even followed it's gaze only to see... nothing. Funny. Hopefully that wasn't his first pokémon...
Finally, there was a younger girl - way younger in fact. Erza thought it could be the professor's daughter, perhaps - or a sister. Well, maybe he could ask later.
"Aah, I'm also sorry for showing up like this, professor Kalmia. I've had an eventful path in the way here. B-By the way, I'm still going to get a pokémon, right?!" Damage analysis no way, he was far more focused on the pokémon he could possibly get. And the choices he'd get. Colorful images of immensely powerful pokémon began to fill his mind, only to disappear at the startling sound of: "TUUUUUUMMMMP!"
The boy immediately leaped directly to the professor's side with an audible yelp, if anything, he was certain that the professor could handle any danger within her own lab.

I changed it because Jūho does sound better. Also, I took a look at Roku and oh my sweet little lanta, she's 8758454% stronger than Yukan and still a chuunin. Maybe I should rank him down LOL

Kazane's clan origins trace back to the Demons Years and beyond. Those brave shinobi, gifted with a powerful kekkei genkai which frequently manifest within their members: Lava Release. More rarely, members have also shown to be born with Scorch Release kekkei genkai - and there has been recorded cases of members born with both Lava and Scorch Release, having domain over three chakra natures since birth. Often, those became leading figures of their clan.
The Kazane clan's strength was recognized across the land of wind, their origin land. They had a village of their own, secluded and safe from the wrath of the constant rampaging bijuu. While many smaller clans and villages suffered heavy attacks, the Kazane prospered and grew, their shinobi often sent to aid other neighboring villages.
However, years passed and peace seemed to settle within. The Kazane's number expanded, but their shinobi shriveled. Many lost interest in taking the path of a shinobi, turning to farms and craft. Their feared fame of powerful shinobi shifted to a clan of skillful artisans: A particularly interesting artifact that has been created by their craftsmen was the Kyōsōshin, a sword imbued with the competitive spirit of the clan as a whole, as well as an enormous amount of chakra infused within it. The sword was the literal last memory of their days of glory on the battlefield. It was kept within the clan's elder house.
The clan came to a near end however, when the betrayal of the Kazekage made the bijuu return and with them, a wrath so powerful that even whole countries couldn't hold themselves against their immensurable power. When one of those vile beasts attacked the Kazane's village, it was no different. Had been hundreds of years ago, it was certain that the Kazane would give the bijuu a rough time, but now, without their well trained shinobi and previous glory, all that happened was a massacre that took 80% of the clan's members and left a permanent scar in the memory of those who survived. After this incident, the remaining members migrated to the land of fire, being accepted into the villages in there. Recently, the clan has started to expand again, even if they are far from being the great clan they once were.
Born sixteen winters ago, into the land of fire which is now known as Kyokujitsu, Yūkan was always a fiery child. He grew up hearing the stories of his clan's past, softened by the sweet voice of his mother, but advised by the stern ways of his father. After the incident which took the Kazane's clan to near extinction, those remaining members who had a strong enough will bound together and began training. The newborn children were raised as if it were times of war, trained from a very young age to become powerful shinobi - all with the intent that if one day, war was on their doorstep again, they would not die without putting up a good fight.
This promise was particularly stronger when it came to Yūkan's father: The man was a direct descendant of the elder, and if the clan had the same structure as before, he would more than likely be the elder. The kekkei genkai that ran with the clan's member seemed to disappear, after many years there were only three members who manifested the Lava Release kekkei genkai. Yūkan however, seemed to have a pretty good grasp on three different chakra natures: Katon, Futon and Doton, the child was a prodigy when compared to his peers, having displayed outstanding abilities since very young.
That was not enough to prove that he was indeed one of the few individuals born with the clan's kekkei genkai, however. Still, the young boy was trained on a consistent basis. When he entered the academy, there was no doubt that he was very skilled shinobi from a young age: It all came naturally and within weeks, the boy graduated directly to chuunin grade, at the age of eleven. The reason? He had showed unmatched hand to hand abilities, impressive ninjutsu and unbelievable chakra control for a boy his age. Indeed, Yūkan took the stories of his clan's past as the reasoning behind his life: The boy had a burning desire to restore his clan to it's former glory and he trained nonstop, until his body couldn't take it. He would become a powerful shinobi and guide the Kazane clan into a new age.
Especially because the boy had found out that he had been gifted with both his clan's Scorch Release and Lava Release. In his self training, he manifested both of his kekkei genkai accidentally when trying to combine his natures into more powerful techniques. The only one who knew was his father, who frequently trained with the boy. He was advised to keep it a secret, for now. His father told him that one day, the boy would lead the clan Kazane - restoring it to what it once was. These words marked Yūkan's heart with a burning passion for his clan.
Taking missions was an arduous process. Often, they were too boring for Yūkan to enjoy them, he felt as if there was no growth doing petty jobs. Those were peaceful times, but deep down, the boy lunged for war. For something where he could truly put his abilities to test, to improve. The stagnant pace of things that peace gave him wasn't enough.
At least, the boy became officially a jonin ranked shinobi at the age of thirteen. He had been observed by higher ranking shinobi, his abilities were more than sufficient, easily surpassing many older individuals. When his promotion happened, Yūkan's father gave the boy a sword that he heard of in the stories of his clan. He told him that this blade held the competitive spirit of the Kazane's clan and that together with Yūkan burning passion, they would become unstoppable. He spent the next years training to his absolut limit with the sword and his kekkei genkai, becoming a seemingly powerful shinobi.

