2. Yes, when other presidents can understand basic politics and info briefings and Trump cannot care or understand enough without big pictures and his name being mentioned often means he's less intelligent (perhaps with a learning disability) and more arrogant than other presidents.

Presidents talk about themselves. They have to -- they're accountable to us, and we expect to hear what they're up to. That's not indicative of arrogance or low intelligence (or a learning disability lol my god dude). Worth noting, if Trump didn't talk about his accomplishments, you'd never hear about them.

Well...he didn't initially understand the ramifications of nuclear fallout without needing to be told in no uncertain terms, he's given away key information to foreign diplomats in order to brag which has put lives in danger (the agent in question possibly died), he didn't know the uses of uranium, he didn't know that he wasn't the largest republican lead in a race since Reagan, he thinks coal power is clean, he's bankrupted a casino, he needs 1 page paper reports with his name mentioned often in order for him to continue to pay attention, and these are all without me needing to look up things I might have forgotten.
A lot of what you're listing sounds subjective. What leads you to say he didn't understand nuclear fallout? What says he didn't know the uses of uranium? How do you assess his attention span?
Mind -- I'm not intending to present an argument that Trump is particularly smart (I probably could, but I'm not inclined). All I'm saying is, I'm hearing a feedback loop here, where actions are pre-judged to fit a conclusion, and then used as supporting evidence for that conclusion. That's not critical thinking, is all I'm saying.
I don't think he's a complete idiot bu- Ok I was going to give a concession for the sake of discussion, but I do think he's a complete idiot.
Why?
It blows my mind that Trump can take out the deepest field of GOP candidates in living memory and Hillary's billion dollar campaign but some people still think he is an idiot.
Cognitive dissonance is a powerful thing. I'm not saying Trump is necessarily smart because of these things (a lot of the people you mentioned aren't smart) -- but that gut instinct to say "He disagrees with me and I am smart, therefore he is not smart" is a natural human reflex we have to recognize.
You can't prove that they denied this arbitrary claim strongly enough to satisfy my arbitrary standard, therefore they are _________.
Pretty much the same logic used to paint every single republican as an everythingist. Not saying -- just saying. Habeus corpus my man.
That is quite loose, though oddly enough I'm more comfortable with that. Either way, yes, I'd say it's not exactly Nobel worthy. It's almost as bad as when they gave Obama one for no other reason than it was the progressive choice.

Just as a heads-up. Key player here is Wasserman-Schultz, but there are a ton of House Democrats caught up in this.
*Note: I wouldn't normally link you to the Daily Caller. For reasons I can't possibly imagine, CNN isn't covering this. Odd, huh. Their last reporting was in January, unless you count an unrelated and reposted opinion piece from the accused himself on July 31 (attributing negative coverage to islamophobia and bigotry on the right, which almost certainly isn't the narrative CNN prefers).
I just wonder what Angela Merkel's gonna do about it. Because I have to imagine that the EU gets involved, and if the Spanish police were beating people bloody for attending a poll, just imagine what the German jackboots are gonna do once they're off the leash.
