Hello out there! My name's Mason. I like a lot of random stuff like comics, Masters of the Universe, M*A*S*H, X-Files, conspiracy theories, as well as a good superhero themed role play! I'm more of a DC freak than a Marvel zombie but I did grow up on mutants and 3rd string heroes. Once in awhile I'll make a few micros in MSPaint for my RP's because I love designing heroes as much as I do writing/reading about them. I'm about to try and get another Amalgam Universe themed game off the ground, if you're interested gimme a shout!

I've been RP'ing for awhile. I mostly RP to keep my writing skills up to par, and I generally RP between Casual and Advanced. I've been a member of the guild for quite a bit, pre Guildfall even. Ninety percent of the time you'll find me in some superhero themed RP or something based off of another fandom like MotU or Power Rangers. Currently in the process of developing my own comics!
Favorite DC heroes (I won't go into villains to save space) in no order: Aquaman, Hawkman, Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner), Superboy (the clone), Swamp Thing, Starman, Animal Man, the Ray (90's era), Impulse, Captain Atom, and Batman Beyond.
Favorite Marvel heroes list: Human Torch I & II, Capt. Mar-Vell, Black Bolt, the classic Destroyer, Havok, Multiple Man, classic Scarlet Spider, Spiderman 2099, Nova, and Colossus.
OTHER FAVORITES: Space Ghost, Haunt, the Maxx, Shadowhawk, Green Hornet, Madman, Doctor Star/Andromeda, the Phantom, He-Man, and Zorro.

If we can keep this going I'd really like to, but if not I'd still like to have some sort of stat based superhero RP. Legion isn't really a concept that works with a small cast, which is the main reason I'd wanna go ahead and put it to sleep if we dropped below six players. I had originally toyed with the idea of letting players have multiple characters, which would make the Legion look more like the Legion, however it was gonna be more of a reward system and given to players who had ten posts or more. At the moment it's only myself and the new Co-GM. It'd be a problem too I think if new recruits came in and immediately wanted two characters. And with what I had planned for the 'Time Traveling Adventure' and tying us all to the Kingdom Come universe... it's not really a good place to open with even more characters involved. Maybe I got too ambitious with the story direction, since a lot of you didn't know about Kingdom Come, but I think what we've been doing so far has been great. Even with the late additions, everyone came in and understood the mechanics and wrote some pretty damn good posts.

@DrewVonAwesomeWe could switch it up and go with that Titanic Lad character we made for that Legion RP awhile back, after we go to the past and come back? We could go for somebody a little more in line with your stretchy character fandom like a teen version of Plastic Man or Mr. Fantastic?

I LOVE stat based games despite there being more work on my end making stat cards for everyone and enemies and the like, but I don't want to move forward with the type of setting with only a handful of characters and an NPC or two.
If we can't find enough people interested in this type of theme I'd be up for trying something else with the same format. I'm honestly shocked more people were into the idea of the Legion rather than the X-Men. I've already got iChecks written for a few RPs including Batman Gotham Knights, a remake of my YJ 2020 series, an OC universe with a set-up somewhat mirroring what's being done in the Arrow tv series, etc. and I could rework any of them into a stat based RP.

@The Kid LanternI made corrections to my post to have Adam and catwoman in the Daily Planet with the others in the case cunfuzzler ever returns.
In my next post I'm going to write Catwoman out since the player's been MIA for over two weeks. Don't want the loose character to slowus down when things are just getting good.

Make sure not to let the convo get too crazy, Laura is another players mother in this IIRC [Raptor?]. There's also an older Amadeus Cho/Hulk running around somewhere or working in a lab SHIELD could question.
