Another question I have is for Incantations. When it comes to casting this magic is it more so saying the name of the spell or are we chanting a set of words and charging up the spell before casting?

Based on what is posted I understand that you are still brainstorming ideas. A few questions that comes to mind for me is what was the last shinobi war fought over? Who started it? Did any clear winners or losers come out of the war which is the cause for the string of murders?
