"As long as there’s someone trusting you until the end, there will be a reason to move on. And if you don’t have that someone, you have me now!"
Name: Lambda Lazuli
Title: Smiling and Cloudy Gardener
Nickname: Lamb, Flower, Woolie
Age: 16
Gender: Male
School: St. Laurel's School of Divine Excellence
Grade: 1st Year
Nationality: Unknown town
Personality: Lambda is the description of a bubbly person. He's extremely energetic and positive, almost as if he was living in a world of his own, separated from the rest of the world. He's always trying to take some sort of good part out of every situation and does his best job to see that everyone around him is sharing the same happiness he has, whether little or big. In a sense, he almost feels like a mascot, with how eager and sometimes funny he can be.
Lambda sometimes gets really caught in his own vibes, however, and tends to overdo many things that would be simple for the sake of excitement and to make people positive. A simple cleaning task, for example, becomes some sort of game if left in Lambda's hands, which can become a problem since he doesn't know when to stop, or if he's being a complete and utter annoyance to the rest of the world. These are the main reasons why Lambda isn't taken as seriously as he should be, and that's mostly (if not entirely) thanks to his own ways of seeing the world.
But one of Lambda's biggest issues is the fact that he doesn't want to be left alone by people. The idea of loneliness is a nightmare to him since he was always surrounded by others and feels this as a necessity. So even if it's toxic and unhealthy to him, Lambda will keep whatever shard of relationship he has in order to avoid the thought of actually being alone.
Another big issue with Lambda is his high level of innocence. Even though he is a 16-year-old teenager, he sometimes has the mind of a child when it comes to many mature points in life. This also means he can be taken advantage of since he doesn't tend to question whether or not what someone told him is true or not, making him a pretty easy target for people who want to take advantage of him.
Bio: Lambda's origins are not from Rhea, but from another town, of name unknown. He was an orphan child who was abandoned in the streets as a newborn, having no name whatsoever. He was found by the owners of an orphanage who brought him in and took care of him. However, he was pretty distant from other children initially, being very hesitant to draw himself toward others and establish social relationships. Thus, he lived without a name, and alone.
What he loved to do was look and tend to the orphanage's small garden. It was the children's favorite place to play around, and also the owners' own place of respite whenever necessary. It was also where they grew gifts to give to visitors whenever they came around. Because this was a symbol of happiness in his home and where all the ones he loved had their moments of joy and peace, he did everything he could to make it so that they would be happy, even if for just a minute.
When he was 7 years old, a mysterious man came to the orphanage and looked at the kids. When he saw the young little kid in the corner, he was drawn to him. After completing the process, the mysterious man adopted the young boy and named him "Lambda".
And so, the man introduced himself as Alpha Lazuli, one of the nobles in the distant lands of Rhea. However, the Lazuli family was known to be one of the most corrupted families in the lands, with their story driven in blood and betrayal, all in the name of success. As the current leader of the family, he wanted to create a turning point, by introducing an heir who could make the name of the Lazuli family shine, not by riches but by his heart.
After introducing himself properly, Alpha told Lambda that he wanted to child who could carry his legacy. Lambda asked him why he was chosen, and Alpha answered that the boy's kindness was what he needed to make his dream come true. He also explained that, as an infertile man, no woman in Rhea wanted to be enamored to him, as there would be no upbringing to be had.
Once he was settled in his new home, in Rhea, Lambda kept enjoying a precious life that was given to him by his new father, as a reward for his kindness and generosity. However, Lambda still gave away some of his most treasured possessions to charity and to help those in need, whether it was money or simply time.
For the next years, Lambda went through a very pampered life, though he was still in training to actually be Alpha's heir. Once Lambda completed 10 years old, he has shown signs of promise, by developing a magical aura around him. He also noticed how the people around him seemed to be more happy and calmer than usual, even those who were induced in full rage.
One night, Lambda has a mysterious dream, where a voice calls upon him. That’s when he meets a small light in a blank space. This light, sent by the Goddess of Compassion and Trust as an envoy, explains that Lambda’s way of life has made him worthy of receiving her blessing, giving him the power to be able to understand people better, with hopes of making peace settle in the hearts of Rhea’s inhabitants, amidst this chaos. He felt pretty happy as the Goddess asks Lambda, through her envoy, to never give up on his kindhearted ways, despite the darkness of the world.
5 years pass in the blink of an eye. Now that he approached the necessary age, Alpha enrolled Lambda in one of Rhea's grand schools, choosing St. Laurel. Lambda now starts his first year in his new school, ready to train and become the heir his father would be hugely proud of.