Name of Weapon or Item: Kyōsōshin 競争心 (Competitive Spirit) Description: Kyōsōshin's appearance is simple: It's a chokutõ (Straight Sword) with a black handle and a matching black sheath, the sword's blade is exceptional in terms of quality. However, the sword is not as basic as it's appearance, this powerful artifact has the strange ability to link itself with the wielder and once it does, the sword and it's wielder can together activate the sword's true ability: Competitive Spirit.
Within the sword, a massive amount of chakra is stored, chakra that can only be accessed during an actual fight. Whenever the wielder is pushed beyond his limits or faces a more powerful foe, the sword allows the wielder to tap into a percentage of it's chakra, increasing the wielder's attributes from slightly to drastically, depending on the situation and how dire it currently is. The steel and Kyõsõshin itself are virtually unbreakable through normal means, being extremely resistant and having an absolute endurance to strikes. However, some shinobi stronger could find a way to damage the sword permanently.
Beyond that, Yūkan can flow his own chakra through the sword, making it a dangerous and deadly weapon if he gets close to his target. This allows him to increase it's range, add a variety of techniques which he frequently uses in battle and even cut through lesser quality swords with ease.

Scorch Release (灼遁, Shakuton) is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai made up of techniques that mix fire and wind-based chakra to create scorching heat which is capable of heating up an enemy to the point where all the liquid inside their body evaporates, killing the victim and leaving them as a desiccated corpse.
Lava Release (溶遁; 熔遁, Yōton) is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai made up of techniques that mix fire and earth-based chakra to create volcanic materials such as lava or rubber in different properties and usages.
Name of Technique: Shakuton - Kasei Haen Hana (Scorch Release: Wild Flame Flower) Type of Jutsu: Offensive Rank: B Range: Medium to Long range Nature Type: Scorch Release Description: One of the Kazane's signature move, this powerful ninjutsu is performed with the use of their absolute scorch release. The user first mold their chakra before expelling it in the form of a flower with five petals which forms itself completely in front of them. Then, with a hand gesture, the user can send each petal individually in a desired direction. The projectile travels at a fast rate, but the catch is that they divide into many smaller projectiles. As known, scorch release is very powerful and if those small projectiles connect, they'll literally burn in such heat that the liquid in one's body evaporates. A single hit to the arm could leave the arm unusable, for example.
The fine control that Yukan has over this technique allows him to throw up to two petals at once, controlling the projectiles with peculiar mastery. The flower itself floats above him for up to thirty seconds or until every petal has been released. Disrupting his concentration will cause the jutsu to dissipate. Weakness: Powerful water techniques and very agile shinobi who can dodge or avoid all projectiles.
Name of Technique: Futon - Jūho (Wind Release: Gentle Step) Type of Jutsu: Supplementary Rank: E Range: Self or very close Nature Type: Wind Release Description: This technique allows Yūkan to modify the wind around his feet and body, making it solid enough for him to step on it. He frequently uses this technique to maneuver himself while mid-air, often getting himself the advantage of an unpredictable or unseen attack. It's fairly costless to use, but requires certain concentration and precision. It can also be used to disrupt an enemy's footing, giving Yūkan an opportunity to strike. Weakness: It may become predictable after a few uses. More experienced shinobi should easily avoid being caught off guard by attacks followed after this technique.
Name of Technique: Shakuton - Honõ Hakai-tekina (Scorch Release: Disruptive Flames) Type of Jutsu: Offensive Rank: C Range: Medium Nature Type: Scorch Release Description: Yūkan spits a thick flame orb that quickly travels in direction of an enemy. If it gets close enough, Yūkan can control the flame and cause it to expand to a sizeable pillar of scorching fire, causing extreme damage to any enemy caught within it - to the point of burning the liquid of their body. Yūkan can spit up to three times when using this technique. Weakness: Well, it's not that hard to see the pattern.

