Hello out there! My name's Mason. I like a lot of random stuff like comics, Masters of the Universe, M*A*S*H, X-Files, conspiracy theories, as well as a good superhero themed role play! I'm more of a DC freak than a Marvel zombie but I did grow up on mutants and 3rd string heroes. Once in awhile I'll make a few micros in MSPaint for my RP's because I love designing heroes as much as I do writing/reading about them. I'm about to try and get another Amalgam Universe themed game off the ground, if you're interested gimme a shout!

I've been RP'ing for awhile. I mostly RP to keep my writing skills up to par, and I generally RP between Casual and Advanced. I've been a member of the guild for quite a bit, pre Guildfall even. Ninety percent of the time you'll find me in some superhero themed RP or something based off of another fandom like MotU or Power Rangers. Currently in the process of developing my own comics!
Favorite DC heroes (I won't go into villains to save space) in no order: Aquaman, Hawkman, Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner), Superboy (the clone), Swamp Thing, Starman, Animal Man, the Ray (90's era), Impulse, Captain Atom, and Batman Beyond.
Favorite Marvel heroes list: Human Torch I & II, Capt. Mar-Vell, Black Bolt, the classic Destroyer, Havok, Multiple Man, classic Scarlet Spider, Spiderman 2099, Nova, and Colossus.
OTHER FAVORITES: Space Ghost, Haunt, the Maxx, Shadowhawk, Green Hornet, Madman, Doctor Star/Andromeda, the Phantom, He-Man, and Zorro.

Old Bludhaven...
Multiplus surveyed the scene and kept replicating himself. The current incarnation of Hawkman was surrounded by several of the masked men. The Ungaran codenamed Bolt came in to try and assist, but it seemed as if the clones knew Hawk's wings were a part of him and attempted to rip them completely off along with whatever bits of his armor they could manage. The blue clad Superforce was lost in the crowd. For all of the muscle and speed of Bulk Lad and Capt. Marvel, nothing could have prepared them for this type of assault right out of the gate. Hawk was the single most experienced member of the team with the knowledge of his past lives, and he's pretty much been beaten into submission already. Bolt was on the defensive but it was clear the team needed an opening to get at the actual enemy and not more duplicates. Her eyes burst with electricity and an electric lightning wave ripped through everything within ten meters of the hero.
Hawk - 0 hp [needed sidelined]
Bolt - 0 hp [needed sidelined]
Multiplus - 10 hp [-3 from the electric waves and lightning]
Back at HQ...
Cosmic Boy sat in his chair looking for any leads he could find on the disappearance of some recruits from the monitor room. He pulled up news footage of the battle in Old Bludhaven with the replicating villain and saw that both Hawk and Bolt were down and Bulk Lad and Capt. Marvel were on their own.
"The guy in green is new, but the Gluconian and his martial arts should be able to hold them off till I can get them some backup..." Cosmic Boy thought checking to see who was still at HQ, "Pano, if you're getting this.. Bulk Lad and Capt. Marvel are outnumbered and Hawk and Bolt need to be taken somewhere safe away from the chaos. How quick can you get there?"
Pano had been pacing back and forth ever since the other team got sent to take on Multiplus. He was worried, sure, but the main reason for his pacing was unrest. He wished more than anything to be out there taking on another villain, this time by the side of a new Captain Marvel and his pal Bulk Lad.
Having heard Cosmic's message, Pano ran for the front door "Faster than a speeding bullet that's for sure..." Pano called back to Cosmic Boy through his ring as he was already half way to join his comrades in battle.
Multiplus - 10 hp
Momentum - 16 hp
Bulk Lad - 9 hp
Capt Marvel - 15 hp

This would be like the 4th RP I've been in that was completely derailed by a Damian Wayne argument. Everybody got their opinions out there, which is all well and good, now let's move forward. DC Rebirth, what's everybody's plans? Batman's gonna start recruiting some of ya into his gang of heroes...

You can go ahead and battle them, just take note the differences. They start out small and attach to spines, then grow about three times in size and move over the face. They [the hosts] also gain the ability of added strength, speed, and the Starro vision blast.

I'm sure he's killed a dozen or so ninjas between here and there as well as many times as he's faced the LoA. Didn't he used to brag early on he could kill a man in X amount of seconds a handful of different ways?
I would like it better if he was a clone and not in fact Bruce's kid. I can't accept him as the world's greatest detective otherwise.
@Burning Kitty I don't think it's anger issues so much as it is pride. He usually boasts until an enemy makes him look stupid, then he gets reckless.
IF he was such a great Robin though, he would've had more than a mini series by now. Nightwing has had a series go well beyond a hundred issues, Red Hood has been good since just before the New52, and Tim carried the Robin title for well into a hundred issues as well as the Red Robin title going beyond another thirty issues before the New52. Damian has as many haters as he does fans. He's leading the Teen Titans now [with a de-aged Starfire, IDK about that...], and getting the monthly with Superman's son Jon called 'Super Sons'. On his own though I just don't think he's as good as the others have proven to be.
Grant Morrison wasn't enough to make me like Damian. I doubt any writer will. His appearances in the DC Animated Movieverse have been hit or miss, but him being in Titans makes sense since they're trying a little harder across the board to make the expanded media sync up somewhat.
