Arab voters were already voting against Kamala because of the Biden administration's Israel policy. Bill Clinton didn't help, but it was already showing in the polls at that point.

Current Projects/Freelance work

  • I am a voice talent and script writer for Faerun History
  • I have a much smaller personal Youtube channel that I use to make videos on various subjects. Only been making videos for 2 years, but it's growing!
  • I'm the host of a Science Fiction & Fantasy Podcast where I interview authors of the genre.

Interests (Includes but is not limited to)

  • Writing/Reading (Love writing and I own too many books)
  • Video Games (Been a gamer for close to 23 years now)
  • Working Out/Martial Arts (Wing Chun/Oyama Karate mostly. Some historical swordplay as well.)
  • History (Military History is my specialty)
  • Zoology
  • Art (Mostly Illustrations. Used to be good. Am picking it back up)
  • Voice Acting/Singing
  • Tabletop Gaming (Started late in the game. Been at it for 3 years. I was the kid who bought the monster manuals and D&D books just for the lore for the longest time. I've played 3.5e, 5e, Star Wars D20, Edge of the Empire, PF, and PF2.)
  • Weaponry of all kinds
  • Anime (mostly action/shonen. DBZ & YYH being my favorites)
  • Movies (Action/War/Drama films being my go-to)
  • Music (Rock of all kinds, as well as historical folk songs, sea shanties, pub songs, a bit of classical music, etc)
  • Guitar (am learning to play, but being left handed makes it challenging)
  • There's more but if you care enough you can PM me :P

Roleplay F.A.Q.

  • Fantasy, Sci Fi, and Historical are my genres. Fantasy being my favorite and Sci Fi/Historical being close seconds.
  • Advanced / Nation / 1x1 / Casual (only in certain circumstances)
  • I generally write at the 'Advanced Level' meaning 4+ Paragraphs with good grammar.
  • I am usually busy with many projects and RPs, but if you wish to do a 1x1 with me, you'll need to present your case. Those I already do it with have my trust as a Roleplayer.
  • I love many, many fictional universes so me trying to list them all is an effort in futility!

Returning with a Gift

Though his blood dribbled down onto the forest floor, Daixanos' powerful arms lifted his body ever higher into the trees. Only light grunts and low, grating noises could be heard from within his gritted teeth, for he wished to be extra quiet as he found a safe spot to hide, or potentially, ambush from. With one more surge of his considerable strength, he pulled himself onto the third lowest branch. Not a moment too soon, he found out.

Beyond the rise just outside of the woods, two figures with drawn blades now cautiously waded deeper into the outerlying woods. Daixanos stared at them with a measuring look. A Mer and a Man, one with a Long Knife and the other with a Short Sword. Bows upon their backs, strung and ready to be used if needed, though it would take time to retrieve. So they were some of the bowmen who had pursued him into the dark.
They would regret such a decision.

He waited patiently, allowing them to pass by unmolested at first. That is, until he dropped an arrow, letting it fall and strike the earth softly. The Hist had guided his timing. It made no more sound than a twig would, but it was enough to have them spin around, blades at the ready. One muttered something to the other. The Mer had spoken to the Man he realized, and strode forward himself.

The Long Knife wielding Altmer stepped lightly, doing his race proud for their light footed steps. He drew closer, and closer, before he found the source of the noise... A single iron arrow.

Crack...Thud. The screams of his comrade that were suddenly silenced behind him sent a chill up his spine that he would remember for the rest of his life. He turned in time to see Daixanos sliding his bloodied Knife out of the now broken man, whom the Argonian had just landed on to break his own fall.

A growl emanated from Dax's mouth, and he drew himself up and gazed at the Elf now quivering before him, Knife held out defensively. Dax did his best not to let his injuries show, or concentrated on how much he ached after that fall. "Give up, and I shall spare your life," Daixanos said, now gripping the haft of his Battleaxe.

Having seen the damage the Hunter had wrought earlier, and with no backup, the Mer dropped his Knife and complied. Daixanos was relieved, for in truth another battle might be his last. "Good choice, Mer." he let slither out of his mouth, and the next sensation the Elf felt was the haft of an Axe connecting with his skull.

It was an uncomfortable amount of time, but eventually Dax had maneuvered his way within the forest closer to the Inn 'round the frontlines. His breath wheezing and his body still bleeding somewhat, Sevine, Rasha, Jorwen, and whoever else was there would see a moderately injured and heavily tired Daixanos with an unconscious Elf strew upon his shoulder, his Axe merely being dragged in the dirt behind him as he slowly enters the firelight.

