Ray seemed to glance back at Darin while working on the computer, he seemed like he wasn’t fully focused on the case, but he was trying his best. Starting his programs up, he was starting to research the parameters of people who lived in Milwaukee that served in the military that could have a shady background or recent occurrence in history, so far, nothing was seeming out of place. “I’m not getting anyone that looks out of place. Most of these guys that are ex-military with or without families have PTSD or something of the sort,” he mentioned while looking at his screen. A whole list of people was pulled up that he was investigating, but they didn’t seem out of place.
Glancing back at his coworker, Ray felt like anyone with PTSD could end up being the unsub in some way. PTSD combined with any other mental issues like delusions could be a breeding ground for violent outbursts. “I think I might need to wait for a bit more information,” he said while looking down the list.

After exiting the plane, it was straight to the medical examiner, since he needed to figure out the cause of death and what truly happened to these victims, Joseph Thoreau went. His background in medical knowledge was always wonderful while visiting the M.E. 's especially when they are voted onto the board.
”Where’s all the blood?”
“The reports indicate the blood was drained before being submerged, so we know the blood wasn’t in the water. Which begs the question, where is it?”
The medical examiner looked like a young girl right out of grad school, and she shrugged her shoulders. “All I know is what the field team told me. There was no blood around the bodies and what I discovered was that there was barely any blood in the bodies,” she mentioned while looking through the reports she wrote hours ago. She seemed to be trying to focus on the blood situation right now.
“In the overall report they gave me, there wasn’t a drop of blood around them. The only blood that was found was stained on them,” she gestured to the bodies.
Lucian wasn’t touching anything, but he was observing to see what the bodies looked like especially around the lacerations. They seemed to appear very similar, bruising around the places that were lacerated. “
I cannot tell,” Lucian said since he didn’t want to make a judgment call. He looked over to the medical examiner, and she seemed to be flipping through her papers.
“Both of them had fibers, similar to what you would find in sheets, for bedding, though I would say both. I believe that he put restraints on them,” the medical examiner had gloves on and she picked up the one girl’s wrist to show what she was talking about. Pointing at the odd layers of bruising or tightened skin that was somewhat hidden from the laceration itself, “If you see this type of bruising is from fighting a tight restraint. While the lacerations have glass fibers in them,” she mentioned. The unsub wasn’t even using a knife to cut at the girl's wrists or ankles. “These fibers consist of each ankle and wrist that was abused,” she mentioned.

The Station & Officers
The police station seemed full of workers and a few individuals demanding answers since they recently lost loved ones. Officers were in different interview rooms with families trying to figure out why their loved ones would be targeted.
A lady came in right after the agents Stannis and Aguilar, she was asking if someone could help her. She seemed really ruffled up as if something stressful happened. “I don’t know who I am supposed to talk to, but I saw the local news station, and I believe that I witnessed someone being taken,” she was frantic.
An officer approached her to deal with the woman, “If the news is making you paranoid ma’am, you don’t have to watch it, but I will write down your statement,” he huffed out while pulling out a pen and small notebook. He appeared to have no interest in actually writing down this woman's statement.
She clearly could tell he wasn’t taking her seriously, “Young man!” she shouted at him. She was a petite, middle-aged woman with blonde hair and blue eyes, “I swear, I was almost kidnapped. I fought back and he ended up kidnapping this young girl since she saw what was going on. I think it's the guy that the news was talking about this morning,” she was visibly upset and almost shaking at her words.
“Uh-huh,” he stated while writing something down in his notebook, “Is that all? Are you sure the young woman didn’t go willingly with the man?” he asked since he was seeing if the woman was actually remembering correctly.
“No, she asked me to help, and I-” she seemed upset, “Nevermind!” she threw her hands up while beginning to storm off. The officer chuckled at this and then began to scribble through what he wrote down as if he knew she wasn’t telling the truth in the first place.
