The sudden knife atack caught Dennis off guard, and it was enough pain to break his consentration. His grip on Roxy slipped off, and he wasn't able to move his hands anymore. Mouth on his back disappeared, and Yukkhirimar jumped away from Roxy and devoured knives. His face showed a few signs of intelligence as he growled at Roxy, and it was clear that he is filled with rage. His eyes glowed again, and Roxy saw streams of blood coming out of his wounds, while his own mouth deformed and shot a beam of violet energy at Roxy.

@KatherinWinterYou can use second panther for distraction. You can create physical shadow objects close to youself, why don't you create it in his skull? Your physical atack definetly can harm him, so go with hit-and run tactics. Claws don't affect her physically, that is ay he has to grab her with hands. He can't heal from energy he absorbs - it's just not enough of it to turn into flesh. Make him tired, make him suffer, make him give up the fight. You can use psychological advantages - Dennis is not quite stable which you can exploit. His detection abilities work around power cores - so create a few power beacons to break his attention. Fight is not about atacks only, there are tons of ways you harm your opponent. For example, i expected Roxy to freak out a little when Dennis turned into Cronenberg thing, but i can explain no reaction by the world of gods where such things are common. Go have fun with her abilities, i believe in your creativity, and rule of cool always works, at least for me)))

Shadow bonds, field of darkness, projectiles, shadow illusions, teleportation, incorporeal mode. I gave you my limitations, exploit them. Think about cosequences of your actions - why drag him into shadow realm if it perfectly covers your presence? I don't have a way to overcome this ability and can only rely on endurence, and you gave me an out yourself. Keep distance - he is not so fast to catch you, even in overcharged mode.

"I will show you" Yukkhirimar responded through his telepathic abilities and mouth on his back tried to pierce throw Roxy. This atack was not meant to harm her physically, but to reach her own energy core and start devouring it, reaping it by small pieces. Meanwhile, Yukkhirimar grabbed Roxy himself to prevent her from moving away.

It was hard to endure such pain. Yukkhirimar kneeled.
"So, shadows, considering the placement of light in this room..." It was clear through his voice that he is suffering. But still there was a shade of fun in his tone. A slight violet glow appeared under his shirt.
"Let's see how good you are in close encounters" he said, and suddenly threw himself right at Roxy, trying to hit her with his back. When he managed to stand again, a giant violet mouth with a size of his full torso opened and teared his shirt. Several lines of huge teeth and tentacles tried to reach Roxy, now close enough to their owner so they won't be destroyed by another god's presense.

Yukkhirimar stopped and catched the ball with a few tentacles. While holding it, he tried to sense Roxy's energy, but...
"Hey, boy, would you please stop spamming for a second, i'm trying to catch some girl there" he told to Avary, "that power is cool, but messes with my senses. Feels like cola, by the way. Good for you, i'm into coffee now."

When Yukkhirimar finished with the panther, he tried to atack Roxy with his tentacles, but they dissolved near her. "Oh, I see. Your presense is too powerful for them to be stable. Too bad for you, actually, cause there is another way." Yukkhirimar cutted a bunch of tentacles off with his "legs" and reformed them into a simple energy ball, then threw it at Roxy's face. This atack was followed by Yukkhirimar charging at Roxy from the other side without tentacles, but with his body's muscles charged with energy. By his own calculations, he would reach Roxy three seconds after energy ball hits her.

He grabs not shadow, but energy core that has been used to form a panther. The main ability is energy consumption, and it absorbs all power used to create panthers. In a violent way.
