To all my players and writing partners; Don't worry! I've not vanished or forgotten you. I've had something come up, and will be taking the rest of this week off from my RPs. See you next week!

Starting a Vampire the Masquerade campaign. Look for it in the TTRPG interest check section. I'm gonna be a story teller!

I feel torn. On one hand, I'm bored, so I want to get into some more RPs. On the other, I know once the quarantine ends, I won't have the free time to keep up with all of them. Temptation is a B.

@Dark Cloud which is why my turtle is leaving it up to his God instead of just hitting him in the face with the mace.
@Dark Cloud toll the Dead. Kelemvor is weighing his heart.
Uh... Out of morbid curiosity, can that goblin make a will save?
Anyone else wanna try? If not, Tibor is gonna off this goblin. He's not good enough at bluffing to hide that look on his face. He's got a thing against batiri, and the trail is getting colder. He's pissed, and the goblin is about to get 50cc's of mace.
@Dark Cloud That's fine. You've got money appropriate for someone middle-class, so a couple hundred dollars would be reasonable, without spending dots of resources.
@Necroes How much money do I currently possess mi amigo?

The way money works in this game is that, according to your resources dots, you just Have money. If you spend it on things, it's assumed you can afford them. Unless you want to buy something major, which will then cost you dots of resources (you'll get them back after an in-game month).
@Kassarock This being a dice game, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the lack of a roll suggests it wasn't likely to succeed.
I'm looking for someone to help me explore the unique power dynamic between an ancient, demonic force, trapped beyond the furthest reaches of the mortal world, and the only person in that world able to set it free.

Though inspired by a specific instance of this dynamic, I intend for this to be an original work. There are a number of pairings that I could see this working for, but ultimately the core of this will be that same theme.

Demon x cursed woman
Devil x aspiring witch
Ancient Vampire x modern hunter
Norse God x college girl
Fallen angel x nun in training

There are plenty of other options, and several of those can be mixed and matched. In all of them, I intend to play the powerful entity trapped by some force, with the plan being for me to tempt my partner constantly with releasing me to gain access to my power.

This will take place in a modern setting, though it could be anytime within the past five decades or so. Likewise, a slightly futuristic would also work.

Usual disclaimer: This will be an 18+ plot, delving into things like horror, gore, sex, flirting, violence, and potentially worse things. I do not intend to fade to black for these things, and anyone who would like to take part needs to be of appropriate age. This will take place over PMs.

Feel free to contact me directly. I'm looking for a partner who can write at a reasonably advanced level, at least a few paragraphs a post, with the ability to handle a complex character. This girl needs to be cunning, crafty, and above all able to skirt temptation without giving into it completely. Her goals can be anything from a desire for revenge to extreme "thirst," as long as there's something for me to tempt her with that can be taken too far.
Went ahead and had Tibor try and wake the creature up. With that roll, I'm hoping we can get some goblin dialogue from the next DM post.
Tibor let out a loud huff, the tiefling's antics amusing but seeming ultimately pointless. While there was a chance that the batiri might give them some information in exchange for its life, it seemed to the tortle unlikely. However, the longer they stood around debating what to do, the more likely they were to find their employer dead.

"Move," he would simply say, walking over to the small creature. It was stabilized at this point, likely to awaken on its own in an hour or so. Unfortunately, Tibor was without any proper tools to actually treat its wounds, and he was loath to expend his small supply of magic for the day on the task. Instead, he would use his claws to tear the creature's own clothing into bandages, using the strips of cloth to try and bind its wounds before splashing some water onto its face to try and bring it around.
