That was a difficult task to figure out! A basic way and the first way that I used to make sure that the magic that passes was tethered To me. It was a good start, but it required some mental bandwidth

Around or within, depends on the spells I am casting, but yes

Nope. I am the magic circle, per say.

You could say I was blessed to have such a seemingly simple and mundane magic type as my first.

I’m not,
*lowers the tip and it shows a small circle that is barely floating above*
Magic circles that are large are helpful in activation of spell or if the spell requires it in space, but are not necessary for all. Think of this circle as the barrel of the gun.
*holds a small flame-like beam *
Or another comparison is like a flame thrower.

It leaks power as it is shot and it’s unstable. It’ll hit hard enough to kill, especially when using more mana.
*taps my staff*
Though, because it is not refined, you won’t be able to use its full amount of power due to it wasting energy.
*taps the ground and there are scorch marks from the initial shot*