Powers
Core: Reaching the Heart’s Depths
The blessing from the Goddess of Compassion and Trust gives Lambda the power to firmly understand the heart of everyone else. This allows him to fully grasp a person’s feelings, lifestyle and desires just by a little bit of talking with them. This core power also derives itself into various similar powers which make Lambda feel like someone’s best friend or, sometimes, a distant family member lost in the annals of time. While none of them are apt for combat, this also makes Lambda less targetable for a fight.
First Power: Maybell, the Flower of Happiness
Lambda’s first power. He can use his power to conjure and hold a magical Maybell flower that constantly radiates positive energy toward its surroundings. The positive energy emanated by the flower heightens positive emotions such as happiness and giddiness, while it diminishes negative emotions such as sadness and anger, though the true impact of this power will clearly depend on the feelings of the affected person. The flower's energy affects an area of 50m and stays active for 1 hour at max, with Lambda needing to wait 30 minutes to actually summon another one. He can also conjure this flower to someone else, but the flower will only affect the person, staying active for 1 hour.
Second Power: Lavender, the Flower of Peace
Lambda’s second power. He’s able to conjure a magical Lavender flower that can instantly cure mental and emotional afflictions from another person, with a burst of lavender petals that surround them, allowing them to return to a peaceful state of mind. This flower is used instantly and disappears the moment it is touched by the receiver.
Third Power: Sage, the Flower of Health
Lambda’s third power. He can also conjure a magical Sage that allows Lambda to heal a person's physical injuries, being the only power that can be applied in combat. By giving the flower to a person, the petals instantly disperse and surround it, healing all physical injuries that are present. However, this isn't a substitution for loss of blood, as the petals will close and heal the injury, but not restore the lost blood from a person. Also, they only heal external physical injuries, not being applicable for internal uses. This flower is used instantly and disappears the moment it is touched by the receiver, and Lambda cannot summon another for 1 hour once it has been used.
"You testin’ me, bud? Well then, I hope ya don’t mind, ‘cuz I’m bitin’ ya so hard till you cry blood!"
Name: Kurogane Ookami
Title: The Pure-Hearted Bad Wolf
Nickname: Kuro, Fang, Wolfy
Age: 17
Gender: Male
School: Lord Kiburi's School for the Truly Exceptional
Grade: 2rd Year
Nationality: Izumo
Personality: Kurogane has a rebellious heart by nature and doesn’t like following the rules. Much like a true thug, he has a bad attitude, a short temper, and a forceful way of doing things, by acting first and thinking later, preferably with his fists doing the talk instead of the mouth. He’s pretty much the typical bully student who’s a constant nightmare for the teachers.
However, Kurogane isn’t evil. Despite his bad boy persona, he just responds in violence if provoked with violence. Otherwise, he actually keeps himself in check and out of trouble most of the time, enjoying his freedom to his fullest and trying the best he can to lead a good-natured life as a member of society.
What he also has is a “Robin Hood” way of thinking. Because he has his own power and of how he lived his life, Kurogane believes that he can be some sort of badass hero who can protect the weak. What he fails to remember is that he's just a human with some powers, not some indestructible superhero who can take on many dangers, which further causes a bigger share of problems to him and to those whom he is trying to help somehow.
He’s very vulnerable to being pet and to acts of kindness, immediately blushing if someone is extremely kind to him. Because Kurogane didn’t live in such a scenario, he also tends to get doubtful, emotional, or both at the same time when people start to give him affection. Because of this, he can be taken advantage of if one were to use this kindness to lure him in.
Bio: The origins of this boy hail from Izumo, where he was born and abandoned in the wild for reasons unknown, something that he never actually looked at or had any curiosity to know. What he does remember starts when he was taken by some wolves in the forest, and raised as one of them. He didn’t know how to speak the human language but learned how to speak with wolves, being able to only growl and howl like an animal.
However, during one of his sprints in the forest with his fellow “brothers”, when he was just 5 years old, a group of hunters attacked the pack, killing almost every single wolf, except for two of them that escaped. The boy tried to fight back like an animal, but he wasn’t strong enough to take on the hunters by himself. As such, he was put down and taken away by them.
When he woke up, he was inside a cage. What happened is that he was sold by these hunters to a clandestine circus troupe that treated him as one of their attractions to entertain the public: “Kurogane, the Werewolf”. Since then, for the next 5 years, he had to forcefully learn how to speak as a human amidst his growling and roaring, while taking enormous beatdowns because he wasn’t complying with the orders given to him.
