"I plan to come here every weekend at least until I see that wizard guy again. I'm not opposed to making friends along the way. My name is Matt." He said, noticing a woman with blue/gray hair sit down a couple seats down with a skateboard and backpack. She seemed the type who might know something about the wizard guy with the stash of mushrooms.

"Hey, if you don't mind my asking, were you here last night?" His interaction with Dave had calmed him down from his anxiety, so he sounded casual.

"Well, I went to a con last year, and there was tons of cosplaying. It was pretty impressive. One person had the perfect Fallout costume with the pip boy, nuka colas and everything. There was a Link and he had rupees just like in the game, and a group of guys wearing sailor scout costumes." Mathew more vividly remembered the Misa Misa and Tifa costumes. He said this in case this guy was fearing judgement for dressing as a schoolgirl.

"I also went to a costume party here last Halloween and a New Years Eve party that was anime themed. They weren't as impressive as the con, but I made out with this girl dressed as a...bat or something. Anyways I will probably be here a lot more often considering I am back into anime!"

Mathew didn't know if the person he was talking to was just cross dressing or trans, but he had seen guys cosplay as female characters at the convention he had went to in September (it was now January.) He didn't care either way, and wasn't the type to treat someone different based on that kind of thing. If anything he just found it interesting.

"I come here on and off." Mathew said "I was here last night and...partied..." He was cautious to admit that he had done harder drugs "And left something at the party now I have no idea where it was. Normally when I come here I meet someone and have a little conversation. Do you go to conventions?"

"I'm a major gamer." Mathew said. Having a conversation eased the flood of negative thoughts he was having as result of coming down from drugs. Perhaps he should curse his own curiosity, or maybe his lack of hobbies (he wasn't actually that much of a gamer). Maybe the blame lay on his lack of experiences in life at his age of 28. It was his first time with mushrooms and acid, and he had binged on both.

"I'm playing a lot of Red Dead Redemption. There is always more to find in that game." Mathew said, noticing this schoolgirl was a guy in a costume. He had never thought about trying a feminine costume himself, but wondered what people's reactions would be. "Are you more of a singe player gamer or a competitive multiplayer gamer?"

The coming down of drugs he had done the previous night put Mathew in an unusual place mentally. He felt jumpy and paranoid of other people while at the same time yearning for human interaction.

"Hey buddy." Mathew said, his eyes wide as result of paranoia "You wouldn't happen to know a regular here who insists he is a wizard would you?" Mathew was unsure what words to use to explain his situation. This was all because of his drug withdrawal and his embarrassment in admitting that he did a whole fuck ton of drugs with someone but forgot their name or where he had gone to do them. Still, he needed his favorite leather coat back.

Personality: more on the introvert side but not so munch so that he doesn't like to be with other people. is usually a pretty easy going person who does want to help out. but can get rather shy in larger groups. Is up for trying most things once, especially if the group is doing it. can also be easily distracted by a new gadget or cute outfit.
other notes: often wears cosplay outfits and will use a nickname when dressed up.
