"Welcome to Power Development. Like Zeus said this class will help you control and expand your powers. We are going to start by seeing what you can do. Pair up. We are going to do some dueling." Enlil told them. He looked around the room. It would be interesting to see who each student selected to go up against.

"Ele, do you want to be partners for this?" Avary asked Ele. He hoped she said yes, he had no one else to partner up with him.

Roxy didnt want a partner but she liked the idea of showing of her abilities. She had no problem taking on somrone to do that. The question was who. She didn't want to take on anyone too weak. That wouldn't show her strength at all. But she also didn't want to take on somrone she couldn't defeat. That would defeat the purpose of showing off. Unfortunately she didn't know what any of these people could do. She turned to the boy nearest her. "Want to battle?"

"Well, why not. But before we start, i should warn you - try projectiles that are disconnected from your power core. I don't have good self-control when in a fight."
Upcoming training made Dennis a little bit nervous, yet excited to learn and taste powers of other young gods. And it was finally the time to try his abilities on someone of his kind. Just keep your moral code intact, he reminded to himself.

"It's power development. The whole idea is to use powers. So I can't really do that." Roxy explained. She waant too worried. It was harder to hit her then he seemed to think. Plus she could make projectiles. She was curious to see what he could do and how much control he really had. She was about to find out. She made her wsy to the middle of the room. "Let's see what you can do Dennis."

Dennis followed her to the center of the room, preparing himself for this fight. He focused all of his senses on the girl and catched a bit of her power, wich took the form of a very strong coffee in his mind, and now was almost ready for a battle. But there was one last thing to do. Dennnis's eyes flashed with violet light.
"Do you remember? You never told me your name, Roxy."
Imagine the kid who never was someone special and who wanted to draw attention of everyone. It would be natural for such a kid to have weird fantasies, but there was one day when Dennis had a will to hurt some bully so badly, that his power manifested for the first time. That is when he learned about his telepathic abilities, not only mind reading and psychis link, but also power to inflict visions of whatever he wanted. But such atack should come with realism...
"I can't believe someone allowed that titan abomination into my school! You either leave right now, or i will throw you into tartarus like I did with your kind centuries ago!" Zeus appeared behind Roxy and smashed her with lightning, causing pain all over her body. A slight violet glowing appeared around both Zeus and Dennis.

Roxy was taken surprise by the vision. But she immediately knew that that was what it. First Zeus had just left the room. If he was going to attack he would have done it earlier. Second while Zeus might not be happy about the Titian's children being taught with his that was the agreement all the elders had come to. That didn't stop the pain from the lightning. Her brain processed it as if it was real. She growled low in her throat. She summoned to shadow panther. The panther was bigger then a real panther. It was also less solid. The panther attacked Dennis.

Dennis tried to sneak into the mind of Roxy's creation, but it either lacked one or he didn't had enough concentration to do so, and his attack didn't achieve anything. His will to use primary ability was strong, but he managed to overcome his hunger for Roxy's energy at least for now. So he was forced to rely on physical attacks, until absolute necessity. Using bits of power he absorbed this morning watching for other students Dennis was able to amplify strenght of his muscles and tried to get out from panther's line of atack and punch it from side. There was one more thing - for some reason he wanted to grin, and he knew it was a bad sign.

Roxy laughed when Dennis attacked the panthers with his fists. "You can't hurt shadows with physical attacks. But they can hurt you."The wounds wouldn't be as serious as a real panthers attack but there would be wounds. Gashes and bites. While not as powerful having two shadow panthers attack the boy should not only slow him down but weaken him. She gave Dennis a cocky smile certain he was in trouble now.

A wild smile appeared od Dennis's face, as he finally decided to stop holding back. He froze in one place, not really caring about his safety anymore and just looked at the atacking beast. His eyes began glowing again, and violet aura gathered around his hand. When it coated it whole, Yukkhirimar grasped the air in front of him, pointing right at the panther, and cloud of tentacles bursted out of his hand, along with two things that resembled insect legs with curved blades on the ends. Tentacles catched the shadow beast, and legs were tearing the poor animal apart into small pieces, and each piece ended up in one of several jaws that opened all over young god's hand. During all this, Yukkhirimar looked at Roxy like he was praising her for the effort.
"You are wonderful! I never doubted that, but now i know for sure...I want more of you! Please, be patient, when i finished with your creations, i'll come for you!"

Avary watched this battle with interest, he could feel the amount of magic coming from the two. He started glowing a faint purple and saw the essence of magic flying from them. Either one would be a very powerful and hard to beat opponent.

Roxy growled when Dennis tore her shadow beast apart. She hadn't been expecting that. She didn't know what kunder of power that the boy had but it was one that wouldn't be overcome easily. She had to think fast. She knew that the teacher wouldn't let her get hurt too badly but she didn't want to lose the fight either. There had to be a way to beat him she just had to figure out what it was. "Come and try."

When Yukkhirimar finished with the panther, he tried to atack Roxy with his tentacles, but they dissolved near her. "Oh, I see. Your presense is too powerful for them to be stable. Too bad for you, actually, cause there is another way." Yukkhirimar cutted a bunch of tentacles off with his "legs" and reformed them into a simple energy ball, then threw it at Roxy's face. This atack was followed by Yukkhirimar charging at Roxy from the other side without tentacles, but with his body's muscles charged with energy. By his own calculations, he would reach Roxy three seconds after energy ball hits her.

Roxy was surprised when the tentacles didn't reach her. She raised an eyebrow at Dennis' words. It was good to know that she had a strong shield. She watched curiously as he regathered his energy. This time he throw the energy towards her. She was curious what the energy would do but she didn't think she liked it. She waited until the last possible second before moving. She jumped into the bears shadow disappearing from sight.

Yukkhirimar stopped and catched the ball with a few tentacles. While holding it, he tried to sense Roxy's energy, but...
"Hey, boy, would you please stop spamming for a second, i'm trying to catch some girl there" he told to Avary, "that power is cool, but messes with my senses. Feels like cola, by the way. Good for you, i'm into coffee now."

Roxy snorted. She thought it was funny that some other kid was interfering with their battle. She didn't know if Dennis could attack or even feel her. Not evetone knew about the shadow realm. Few could sense anything in it. She made her way towards the boy. She studied him as she approached. She stopped inside Dennis' shadow. Which was right beside him. She created twould shadow knives before stepping out of the shadows. She stabbed the the boy as she stepped out.

It was hard to endure such pain. Yukkhirimar kneeled.
"So, shadows, considering the placement of light in this room..." It was clear through his voice that he is suffering. But still there was a shade of fun in his tone. A slight violet glow appeared under his shirt.
"Let's see how good you are in close encounters" he said, and suddenly threw himself right at Roxy, trying to hit her with his back. When he managed to stand again, a giant violet mouth with a size of his full torso opened and teared his shirt. Several lines of huge teeth and tentacles tried to reach Roxy, now close enough to their owner so they won't be destroyed by another god's presense.

Roxy watched Dennis approach. She wasn't worried. He was going to hit her. It wasn't a big deal. She had been hit before. She grunted when Dennis hit her hard. She didn't try to stop him, instead she grabbed him. His physical powers were interesting. [color]"You're not very impressive. What else can you do?"[/color] She asked as pulled him into the shadow realm. The show realm was one of her favorite places. Everything was muted here.

"I will show you" Yukkhirimar responded through his telepathic abilities and mouth on his back tried to pierce throw Roxy. This atack was not meant to harm her physically, but to reach her own energy core and start devouring it, reaping it by small pieces. Meanwhile, Yukkhirimar grabbed Roxy himself to prevent her from moving away.