The God of Wolves, sensing the grief and pain felt by a human who was just as much of a kindred as his own, bestowed Kurogane with a blessing of lycanthropy. From that point onward, he was far stronger and faster than any human, while growing a second pair of ears and a tail. That newfound strength allowed him to break the bars and escape, fleeing far away from the troupe.
By that point, Kurogane was no longer in Izumo, but in the lands of Rhea, a strange and unknown land far away from his home. He lived on the streets, finding a company with the abandoned dogs on the streets, forming a new family of his own. They pretty much lived like one, as Kurogane understood them completely and vice versa, doing “heists” for food and to enjoy life.
When he completed 14 years, Kurogane was caught for theft and sent to juvenile prison. That’s when a man named Den Ookami came to Kurogane, offering him a proposal to pay his sentence: he would live under his tutelage and join one of the four big schools in Rhea, all the while living like a normal person and away from his past ways. Without other options, Kurogane went through with it.
Now, as an Ookami, Kurogane was sent to Lord Kiburi's School for the Truly Exceptional, when he completed 16 years old and is now in his second year. He lives his life as he wants, considering the school’s lack of rules. What he couldn’t imagine, though, is that he would create a desire to change schools because of one person...

Powers
Core: Blessed Lycanthropy
The Blessing given by the God of Wolves changed Kurogane’s physiology into a werewolf, albeit more human looking than normal. This core power gives Kurogane enhanced strength and speed, as well as enhanced senses equal to a wolf. This, however, isn’t equal to a curse, which allows Kurogane to behave normally instead of being a monster moved by animal instincts, meaning that he has more mental stability than a full-fledged lycanthrope is able to have.
First Power: Connection to the Caninae
Kurogane’s first power. He’s able to communicate and understand canine animals as if he was talking to a normal human being. This is the reason why Kurogane became a respected leader to his pack of dogs, as he’s the only one able to bridge the lapse between wolves and humans, being a sort of translator. He cannot communicate with other animals, though.
Second Power: Lunar Primal Instinct
Kurogane’s second power. Following the roots of lycanthropy, Kurogane gets even stronger on nights when the full moon is present and clearly visible. All of his physical and sensorial augments get even stronger, allowing him to become far more dangerous than he already is. However, this is also where his animal desires heighten, so he can go a little crazier even if his core power already blocks these instincts.
Third Power: Lupine Malformation
Kurogane’s third power. He’s able to transform himself both into a wolf and into a full werewolf, allowing him to get enhanced physical and sensorial augments. However, that transformation is not something that Kurogane himself can pick, and it just happens at random times, which is why this ability is called malformation.
"Your sound bores me. Consider yourself deleted from my playlist. Forever."
Name: Zephyr Regrard
Title: The Maestro of Sound and Soul
Nickname: Zeph, Beat, Conductor
Age: 18
Gender: Male
School: Sir Clausewitz's School for the Militarily Minded
Grade: 3rd Year
Nationality: Rhea
Personality: Zephyr can be described integrally as aloof. He gained popularity through this aspect of his very own personality, being the cool and collected type of man. Upon looking at him, one could say that he has absolutely no desire whatsoever and is just an emotionless puppet going through life as if he was following orders.
However, Zephyr’s actually uninterested in many things. Because of how he grew up in society, he becomes easily bored and instantly loses any significant semblance of someone who’s genuinely living, and looks more like a robot who doesn’t actually try to get along with anyone.
When that interest does show, Zephyr’s actions become... unstable, to say the least. He starts to instantly stalk this interest, whether it’s a person, a hobby, an object, whatever it is. He wants to keep himself close to this interest as much as he can manage before he can lose it without even trying EVERYTHING it can offer him. If it ends up in failure, he discards it. But if it’s something that truly interests him, he’s going to keep it to the very end.
What earned him his title is how ruthless Zephyr can be while fighting. Because of his natural boredom, he doesn’t know the words “hold back” and just wants to make whatever boring thing disappear from his sight at once. As such, when fighting Zephyr, his opponent cannot consider even a spar as safe and must treat it as the real deal.
Bio: Zephyr was born in Rhea, and is the single heir to the Regard Family, a noble household. His childhood was filled with riches, and he had everything he ever wished for in the palm of his hand since his parents were always so eager to make their son’s wishes come true.
That upbringing came to a cost, which was Zephyr’s sense of appeal. Because he was able to have everything and anything, he grew bored very easily since nothing was interesting enough for him. As such, he began to acquire and discard stuff faster than anyone would care to count since everything draws his curiosity at the beginning but then goes stale for the next few days.
