Where I’m from, there’s an expectation of reciprocal force within reason. No one’s usually supposed to shoot you on sight for an ultimately petty crime or anything.

I have no idea. You familiar with any sort of “IA”? Loads of stuff was branded with that, so I assume it’s either some multiversal tech brand or the name of the flag they fought under.
