Hello out there! My name's Mason. I like a lot of random stuff like comics, Masters of the Universe, M*A*S*H, X-Files, conspiracy theories, as well as a good superhero themed role play! I'm more of a DC freak than a Marvel zombie but I did grow up on mutants and 3rd string heroes. Once in awhile I'll make a few micros in MSPaint for my RP's because I love designing heroes as much as I do writing/reading about them. I'm about to try and get another Amalgam Universe themed game off the ground, if you're interested gimme a shout!

I've been RP'ing for awhile. I mostly RP to keep my writing skills up to par, and I generally RP between Casual and Advanced. I've been a member of the guild for quite a bit, pre Guildfall even. Ninety percent of the time you'll find me in some superhero themed RP or something based off of another fandom like MotU or Power Rangers. Currently in the process of developing my own comics!
Favorite DC heroes (I won't go into villains to save space) in no order: Aquaman, Hawkman, Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner), Superboy (the clone), Swamp Thing, Starman, Animal Man, the Ray (90's era), Impulse, Captain Atom, and Batman Beyond.
Favorite Marvel heroes list: Human Torch I & II, Capt. Mar-Vell, Black Bolt, the classic Destroyer, Havok, Multiple Man, classic Scarlet Spider, Spiderman 2099, Nova, and Colossus.
OTHER FAVORITES: Space Ghost, Haunt, the Maxx, Shadowhawk, Green Hornet, Madman, Doctor Star/Andromeda, the Phantom, He-Man, and Zorro.
I'll try and get a post up tonight before bed or in the morning. I'm pretty sure I got the job I interviewed for today though so I'm not sure when I'll be available tomorrow.
I *think* I may do something similar to the current JL flick where Batman goes and recruits a League. And since this isn't Bruce/Batman putting us together, some misunderstandings may occur.
Looking at the cast, knighthawk/Hawk hasn't been seen in 17 days and Tengri hasn't been online in two months. I'll use Multiplus as a means to take the two of them out of action and move forward. One or two of us may fly in to give Bulk Lad the assist.

Most of the cities are based on an existing city in the 'States. For me Metropolis was always in New York, Gotham was either in Jersey or NY as well as Bludhaven. Midway is supposed to be something like Detroit. Central City was always in Kansas, and for some time it's sister city Keystone was across the bridge in Missouri. St. Roch was meant to be something like New Orleans. Star City is of course something like Seattle. The only ones I don't really have much reference for would be Ivy Town and Opal City.
@DriveEMOut You need to flesh out the CS a little more if your guy's dad is gonna be his co-pilot in crime fighting. Also, need to include his suit having a stealth mode in the powers list. Can't just throw that sort of thing in there. I get he's a vigilante like Batman or Red Hood, but even they have to have limitations. Don't get much more tech'ed out though since this kid's only 19 and probably suffering from a social disorder or three, if the dad's the mentor you're eventually gonna need to tell us why he let a troubled kid just one day decide he wanted to be a superhero. Maybe his adopted dad is... Victor Fries? IDK, gotta give us a little more info though either way.
We'll have a new recruit shortly! And answers as to where the missing recruits have been will be answered! One of the prisoners will be the new recruit. Get ready for some major plot twists!
What city is this in? Is it completely overrun with Starros or are there still free people?
Opening paragraph in the OOC and IC both mention several of the larger cities, mostly fictional, infected with Starros. They could potentially be anywhere though in the US.
Also, made a new titanpad for this RP. I'll link it in the OP of the thread when I get a chance. But if anybody wants to swing by while I'm still online I can answer questions or concerns much more directly...