As he grew up, this same sense of boredom translated onto people as well. He started to find people annoying and boring, wishing to discard them as soon as possible. However, that in itself was not easy, even for him. His singular wish was to have some way to select whatever he wanted to hear or not in life. And yet, no matter how much he tried, that wish never came true.
Until one day, that is.
The God of Sound, amused at Zephyr’s insistent wish, gifted him with a power that would make him able to control and manipulate the sounds of the world. With that power, Zephyr found another way to “eliminate” people. He began to silence everything he considered boring and only started to listen to what he actually wanted to hear. It seemed like a miracle happening to him, as he was now able to fully select whatever he wished to hear.
That power is what led to the start of Zephyr’s most rebellious phase in life. Now that he was starting to grow up, the life of countless obtaining started to dwindle and the expectations came without a sign of control. Thanks to his new powers, he began to silence everything that was undesirable, including his own parents, and acted as he wanted, without a problem whatsoever, since he could just mute whatever annoyed him.
At least, in theory.
His actions led his parents to enroll him at Sir Clausewitz's School for the Militarily Minded, as a punishment for his very own rebel attitude. He acted like always, silencing whatever he didn’t want to hear. But the retaliation for such actions came as harsh as everyone warned him. Despite wanting to live in his own little world, the academy thought otherwise, and Zephyr’s life became a whirlpool of chaos.
Rage came in. His wish wasn’t respected by anyone, students and teachers alike. This started to create a fury that had never settled in his life before. That feeling of anger drew every sound towards his way, as he became a magnet to every little bit of sound. And with a single scream, energy drew out of him and a horrific sound began to echo around the entire school. When the inspectors came by to verify the situation, the scene was very horrifying just like the sound.
The entire room was in shambles. It was as if a bomb exploded and destroyed everything. And yet, there was no flame, just a teenager standing there, with eyes blazing as the sun. Seeing the situation itself triggered something into Zephyr. A new fire kindled itself in his heart: a sudden interest to fight people and remove whatever obstacle he found annoying and utterly undesirable.
After the incident, Zephyr began to enroll in combat classes, in order to master this newfound ability. He started slowly but quickly began to ascend within his class, as his interest grew higher every single day. Eventually, he started to participate in the school’s official matches and fought against his upperclassmen.
One specific match was the trigger that Zephyr was not a simple fighter. This fight had Zephyr against an upperclassman. However, during the fight, his eyes grew cold. He lost interest in the fight and wanted his opponent gone for good. He initially asked for him to leave, only to get laughed at by the entire crowd watching. As the fight continued, however, Zephyr began to assume a merciless position. Now that he had the power to hurt people, he used it at will, wishing for nothing else but the end of his opponent. And so he almost did. He drove his opponent to a state where his body was horribly hurt and almost truly killed him.
This pattern repeated itself every time Zephyr was placed to fight, eventually earning him the title “The Maestro of Sound and Souls” throughout the school. Even the teachers, albeit impressed, admitted that he was pretty dangerous. Not because of his power, but because of his attitude.
Now, in his 3rd year, Zephyr is one of the most popular, desired, and feared students in his school. He lives every day trying to find something interesting to have. That’s when a student, from another school, calls his attention.
Main Theme: Darkness
Battle Theme: The Silence
Powers
Core: World Sound Control
Zephyr’s primary power is the ability to manipulate and control sound waves, whether these are his own or coming from external sources. This core power is what allows him to fight others transforming these soundwaves into shockwaves, and projectiles, as well as allowing him to freely select what he wishes to hear or not. Because using this power offensively can do so much damage on his hearing sensory, he fights using headphones.
First Power: Inputs to Your Song
Zephyr’s first power. He’s able to alter volume, pitch, echo, and many other factors regarding sound, making him a sort of living mixing table. This power is most used as a daily life ability since it serves little to no purpose in battle unless the strategy desperately calls for this ability in specific.
Second Power: From Melodious to Cacophonic
Zephyr’s second power, and his offensive attack. He’s able to gather whatever sound is present in the region and transform it into energy projectiles or waves to directly attack his opponents. Because it’s basically compressed sound, it releases an enormously disturbing noise once it connects to a physical object, this also happens if Zephyr’s attacks are canceled by others. However, while Zephyr is innately immune to this noise, he cannot choose who is going to be affected or not by it, meaning this attack can backfire against others if he’s fighting with a teammate or a squad.
Third Power: Hour of Eternal Silence
Zephyr’s third power. He’s able to infuse himself or someone else with a curse where no sound is made or heard whatsoever. This can be used both in daily life and in battle since it affects any kind of sound. True to its name, though, this curse can only withstand for one complete hour, no more or no less, and it’s the only power Zephyr possesses that cannot be canceled.