Name of Technique: Yōton - Jigoku Tō (Lava Release: Hell in Earth) Type of Jutsu: Offensive Rank: S Range: Mid-range, covering a large area around Yūkan Nature Type: Lava Release Description: This powerful technique developed was originally developed by the Kazane clan to serve the purpose of destroying their foes without leaving a single survivor. In large scale battles, this technique is a nightmare to the enemy. The user must first concentrate enormous amounts of chakra, molding it with the aid of handseals, it takes roughly 35 seconds to prepare the technique. Then, the user must place both of their palms against the soil, this process takes more 25 seconds to finish. Their Lava Release chakra penetrates the earth underneath them, spreading around in a very large circular area around the user.
Then, this area will begin to crumble and tremble similar to a volcano's eruption. From the ground, holes will open and spit devastating molten lava, destroying and consuming all that is caught within it. Standing on the ground itself becomes impossible and this technique is extremely dangerous if one decides to stay within it's range. The user will remain unaffected. It is said that if used in the center of a village, one could destroy an entire village by themselves with this technique. Weakness: Takes too much preparation time, makes no difference of allies or foes.
Name of Technique: Yōton - Yōgan-shin (Lava Release: God of Lava) Type of Jutsu: Offensive, defensive, supplementary Rank: A Range: Self Nature Type: Lava Release Description: This technique is based heavily on Yōton Chakura Mōdo (Lava Release Chakra Mode). Yūkan envelops his entire body in a coating of lava that enhances the damage of his physical attacks. Due to the extreme heat generated by the lava, he is capable of burning the target without coming into direct contact with him. In addition to the offensive damage the armour can inflict, it can also be used for defensive purposes, as it acts as a deterrent towards those who wish to attack the user physically. While in this state, he can extend the lava coating to his sword, giving it the same effects.
However, this technique has been improved by Yūkan. Before entering this state, Yūkan forces himself to tap into the powerful chakra within his sword, using the competitive spirit ability to do so. Then, Yūkan can use this boosted state to use his lava chakra in various different manners, extending it's length and range at will and even focusing it all on a single part of his body for absolute protection and defense. Yūkan is also nearly immune to Katon techniques while this is held up. Weakness: Very costly for his chakra resources to be kept up, even if some is mitigated by Competitive Spirit. Has a limited time because of the strain caused on his body.
Name of Technique: Yōshakuton - Moetsuki Messhitsu (Lava/Scorch Release: Volcano Destruction) Type of Jutsu: Offensive Rank: S Range: Mid-range / Long-range Nature Type: Lava Release and Scorch Release Description: Yūkan's ultimate ability combines both of his kekkei genkai into a single, powerful technique which can create mass destruction in great scale. The initial process of this technique requires thirteen handseals which molds and combine his chakra natures inside of his lungs. He'll then tilt his head back and breath out his scorching chakra into a sphere, creating the core - then, his lava release chakra forms cracking molten rocks that cover the scorching fire, forming a perfect sphere which floats 2 meters above Yūkan.
This floating molten sphere is formed with condensed chakra. After this initial stage, Yūkan keeps a single-hand seal with his left hand. The sphere's molten rocks can be directed as very powerful projectiles in any direction Yūkan desires: These projectiles will cause extreme damage and when they connect to a surface, they explode into scorching chakra; if that wasn't enough, they leave flowing rivers of melting lava in the explosion's wake. Being directly hit by one of those projectiles means that all the liquid of your body will evaporate. Standing too close to the lava rivers left by the projectiles will make it terribly uncomfortably and most non-trained shinobi can not withstand it's heat.
Up to twenty projectiles can be shot by this technique. Some may say that the power of this technique is comparable to the one of a kekkei tõta, it still is just a combination of two kekkei genkai, however. Weakness: Very costly, otherwise, the technique itself dictates it's weaknesses.

