Appearance: Her skin color, pink, makes her hard to miss in a crowd, and her sense of fashion doesn't help in the slightest. Her total height is 4'9, 4'11 in heels. With her eyes matching her skin, though a slightly more defined shade of pink, you'd likely find yourself double checking her hair color, as it is a light shade of mint, instead of pink. The horns on her head, are actually suprisingly as soft as the rest of her skin. Her 'fangs', which she is very proud of, are extremely sharp and it's easy to take note of this even from a distance.
As for her fashion, some would, and have, refered to her as being 'half naked', which greatly confused her, as she is covered in all the important areas.Her top, which can vary at times is best described as a short ruffled blouse, having three variants, one with a small see through material that extends it to the length of a normal top, another with a longer see through material that extends it long enough to be considered a small dress(aside from the see through factor), and the last without. Since her undergarments are always in view, it's easy to note(unless one is really talented at ignoring that area) that she never wears the same pair more than once, though they are usually on the color spectrum of red, black, white, and/or pink. To cover her legs, she is usually seen wearing either pink or white stockings, or none depending on the mood. Her feet, kept off the ground by a pair of high heels black in color, with blue bows on the strap to match her blouse. Her pointed ears are both pierced, and usually have either heart earings, or skull earings(both pink in color), having a barrett in each shape to match whatever earings she is wearing.
Her voice is best described as 'femininely cute'. Her breath often smells of mint(she's meticulous of her oral health), while her general scent can vary from apples to spring meadows, depending on the hygene products she decides to buy that month.
Personality: Linnea is in one word: Odd. She doesn't take well to being clothed, as evidenced by the last time someone covered her with a jacket which she burned while still wearing it(she regretted it immediately). She is rather well known for her hygene, being averse to germs touching her, and showering on a daily(and sometimes hourly if she's been anywhere unhygenic). Her oral care, is another thing alltogether, as she seems to have great pride in her fangs, keeping them in a perfect state, and sharpening them frequently, though seeming to never use them, being a vegetarian. Some have suggested she use them in a fight, to which she often replies "And risk them breaking?", though there are plenty of jokes that she keeps them sharp enough to bite steel without having to worry about such things. Aside from caring a bit too much of er hygene, she is a very caring person and loves helping people, though she tends to have a short fuse, and is not averse to smacking someone if she feels they deserve it, more often than not she ends up injuring the people she tries to help because they insulted her in some way.
Many might think her fashion sense comes from some aspect of her childhood, but they would be wrong. When she was little, her parents tried everything to keep her clothed more appropriately, even going as far to somehow put 20 layers on her, and she still removed most of them. Eventually, they managed to get her to wear as much as she does now, and according to the first of many therapists she has had, it's a great development, the others however insist that she must be insane, despite showing no signs of insanity. Some have theorized that her fashion is a side effect of her abilities, others that she simply get's too hot when wearing too much clothes, and the rest agree with her therapists.
Skills: Arts and Crafts - Linnea loves taking things like sticks and leaves, and turning them into things like picture frames or general decorations. People, however do not always seem too pleased to recieve them as gifts.
Breaking things - If you've got a priceless vase, you shouldn't let Linnea near it. Some might argue that this isn't a skill, but those who know her would say that she must be skilled at it for as often as she breaks things.
Hobbies: Video games - She's not to fond of the newer ones, but going to a classic arcade would be her idea of a fun day, of course, finding one she's still allowed in might be a challenge.
Magazines - You'll never see her with a 'real' book, but give her a fashion magazine and she'll be distracted for at least an hour. This has been a tried and true method used to keep her away from valuable objects.
Weapons: She has a wand, with a pink heart at the end and a blue bow at the base of the heart. She swears it's not a children's toy she found in a cereal box, despite having been caught red handed pulling a new one from a box when it broke once. She is still known to smack people with it, despite that being how her first broke.
Equipment: Linnea isn't really known for planning ahead, so aside from her wand, she doesn't bring much.
Fighting Style: Does smacking count as a fighting style? Well, then she doesn't really have one, though she can smack with the best of em, especially when angered. Her Pixie dust, does not really apply to combat, though she can imbue some onto the end of her wand.
Explain what your character can and cannot do within the given areas;
Strength: Linnea is no stronger than your average female. She doesn't possess any super human strength, and she doesn't make a habit of working out. As a result, she isn't much for taking, or dishing damage out.
Endurance: Like her strength, she is not built for endurance. She can't run very long, and usually prefers not to, and while she could build her endurance if she tried, she doesn't care to exercise enough to.
Willpower: Something Linnea exceeds at, she isn't the type to give up, and while she is easy to anger, it is harder to dissuade her from doing something she wants(or, in the case of her fashion, make her do something she doesn't want to). She isn't particularly resistant to psychic abilities, and might not be able to do much in defense of a psychic attack, but she can replay songs in her head if they're trying to read her thoughts(though, one has in the past told her that it doesn't actually do much good if the telepath knows what they're looking for).
Speed: Her speed is slightly above average, not having much strength or endurance, one has to move quickly out of the way of danger. Though, that isn't to say her speed is anything special, she's just a little faster than the average couch potato.
Reaction Speed: Her reaction speed is slightly above average, the problem however lies in her intuition, as she tends to react in the wrong direction. She has honestly crashed into an isle trying to dodge a child riding a shopping cart in the grocery store...she was banned from said store.

