- 59✕ Nariman Dynamics 40mm Point Defense Cannons - guided by a computer and equipped with advanced cooling systems. Retractable and moved along/rotate around the hull. Fires Teflon-coated armor piercing sabots.
Compliment:- 6 Corvette-class frigates - At 46m in length and 30 sailors/marines, the Corvette-class is a light frigate operated by the Martian Congressional Republic Navy (MCRN). This class has multiple roles, including missile platform, boarding party insertion, missile defense, customs enforcement, law enforcement, reconnaissance, and surveillance. They are fully equipped to act independently. The frigates are armed with 6x Nariman Dynamics 40mm Point Defense Cannons and 2x Torpedo launchers. image.
- Chariot-type dropship - They can carry a complement of twelve Martian Marines, alongside a complement of Recon Marines equipped with Goliath Powered Armor.
Chariots are armed with three heat-seeking missile launchers, two automated ground-support machine guns, and one turreted 40mm PDC. All weapons are hidden behind doors. They additionally carry enough supplies and reaction mass to travel a fairly large distance from their mothership and are capable of being employed as scouts or ship-to-ship transports. image - Repair skiffs - Repair skiffs are small vessels used to maintain and repair many ships. These ships could be used to directly repair ships or to transport personnel to ships to perform internal maintenance.
History of the Ship: The ship is the 12th of its line and named after Solomon Epstein, the creator of the Epstein drive and the unfortunate victim of it as well. The Solomon's paint is still fresh as it came out of the shipyards weeks ago. Along for the ride is a completely fresh crew out of the MCRN Naval Academy. The ship itself doesn't have much of a history. It has only acted in anger once, having stopped a small group of pirates operating near an MCRN shipping lane. The fight was short, with the Solomon deploying its complement of frigates and railguns/torpedoes. The Solomon finished by deploying several dropships to an asteroid, where marines, accompanied by force recon in powered armor, killed the rest of the pirates hiding in an installation in the aforementioned asteroid. The soldiers found a device with planned pirate operations, which earned them applause from MCRN command.
All of the Solomon's plans stopped when, during a burn to a suspected pirate ambush site, the Solomon encountered a bright flash and then complete darkness.
