Current Projects/Freelance work

  • I am a voice talent and script writer for Faerun History
  • I have a much smaller personal Youtube channel that I use to make videos on various subjects. Only been making videos for 2 years, but it's growing!
  • I'm the host of a Science Fiction & Fantasy Podcast where I interview authors of the genre.

Interests (Includes but is not limited to)

  • Writing/Reading (Love writing and I own too many books)
  • Video Games (Been a gamer for close to 23 years now)
  • Working Out/Martial Arts (Wing Chun/Oyama Karate mostly. Some historical swordplay as well.)
  • History (Military History is my specialty)
  • Zoology
  • Art (Mostly Illustrations. Used to be good. Am picking it back up)
  • Voice Acting/Singing
  • Tabletop Gaming (Started late in the game. Been at it for 3 years. I was the kid who bought the monster manuals and D&D books just for the lore for the longest time. I've played 3.5e, 5e, Star Wars D20, Edge of the Empire, PF, and PF2.)
  • Weaponry of all kinds
  • Anime (mostly action/shonen. DBZ & YYH being my favorites)
  • Movies (Action/War/Drama films being my go-to)
  • Music (Rock of all kinds, as well as historical folk songs, sea shanties, pub songs, a bit of classical music, etc)
  • Guitar (am learning to play, but being left handed makes it challenging)
  • There's more but if you care enough you can PM me :P

Roleplay F.A.Q.

  • Fantasy, Sci Fi, and Historical are my genres. Fantasy being my favorite and Sci Fi/Historical being close seconds.
  • Advanced / Nation / 1x1 / Casual (only in certain circumstances)
  • I generally write at the 'Advanced Level' meaning 4+ Paragraphs with good grammar.
  • I am usually busy with many projects and RPs, but if you wish to do a 1x1 with me, you'll need to present your case. Those I already do it with have my trust as a Roleplayer.
  • I love many, many fictional universes so me trying to list them all is an effort in futility!

I'll get to posting in a few days, friends!
I'm either going to be a Dwarven explorer, or a Border Prince that has lost most of his inheritance.
@JoosHmmm, that's a fairly good one. I'll think on it and finish it on the morrow.
Having a hard time figuring out a backstory other than 'wife and kid killed by whitecloaks while he was on patrol'
Bardeck the Warrior leaned against the chapel wall, taking a swig of his water jug and wetting his parched throat. His weapons were leaning against the wall in a similar fashion to he. Gideon the War Dog paced back and forth, his wolfish and muscled form was covered in dense fur, making him seem both approachable, but very powerful. Not unlike Bardeck himself, the young man handsome with warm eyes, contrasting his muscled and rugged form.

He took the lull in the fight to calm himself, taking a drink and enjoying the moment. He'd been through some rough shit before, but by the Nine Divines he had never seen something like this. At the mere thought of what they faced, he quickly put his water jug back to his belt, and hefted his Axe. With his free hand, he ran his fingers over the marks upon his iron armor. The breastplate was still strong, but that Daedra might have even broken through the Iron if Bardeck had not seen the blow from that hellish mace coming.

It didn't matter. What happened, happened. He shook his head to gather back his sense, his shaggy, unkempt hair swaying back and forth. He would face whatever came through that door, once they broke in. And break in they would...

With that, he stepped forward toward the front of the chapel. A silent prayer left his lips in a whisper as he passed the altar, Gideon padding beside him and gazing to and fro warily. He shook his head at the male Breton deciding that now was the time to flirt. At least the hammer wielding Altmer was ready for the fight.

Somehow, despite the mounting fear and unease, he felt right at home here. He'd always figured he would die in battle. The very gates of Oblivion had opened before them, and he had been there to fight the first wave of demon spawn. As it should be. Even as he hacked them down, he felt the corruption and decay of their warped souls twist before his eyes. His one regret was that Gideon had to be here too, though he knew the War Dog would not be anywhere else. He smiled to his animal companion, and the Dog gave a panting smile in return.
C'mon guys, I have been WAITING for this.
Should have a sheet soon. My main thing is me not knowing if I should be Sketti again or not.
"You cheated," he spat, then realized the irony of announcing such a thing, her being a pirate and all. The Pistol did indeed keep him from forcing her to use it by attacking, but he would die before he let her leave. "No." he delcared, backing up a pace to get even further in her way barring the only path to the door. "I cannot just step aside and let you escape." he told her, his eyes steeled with resolve.
@AngelBites15
@Lucius CypherYou're up, bud.
Calanon (& Brogach)

Location:Beside the Cave
Interacting with: Skeletons

Once he was fully roused, he let out a small gasp of surprise at the hellish scene before him. The red haze and the walking dead were not apart of his dreams, he knew. Unfortunately, Calanon had seen plenty of hellish things in his life, many of them due to Orcs. Ironic that he fought alongside them now. After that brief instant of hesitation due to the slight clinging of the reverie on his mind, he broke free and gathered his shield and sword with deadly calm and swift efficiency. Brogach let out huffs and snorts, stamping his hoofed feet into the earth. "Stay back, friend." Calanon said to his steed.

His equipment strapped on, he pushed off and charged into the fray with no reservations. He was used to ambush tactics and mounted combat when he could help it, but when those were not an option, a lightning attack to overwhelm the enemy was his next best bet. He decided to attack the center, sword trailing behind him with his shield at the fore. He sped forward with leaps and bounds from his powerful legs, and prepared himself for a quick maneuver. He gave a final leap, small but powerful in order to shield bash the skeleton left of the center.

If that was successful, he would use the sudden impact to halt his momentum and spin counter clockwise with his sword leading to hack at the center of the right skeleton in a lighting assault. He could only pray to his Gods that it would work. Worse comes to worse, he figured he could leap away, or perhaps Brogach would charge forward to help.
@Crimson RavenDeathKnights are unholy warriors from the Dreadlands. They gain power by consuming souls and being rewarded items of malice from their Demon overlords.
There are two ways to become a DeathKnight. The first, more traditional way is to pledge yourself to the inner sin of your soul, and travel into the wilderness and face the Dreadlands proper, bringing a sacrifice. If you are worthy, and have lived a life of depravation, the Greater Demons shall bestow upon you the powers of a DeathKnight.
The other way, is to have a dark sorcerer/warlock in commune with a Demon to gain its blessing, and then sacrifice three innocent souls upon a dark ritual circle. The one within the circle shall become a DeathKnight.
They are inhumanly strong and fast, with mystical blades and tough armor that is often enchanted. They are no longer human, but living vessels of unholy martial strength. Many higher ranking ones lead Demon armies.

Think of the Chosen of Chaos from Warhammer fantasy, if you're familiar.

P.S. Your timer began when your character was approved, being an exception :)

@JollanNice! We still need people for my Forgotten Realms RP, if anyone is interested in some D&D action.