Character Theme: Linnea is more supportive than anything else. Her ability, not being one of a forceful nature, allowing her to boost the skills of her allies, or cause a little misfortune upon her enemies. Once people get past her fashion, they would notice that she takes a great deal of care in combat, trying to avoid getting in a situation that would get her injured, while trying to help her comrades as much as she can.
Ability Capabilities: Status Afflictions (good or bad)
Qualities of Ability: Linnea can produce a fine golden powder, refered to as Pixie Dust. The dust having different qualities based on how she feels at the time of producing it. It's effects can range from making someone fall asleep, to boosting their strength.
Sleep - Most commonly used on enemies. Can put an average person to sleep for 6 hours, but has a much lessened effect on New Breeds, depending on their tier, the effect lasts only for an hour(tier one) to having no effect(tier 10).
Strength boost - A temporary boost in strength, used on allies mostly, dangerous to use on normal humans(they aren't meant to exceed their base strength), only lasts five minutes regardless of tier level.
Defense boost - Where a person could only take a hit at average strength, they can now take a hit of above average. Essentially, giving them an 'extra layer' of defense. Only lasts for five minutes.
Blind - This dust can range from complete temporary blindness to slight blurring, or no effect depending on the tier level. Only lasts about 30 seconds.
Strengths of Ability: Linnea's strength lies in keeping her allies in, and her foes out of fighting shape.
Weaknesses of Ability: She is not immune to her own dust, and has in the past sneezed while trying to put someone to sleep, and as a result of the sneeze accidentally inhaled it herself.
Limitations of Ability: The dust can only travel as far as Linnea can throw it, and that isn't very far(have you ever tried to throw sand? It's kinda the same effect). Not to mention, it has to be inhaled to have any effect, so if a person doesn't breath it in, it won't do anything good or bad.

First sighting - News Report -
"Two weeks ago, we recieved word that a local arcade was robbed, and that the perpetrator's took all the cash on site, alongside recking half the machines. The owner, however refused to relinquish security tapes, leading to a more in depth investigation." The reporter waves her hand up indicating a small box with a video in it, the video containing a pink New Breed, tripping and causing a domino effect on the machines, and her offering to pay for the damages. "With this new information, Mr. Bodel, the owner of the establishment, is being charged with multiple crimes, including insurance fraud. More on this story as it develops."
Second sighting - Social Media Blog -
You'll never believe this, but I was at the bank today, and a couple people decided to rob it. At the time of the robbery, there was this New Breed girl there, she looked like a pink demonic stripper, but that's not important. The robbers, they told everyone to get down on the floor. She refused, something about it being dirty, and when one of the robbers got closer to threaten her, she threw some sand or something at him. That's not the amazing part, but not even ten seconds later, he falls over snoring like a hibernating bear, and when he fell, he shot his partner. The New Breed stripper didn't stick around, the guy sneezed when the sand hit him, and she was panicking about needing a shower.
Third sighting - News story -
"Our top story today is about how yesterday, as many of you who follow 'Whizzard's' Blog may already know. A young New Breed girl stopped two armed men from robbing a bank, and while she didn't stick around for questioning, we managed to track down her address, and are about to knock on the door, let's see if she answers." The newslady knocks on the door, and waits for only a moment before knocking again a bit louder. Shortly after the second knock, the door opens, and a chubby, hairy, drunken male opened the door and peeked out. "Wha' do you wan?" he spoke with his words slurred, evidently having spit on the reporter while talking as she wiped her arm on her dress before answering. "We're looking for a Linnea Weiss, she lives here, doesn't she?" The drunkards face crinkled in thought for a moment before he vanished, returning moment's later with a beer. "you meen the pink gerl?" voice again slurred, the reporters disgust horribly hidden. "Yes, yes. Does she live here?" The drunkard lifted an arm, pointing down the hall. "Wrong num'er, you wan' eight." He didn't wait for a response before closing the door.
"Well, we're now, once again, moments away from meeting the bank heroine." Walking down a few more doors, to apartment eight, the reporter once more did her impatient series of knocks. When Linnea answered the door, the reporter tried to force her way in, but was blocked by the pink girl. "Unless you want to be showered with a cold hose, I'm afraid you can't come in, there's no telling where you've been, and I just got this place clean last week." The reporter stepped back, clearly wary of being soaked on camera. "We would like to interview you about the bank robbery you stopped yesterday, if that would be possible?" the reporter, was clearly not expecting the answer she got as her face, like her early disgust, could not hide the surprise. "I would rather not relive that nightmare. Can you believe he had the nerve to sneeze on me? It's bad enough he got so close to me smelling the way he did, I had to shower six times to get the germs off of me!" The reporter, clearly surprised, and confused turned to the camera and said "well, now we've all met the uh...fearless heroine...back to you Ron."
Quote: "Cleanliness is next to godliness...who said that? Not important, but they left out a key factor: That only applies if the god you are nearing is clean, and who wants to take that chance?! I'd rather be clean AND stay away from this possibly unclean god."
Reputation: Linnea's rep is, complicated. On one end, she's seen as a great hero, willing to help wherever she can, and as a great support to fellow heroes. On the other end, news outlet's see her as a 'risk' and often end up covering her with a censor bar, a fact which she always complains about when she see's news stories involving her. Outside of her heroing, she is widely known in the arcade world(and a few museums), as "Do not let this person in." She claims the posters to be very flattering.
