Name:YoRHa No.2 Type B, 2B
YoRHa No.9 Type S, 9S, "Nines"Series of origin: Nier: AutomataPersonality:2B is a blade of quiet determination. As a combat android, she does not encourage idle chatter on frivolous subjects and is generally reticent towards others. She also has high respect for the chain of command and rarely questions her orders, unlike her partner. However, 2B occasionally expresses a notably sardonic wit in the face of certain situations and can even be hot-headed at times.
She's is actually a very kind person deep down. She cares a great deal for her friends, petting her Pod as though it were a pet and going so far as to find a picture of a flower for Operator 60. 2B is also very respectful towards others' wishes; when she and 9S are searching for the memories of an android with amnesia via going to places, 9S wonders what's so important about them. She merely states that the memories are important to her and that's all that matters. In addition, despite her professional nature, 2B doesn't like 9S calling her "ma'am" describing it as "unnecessary." Her cold and aloof exterior is largely out of necessity, as her defence mechanism for the horrors of life and the reality of her programming.
While
9S is programmed with an emotional but kind personality. He is shown to be polite and very formal with 2B, as he tends to call her "ma'am". 9S will often voice his thoughts and feelings, particularly complaints about his job, to which 2B will quickly dismiss. As the duo become closer on their journey, 9S tries to get 2B to call him by his nickname "Nines".
Due to being a scanner model, 9S has a curiosity towards new technology and new knowledge as a whole. Developing excitement when given the chance to study or see what is new to him. One instance is that he expressed a great desire to study Pascal and the Machine village, although he doesn't trust them. For, in general, 9S is shown to be highly bigoted towards machines, in some ways even more so than 2B, believing there to be no logic behind anything they do.
Abilities: Adept Swordsmanship: Both units appear to be natural sword wielders, making them a rather formidable duo to go up against.
Self-Destruct: When things start to turn for to worst, 2B and 9S are able to make themselves Self-Destruct, dealing a heavy blow to enemies. Though doing so will leave them within an inch of their lives, and in a weakened state until they can reboot.
Hacking (9S only): Being a Scanner unit, 9S can hack into all types of machines. From taking control of them, to making them explode, or turning them to his and 2B's side. However long it takes, and the difficulty always vary. For example, something like a Small Stubby wouldn't take very long, while something like a Goliath-Class enemy would be more of a pain to get through.
R010 - Laser (Pods Only): One of Support Pod 042 and 153's skill programs, allowing them to fire a laser at a target. With every pod program, this skill has a cooldown time for every time it's used.
Plug-In Chips: Smiliar to Pod Programs, Plug-In Chips can be used to upgrade 2B and 9S' skills, depending on which type they equip. Currently, they both have a balanced set of chips installed, besides the ones for their visors, and their OS Chips. Never uninstall the OS Chip. Doing so will always lead to death.
Weapons and equipment: Virtuous Contract/Virtuous Treaty: 2B's primary weapons, a pair of white bladed swords once used by the samurai of the East. While she can wield the lighter sword, Virtuous Contract, with ease, Virtuous Treaty is a slower, more heavier weapon. A drawback for it's higher attack.
Cruel Oath: 9S' primary weapon, a black blade mirroring 2B's Virtuous Contract. Due to his model not being made for combat, 9S can only wield one weapon at a time, making him more dependant on his hacking skills if needed.
Support Pods 042 and 153: Both units have been assigned Type-A Support Pods to help assist in their reconnaissance. The pods act as their ranged weapons, display correspondence from the command center and can exchange operational intelligence between units.
Character alignment: Neutral GoodOther:- Nothing else to note as of now.
