Even companies like Netflix are against the removal of net neutrality. Why did it get voted out? Political bullshit. They know what would have happened if they put it to a public vote.

Two older guys are sitting in Starbucks next to me, loudly insulting their frugal friend for his small TV and the fact that he doesn't eat take out. People are stupid.

"I was worried about that." Ashe said softly under her breath to Leon's response to her question. That meant that the man who fought like the warriors from her world, was a warrior from her world. Which one, she had no way of knowing. Either she would have to wait for him to attack this place again, or somehow go after him. Either way, she would tear that helmet from his head. Even if the truth was something that she wholeheartedly dreaded.

As the two of them walked to Third District, Ashe instinctively surveyed the damages around her. There was death and injury, as was to be expected. But the damages themselves weren't severe, they could be easily repaired. It looked like they hadn't lost anything that was too important either. With all the extra hands that they had around, it shouldn't take too long to get things up and running again.

Though it didn't show on her face, Ashe was relieved when she saw the others still alive, though a little worn out from the fighting. As she expected, Aerith immediately began fussing over the burns that Ashe had suffered during the battle. Despite the fact that Ashe wanted to get to Disney Castle and report quickly, she had learned not to argue with Aerith when it came to this sort of thing. So with a roll of her eyes, the warrior let Aerith cast some healing magic.

After that, Leon and Ashe went to go find Cid and borrow a Gummi Ship. Ashe wouldn't admit it, but she was nervous. She had never been on one of these ships before. Her first time leaving her own world was when the darkness swallowed it and she hadn't been away from Traverse Town since showing up there. Despite that, she showed none of her nerves as they boarded the Gummi Ship and headed off to Disney Castle.

Once they were on their way, Ashe found that her nerves had all but disappeared and instead found herself trying not stare wide eyed at what was around her. The endless expanse of black around her was eerie, but also somewhat comforting. The trip seemed to hardly take any time at all and soon they found themselves in Disney Castle.

When they arrived, Ashe found herself overwhelmed. The area that they landed in was covered in machinery, things that were very unfamiliar to the warrior, who's own world had no technology like this. The sight of Queen Minnie was sligtly startling as well, but she showed no signs of it. Ashe instead stood tall and alert, one hand on the hilt of her sword out of pure instinct. She stayed quiet as Leon and the Queen spoke.

Ashe only spoke up after hearing the Queen's worries about a possible diplomatic mission gone wrong. The warrior knelt down in front of the Queen, both as a show of respect and so that she could speak with the Queen face to face. "Your Majesty, if you wish to send more people to this Land of Dragons, I would like to volunteer to help. I hate to worry you, but if your diplomat is still alive, then time is of the essence." Ashe's reasons weren't entirely selfless for volunteering. She wanted to become more familiar with the other worlds out there. Not only that, but it meant that she could hunt now the masked man in the process.
Still here, still interested. Just been busy the last couple of days. I have a half hour to get some writing done then I have to go back to work. So I can at least get a post started now.
Name: Ashe Allerion
Age: 22
Gender: Female

Appearance:

Ashe is a tall woman, standing at about 5' 10" with a build made up entirely of lean muscle. Her hair and eyes are nearly the same shade of blue, her eyes are just a tad darker. Underneath her clothing, her pale skin is marked with scars. Three, jagged lines score across her left side as well as down her back, clearly these marks were caused by a clawed beast of some kind. A few other scars mark her frame, including one across her right shoulder, which is visible through the sleeves of her top. The other scars on her body seem to be caused by sharp weaponry, rather than beast. No matter what, she never takes off her collar like leather necklace. She won't say why, but it's clearly important to her.

Weapon of Choice: Longsword

Personality: Ashe comes off as a rather... intense person. She's fierce, she's stubborn, she's bluntly honest, and she's very serious. But get past her harsh exterior and underneath you'll find someone who you may actually want to be friends with. She's overly protective, she would gladly take a shot if it meant keeping you safe. If you ask her for help, more often than not she'll stop whatever she's doing and help you, especially if it has to do with training. Despite the fact that her sense of humor is rather dark, and she doesn't find most jokes or pranks funny, she'll still laugh at them, if only to make you feel good about yourself.

Backstory: Ashe doesn't talk about her past a lot, but people have been able to put some stuff together, just by observing her. It's clear whatever world she's from is a world of warriors. Her proficiency in battle makes that very apparent. From the way she carries herself, she may have been some sort of higher ranking warrior, or nobility. She seems to sympathise with those who's worlds have been lost to darkness, indicating that her own world may have been as well.

Notes: I'm keeping Ashe's past vague on purpose, because I don't want anybody to know about it beforehand. She also has the Berserk ability, which makes her blows more powerful when weakened.
@Double I'm still here. I wasn't pinged in that other post so I didn't think about saying anything. I'm most definitely still interested in this, even if nobody else is.
@Excal @SilverDawn I'd be cool with that too.
@SilverDawn We can do a time skip when the other missions are finished to say the Goblin one is too. I can wait for that.
@SilverDawn You've kind of forgotten about the Goblin burrow mission. The only two people left for it have already posted, we're waiting on you.
Emara growled when Katherine stopped her from attacking. The pretty lady was way too trusting of people. Emara herself had come to her with the name of an ally, explaining the situation, enough trust to get free was okay there. But this old guy had just shown up with no explaination whatsoever, and expected them to follow. "If he wanted to attack, he'd wait until our guards were down. The second we step out that door, I'm dead and you're in a lot worse shape than you are right now. You just said that he wears the uniform of the guards here."

Emara couldn't see a good way out. If she had been alone, it would have been easy. But with another person who didn't have the same skills as her, it was going to be hard. Especially with this untrustable guy blocking one way out. "You can follow him if you really don't care that much for your life, but I won't." Emara stubbornly and childishly crossed her arms, still clutching her daggers as she did. She didn't survive this long by trusting complete strangers.
@Etranger If we're quoting character sheets, Yuel can smell noble bullshit from a mile away, which includes things like trying to hide behind a polite mask. She's seen the signs of her family's dislike for her so much that she can unconsciously make it out on people. It's literally the only thing she's good at that isn't smashing stuff. Deal with it.
Sorry Blaze, I forgot to let you know how operation pink hair went. It looked great, but apparently my hair doesn't take dye well, it's only been a week and it's already faded really badly and I need to dye it again. I'm going to try leaving the dye in longer and see if that helps, I only kept it in the minimum amount of time to test it.

Also, you mentioned something about moving the plot foward here soon. Did you want me to post before you or after you?