Kazane's clan origins trace back to the Demons Years and beyond. Those brave shinobi, gifted with a powerful kekkei genkai which frequently manifest within their members: Lava Release. More rarely, members have also shown to be born with Scorch Release kekkei genkai - and there has been recorded cases of members born with both Lava and Scorch Release, having domain over three chakra natures since birth. Often, those became leading figures of their clan.
The Kazane clan's strength was recognized across the land of wind, their origin land. They had a village of their own, secluded and safe from the wrath of the constant rampaging bijuu. While many smaller clans and villages suffered heavy attacks, the Kazane prospered and grew, their shinobi often sent to aid other neighboring villages.
However, years passed and peace seemed to settle within. The Kazane's number expanded, but their shinobi shriveled. Many lost interest in taking the path of a shinobi, turning to farms and craft. Their feared fame of powerful shinobi shifted to a clan of skillful artisans: A particularly interesting artifact that has been created by their craftsmen was the Kyōsōshin, a sword imbued with the competitive spirit of the clan as a whole, as well as an enormous amount of chakra infused within it. The sword was the literal last memory of their days of glory on the battlefield. It was kept within the clan's elder house.
The clan came to a near end however, when the betrayal of the Kazekage made the bijuu return and with them, a wrath so powerful that even whole countries couldn't hold themselves against their immensurable power. When one of those vile beasts attacked the Kazane's village, it was no different. Had been hundreds of years ago, it was certain that the Kazane would give the bijuu a rough time, but now, without their well trained shinobi and previous glory, all that happened was a massacre that took 80% of the clan's members and left a permanent scar in the memory of those who survived. After this incident, the remaining members migrated to the land of fire, being accepted into the villages in there. Recently, the clan has started to expand again, even if they are far from being the great clan they once were.
Born sixteen winters ago, into the land of fire which is now known as Kyokujitsu, Yūkan was always a fiery child. He grew up hearing the stories of his clan's past, softened by the sweet voice of his mother, but advised by the stern ways of his father. After the incident which took the Kazane's clan to near extinction, those remaining members who had a strong enough will bound together and began training. The newborn children were raised as if it were times of war, trained from a very young age to become powerful shinobi - all with the intent that if one day, war was on their doorstep again, they would not die without putting up a good fight.
This promise was particularly stronger when it came to Yūkan's father: The man was a direct descendant of the elder, and if the clan had the same structure as before, he would more than likely be the elder. The kekkei genkai that ran with the clan's member seemed to disappear, after many years there were only three members who manifested the Lava Release kekkei genkai. Yūkan however, seemed to have a pretty good grasp on three different chakra natures: Katon, Futon and Doton, the child was a prodigy when compared to his peers, having displayed outstanding abilities since very young.
That was not enough to prove that he was indeed one of the few individuals born with the clan's kekkei genkai, however. Still, the young boy was trained on a consistent basis. When he entered the academy, there was no doubt that he was very skilled shinobi from a young age: It all came naturally and within weeks, the boy graduated directly to chuunin grade, at the age of eleven. The reason? He had showed unmatched hand to hand abilities, impressive ninjutsu and unbelievable chakra control for a boy his age. Indeed, Yūkan took the stories of his clan's past as the reasoning behind his life: The boy had a burning desire to restore his clan to it's former glory and he trained nonstop, until his body couldn't take it. He would become a powerful shinobi and guide the Kazane clan into a new age.
Especially because the boy had found out that he had been gifted with both his clan's Scorch Release and Lava Release. In his self training, he manifested both of his kekkei genkai accidentally when trying to combine his natures into more powerful techniques. The only one who knew was his father, who frequently trained with the boy. He was advised to keep it a secret, for now. His father told him that one day, the boy would lead the clan Kazane - restoring it to what it once was. These words marked Yūkan's heart with a burning passion for his clan.
Taking missions was an arduous process. Often, they were too boring for Yūkan to enjoy them, he felt as if there was no growth doing petty jobs. Those were peaceful times, but deep down, the boy lunged for war. For something where he could truly put his abilities to test, to improve. The stagnant pace of things that peace gave him wasn't enough.
At least, the boy became officially a jonin ranked shinobi at the age of fifteen. He had been observed by higher ranking shinobi, his abilities were more than sufficient, easily surpassing many older individuals. When his promotion happened, Yūkan's father gave the boy a sword that he heard of in the stories of his clan. He told him that this blade held the competitive spirit of the Kazane's clan and that together with Yūkan burning passion, they would become unstoppable. He spent the next year training to his absolut limit with the sword and his kekkei genkai, becoming a seemingly powerful shinobi.

