About to start work on my post (a few days late so apologies) and I was wondering whether another collab would be necessary (either now or my next post, etc) between Casey, Mailsi, and Eligius? Just thought that there wouldn't be that much to do for Casey to do, however i don't mind having him just greet the two of you as I can probably describe his adventure to get himself a delicious peppermint mocha beforehand in order to add more "action" to the post :P

Also, where's everyone else at?!
If it's not an issue for you, @wade wilson and @blue demon, but I'm going to refrain from posting until the end of the week. School starts tomorrow and I have numerous short essays due that I stupidly never got around to working on during the break!

That should give others some time to post anyway!

Maisie’s most distinctive feature is her hair. It has been dyed numerous shades of pink, with her tips fading from pink into a light blue colour. She has a slight Latina complexion which stems from her mother’s side of the family, with her eyes a beautiful brown, like two round agates. In regards to her clothing, Maisie tends to dress in pastel colours, often sporting sleeveless blouses and shorts. She currently only has her lobes pierced, although aims over time to pierce both the helix and rims of her ears, as well as possibly her nose. She regularly wears makeup and feels quite self-conscious without it.

Maisie differs greatly to her twin sister Kayleigh, with Maisie often appearing quiet compared to her. Maisie is regularly bullied and taken advantage of by Kayleigh, which caused Maisie to not have much confidence while she was growing up. Recently she has begun to come out of her shell and strives for individuality. Despite this though, she still tries to remain on the side-lines, which is probably ironic due to her brightly coloured hair.

She can be polite and friendly once you get to know her, although due to the constant mockery from her sister, she can appear to be quite hostile at first, which has started to result in her having extensive issues with not believing people when they compliment her.

Maisie and Kayleigh were the twin daughters of Adam and Marianna Andrews. The family had always lived in Lima, Ohia, with Marianna owning her own boutique in the mall and Andrew working as a writer for the local news station. The quartet often appeared as a happy, smiley family from the outside, and all but Maisie believed it to be so.

Kayleigh often bullied her throughout her childhood, with her attempting to control every aspect of her sister's life, stating that she knows best since she’s technically older, albeit only by a few minutes. Kayleigh often forced Maisie to hang around with her, treating her like some kind of accessory. Maisie was forced onto dates alongside her sister, none of which she ever enjoyed as she was never attracted to any of the guys who she was paired up with by Kayleigh. For months she simply assumed that this was because it was always Kayleigh’s choice in guys and not hers, although in time she slowly began to realize that she was actually attracted to girls.

She kept this to herself however, fearing what Kayleigh would think if she ever found out. Especially since Kayleigh was now one of the most popular kids in school, having joined the Cheerios.

By junior year, Kayleigh had made co-captain and due to her newfound fame, decided it was finally time to ditch her accessory of a sister. Maisie found herself alone, with the people whom she had started to assume were her friends leaving her to continue being part of Kayleigh’s clique. While at first she was upset, Maisie soon decided that it was time to branch out on her own and strive to be who she was inside. As such, she dyed her hair, giving herself an entirely new makeover. Obviously Kayleigh wasn’t happy with this, but Maisie couldn’t care less.

After expressing interest in possibly joining the Glee Club over dinner, Kayleigh instantly shot down the idea, stating that the club was probably the worst thing to come out of McKinley.

Maisie signed up the very next day.

Her twin sister Kayleigh is now co-captain of the Cheerios. Imagine the face claim above but with dark brown hair.
That post wasn't as great as i wanted it to be but i'm like super tired so sorry! :P
CASEY HARPER

Casey was up bright and early that morning. Not by choice however. The young green haired teenager had fallen asleep the night before on the branch of one of the school’s many oak trees, where he had just been awoken minutes ago by the untimely arrival of the Martian Manhunter, who wasn’t all too happy to find that the boy hadn’t been in his dorm room like he should have been. After a stern talking to, most of which simply went through one of Casey’s ears and out the other due to his tiredness, the boy made his way through the grounds towards the dorms.

After showering, Casey wandered aimlessly in thought around the centre of his room deep in thought as the water fell free from his naked body. Today was the 31st of October. Or Halloween as the people of Earth referred to it. Back in Alfheim people had never celebrated such a day. Dressing up as ghouls and spirits and roaming the streets for candy? Most would have laughed at such a ludicrous idea. Not Casey though. He loved the thought of it. The costumes, the decorations, the pure incredible atmosphere of it all. In his earlier years here he had spent every Halloween going door to door trick o’ treating, however he was always met with a barrage of insults due to his age. Apparently he was too old for such festivities, but no matter, as this year he had the school dance!

Up until recently Casey had been stuck for choice as to who he should dress up as. His first thoughts had turned to the vast array of supervillains whom he regularly idolised. They may not be ghouls or ghosts, but most of them were still terrifying monsters. Initially Casey had toyed with the idea of dressing as the infamous Joker. He did have the hair for it after all! However that idea had been instantly vetoed when he had brought it up at lunch. Something about it being in bad taste? His second idea had been his all-time hero, Anarky, however that was too obvious! He went from villain to villain for days, although he could never come up with an idea he truly liked. In the end he had decided to settle for a Luigi costume from that popular Nintendo Game, however the costume he had ordered online wasn’t exactly the same as the one fans of moustached brothers had come to love.

