Daniel thought for a moment; the man's offer seemed not totally unreasonable. When they were getting into the mall, they would need as much help as they could get. Plus; three trained soldiers together? They might as well have a task force. "We will need some help taking the mall with as little possibility of injuries as possible." He stepped forward. "I'd like you help. However, this my be my home, but I do not make decisions for this group." He briefly glanced at Amy and then at Shannon. "My name is Daniel, and you have my vote."

Daniel pondered several things as he walked towards the mechanic's shelf. First, he wondered what would have happened if he'd engaged hand-to-hand with this man. He was muscled, and looked like he had no trouble staying fit. Had they met under alternate circumstances, Daniel would have asked him to join their group. Though he was just as muscled, Daniel still had a good grip on this guys height. However, he had no idea of this man's skills as a fighter. Whether or not Daniel could take him alone, he'd have to deal with Amelia on him as well.

"...Daniel..." He heard Shannon say his name, and he snapped to the present, but he saw that she was addressing Polyester. He turned around and looked at the man. "What tools do you need?"

Daniel nodded. "Thank you." He motioned for Shannon and Amy to lower their weapons. "We can help you with tools, but I don't think you want to get involved in what we're planning to do." Daniel silently laughed to himself. The case was, in fact, that Daniel didn't exactly want this guy involved. He didn't like the feeling that the man gave off. Maybe he was being over prejudice... "We can help you with car problems, but then you'd do well to stay away from our group." He turned and walked towards the supplies cabinets.

She watched the men drag the prisoner towards a cell. She wished that there was something she could do. "Men die? Well good thing I'm not a man... I'm not even a woman." She held beck the urge to cry as she spoke.

"I'm not even a woman and do you know whats gonna happen to me now? You've talked to me now; you obviously aren't completely heartless! I'm going to experience what no one should... and you're going to stand by. Heck, you'll probably join in won't you?" She stood with a good deal of effort, approaching the bars and looking straight at the man. She didn't know his name, but she'd make sure he remembered hers. If she couldn't hurt him physically, she could try to hurt him emotionally. "My name is Emma Jane Crowe, I'm 14 years old, and you and your 'pals' are gonna violate me!" Her voice rose at the the end of her statement. Emma had no idea where the boldness had come from.. She dropped back down to the floor and allowed herself to cry quietly.