Name of Weapon or Item: Kyōsōshin 競争心 (Competitive Spirit) Description: Kyōsōshin's appearance is simple: It's a chokutõ (Straight Sword) with a black handle and a matching black sheath, the sword's blade is exceptional in terms of quality. However, the sword is not as basic as it's appearance, this powerful artifact has the strange ability to link itself with the wielder and once it does, the sword and it's wielder can together activate the sword's true ability: Competitive Spirit.
Within the sword, a massive amount of chakra is stored, chakra that can only be accessed during an actual fight. Whenever the wielder is pushed beyond his limits or faces a more powerful foe, the sword allows the wielder to tap into a percentage of it's chakra, increasing the wielder's attributes from slightly to drastically, depending on the situation and how dire it currently is. The steel and Kyõsõshin itself are virtually unbreakable through normal means, being extremely resistant and having an absolute endurance to strikes. However, some shinobi stronger could find a way to damage the sword permanently.
Beyond that, Yūkan can flow his own chakra through the sword, making it a dangerous and deadly weapon if he gets close to his target. This allows him to increase it's range, add a variety of techniques which he frequently uses in battle and even cut through lesser quality swords with ease.

Name of Technique: Shakuton - Kasei Haen Hana (Scorch Release: Wild Flame Flower) Type of Jutsu: Offensive Rank: B Range: Medium to Long range Nature Type: Scorch Release Description: One of the Kazane's signature move, this powerful ninjutsu is performed with the use of their absolute scorch release. The user first mold their chakra before expelling it in the form of a flower with five petals which forms itself completely in front of them. Then, with a hand gesture, the user can send each petal individually in a desired direction. The projectile travels at a fast rate, but the catch is that they divide into many smaller projectiles. As known, scorch release is very powerful and if those small projectiles connect, they'll literally burn in such heat that the liquid in one's body evaporates. A single hit to the arm could leave the arm unusable, for example.
The fine control that Yukan has over this technique allows him to throw up to two petals at once, controlling the projectiles with peculiar mastery. The flower itself floats above him for up to thirty seconds or until every petal has been released. Disrupting his concentration will cause the jutsu to dissipate. Weakness: Powerful water techniques and very agile shinobi who can dodge or avoid all projectiles.

He frequently uses this technique to maneuver himself while mid-air, often getting himself the advantage of an unpredictable or unseen attack. It's fairly costless to use, but requires certain concentration and precision. It can also be used to disrupt an enemy's footing, giving Yūkan an opportunity to strike. Weakness: It may become predictable after a few uses. More experienced shinobi should easily avoid being caught off guard by attacks followed after this technique.