Deciding to save the moustache for the dance later this evening, Casey pulled on the rest of his costume before deciding that it was about time that he headed to breakfast. As he headed across the grass, Casey couldn’t help but notice a young couple eating away at each other’s faces against one of the school’s buildings. While his initial reaction was to internally vomit, he couldn’t help but feel…lonely? That’s when it hit him. He stilled hadn’t asked Mailsi to the dance. He swore to himself quietly as he walked, confused as to how he could have forgotten such a task. They had spoken quite a bit since the A.R.C. session the other day had been cut short, although thinking about it, those conversations hadn’t gone too great since Casey had spent most of the time joking that the power outage had just been some elaborate way of John Stewart trying to save the All-Star Squadron from embarrassment. In hindsight that probably hadn’t been the best idea. What is Mailsi now hated him? Had he ruined their friendship forever? Could Casey ever talk to her again? Would she still want to go the dance with him? Casey frowned. He was merely over reacting right? He gave a short laugh to himself as he began to reassure himself that everything was ok. That was when he spotted her.

The faerie screamed internally as he laid eyes on Mailsi. She was stood outside the entrance to the mess hall comforting a student whom Casey honestly couldn’t recall ever seeing before. All the anxiousness and worrying filled his head once more in that moment. Now was his chance. His chance to ask her to the dance. He stepped towards her slightly before pausing. No, he couldn’t. This was all too much harder than he had expected. He couldn’t do this.

Deciding that his best course of action would be to just try and avoid her and head inside, Casey burst forward towards the doors. However in the process of Casey worrying, he had completely forgotten that the glass doors actually existed, resulting in him walking straight into them. He reeled back slightly in pain, rubbing his head as he did so. Turning, he glanced at Mailsi and her new friend, before giving them a short, awkward wave. “Hello…” He muttered before snapping his attention back into focus. Darting forward once more, he quickly opened the door and headed inside, not wishing to make more of an embarrassment of himself than he had already done so. He really need a peppermint mocha. Now.
I'll try and get something up tomorrow!

Would it be in bad taste for Casey to dress up as the Joker for Halloween? He already has the green hair!
I'm interested, although due to holiday shenanigans it may take a while to get anything done.

However I must ask, how would the singing aspect of glee club be done? I mean would we just say "Fred began to sing _______", or post a link to whatever they're singing or would we literally type out the lyrics? Apologies if that sounds dumb, I'm currently half asleep while writing this so idek if it makes sense!

In other words, present.

Wouldn't have phrased it like that but yeah, I'm present
I'll try and get something for Iceman up today, but if i can't then it'll have to wait until after Christmas as I'm going to be super busy with family :/

“Hey Harper, the funeral is on!”

The sudden shout made Harper jump slightly from where she was perched in the bathroom, leaning forward on the sink in front of the mirror. Ignoring her brother, Harper continued to adjust her hair slightly, pushing the streaks of purple and blue back atop her head, mixing in a touch of gel as she did so. Confident with her look, she ran her hands down the back of her neck before giving a quickly smile to her reflection. Turning and grabbing one of her metallically armoured boots from the floor, Harper backed down onto the toilet seat.

It had been a rough few days. Although that was only natural for those who lived in Gotham. Particularly for the inhabitants of the Narrows. While the big man in blue’s death seemed to result in the rest of the country somewhat holding its breath, the war against life raged on in Gotham. Sure spirits seemed lower than usual, but that didn’t seem to put a stop to the villainy that roamed the streets. It had barely given Harper any time to relax during the holiday season; although it wasn’t like it was much of a holiday for them in the first place. She and Cullen barely made enough money each month to pay rent, yet alone buy presents for one another. Their tree was a homemade monstrosity creating using scraps Harper had come across during her patrols, the star taken from the destroyed neon sign of a strip club. One might think that their presents to each other were lackluster too. Harper’s gift to Cullen was an old Batarang she had scavenged from her first encounter with the Batman. Cullen’s gift was a shoddy necklace he had made in school. A necklaces of a bluebird. However despite how terrible these gifts may seem, they loved them. Harper hadn’t taken her’s off since Cullen had given it to her. She even wore it now as she left the bathroom in her crime fighting attire.

Harper slowly made her aware across the sparse room, approaching the tattered old sofa on which Cullen was sat. It took him several moments to draw his eyes away from the TV, with its cracked screens displaying Superman’s apparent cousin making some grand speech on a podium. Cullen’s smile lowered slightly when he spotted Harper’s costume.

“I.. I thought you were staying in tonight?” He asked, sounding slightly irritated. “I thought that you wanted to watch the funeral?”

“I’m sorry Cullen, but I’m pretty sure that every piece of scum in this city won’t be home watching this thing and someone needs to go kick their ass.” Harper lent in as she spoke, grabbing a handful of popcorn was Cullen’s bowl before using her other hand to ruffle his hair slightly. “Record it with the DVR, I’ll watch it with you!”

“Promise?”

“Promise.”

With that, Harper slid her mask onto her face and headed towards the fire escape, chowing down on the popcorn as she walked. With mind was filled on what excitement was to come, she opened the window and began to climb outside, glancing back towards Cullen and the TV as she did so. Catching site of something on the television, she paused. Giving the shot of Superman’s infamous ‘S’ a short salute, Harper set off into the night.