"Prisoner," was all Dax had the breath to utter, before he fell to his knees and gasped for air. The Mer's form rolled off him to hit the ground with a short bounce. Daixanos caught himself with his clawed hands, growling at his own weakness. Hist lend me strength.

YOU!!!

Jk welcome! There are some D&D RP's in the tabletop section.
Post incoming in the next day or two. I've been sick the past two days but have been posting places as much as I can!
Kayden seemed open to any suggestions that his team had, and to their credit they seemed to have quite a few. Hobnob spoke his piece, the Gnomes among him speaking almost as if they were a hive mind. That would be an odd prospect, Kayden thought. He was glad that wasn't the case. Morek had sat to Kayden's right, chewing on some choice jerky he'd had in his pack. He took a large swig of Ale, and then wiped his mouth with his huge forearm. "Runes?" he asked Hobnob. "That's a hard wrought magic. Where'd you get Rune skills? Do ye mean Glyphs?"

Kayden had to admit he was curious too. He didn't have the knowledge Morek had on Dwarven magic, but he'd heard enough from his powerful companion to be interested in hearing this. He supposed it wasn't impossible, since Gnomes had the closest relationship to Dwarves among the civilized folk. That is, until he heard Lis speak. Something had tingled his nose earlier, and he had not quite picked up on what it was, though it was a familiar scent... He turned to the Half-Dwarf beside him, listening as any competent Captain would, which he tried his best to be. She seemed to have some expertise on what they might be dealing with. Not only that, but she looked quite lovely this evening, he noted. His left hand was idly toying with one of his earrings as he listened to her, something he often did when admiring a pretty girl.

Her Vampire warning brought the Prince to his senses however, clearing his throat. That and Nuva chiming in with his opinion. Kayden knew he must have some...foreign knowledge as well. The fact that he very well might be fighting an Undying soon caused some fear to well up within him. Kayden was more educated than most common folk, from his upbringing. He knew the Vampire was stronger, faster, and far more magically inclined than a normal human. The perfect hunters of man, and quite dangerous to about everyone else.

Kayden pointed to Hobnob. "I don't think Pembrook would appreciate his house being booby trapped, but all in all, you might as well ask him if you're allowed to. Under these circumstances, you might have the reasoning behind him allowing it. Perhaps I can ask him, as long as you don't go too crazy on that. Let's not hang up a dog, if you catch my drift. Also, get that Steam Tank running as soon as you can. When we guard the Safe, you can be outside at the ready with it." he told the Gnome.

The dashing young Captain turned to Secret, but she held up a hand. "I think I get you. I'll look about for any clues."
"Strange disappearances, especially." he said.
"This is an overflowing city in the Borderlands. Strange disappearances are not too strange."
"Some can be." he said. "Perhaps someone with bite marks, or found on an altar, or someone who is normally trustworthy disappearing. Anything."
She raised an eyebrow and cocked her hip. "That's going to cost a bit extra, fearless leader."
Kayden rolled his eyes, but grinned. "Fine. Yoo'll get 20 extra Bronze Bordercoins. Sound good?"
"What would you do without me?"
"Solomon only knows," Kayden muttered, referring to the patron God of knowledge.

Virgil cleared his throat to gain the attention of the others. He looked like an old story teller, his bushy mustache along with his leathery features being illuminated by torchlight. "Ye might need some Silver or Valdium, if it is one of the Undying. Silver's probably easier to come by, though maybe not as weapons. Hell, get priestly items. Those'll help against them and Dark Sorcerers. We had to wear a few blessed cloaks when my regiment fought the Khalahar back in the day. One saved my life from some nasty blood magic. Killed my horse though. Poor thing shriveled up as if its soul had been ripped away."

Needless to say, Sketti's pistols were primed and ready as soon as that newcomer Elf made himself known among the party. As far as he was concerned, the only good Elf was one that was back on their Ancestor forsaken island. Or dead works well, too. Though they might come in handy, sometimes. Still, he didn't trust one that simply popped out of the woods, and if it weren't for his party seeming all buddy buddy with the Elgi by Grungni would he have pulled that trigger!

Well, now that the Umgis, Elgis, and whoever the hell else went wandering into the great Jungle beyond, he decided it was time to open one of these coconuts. Setting himself down next to Brokk, he whacked at one of the Coconuts with his metal appendage. With a crack, it broke open like a Grobi skull. He chuckled at the thought of it being just that. Well, Grobi brains seemed particularly milky, but hey, he would not complain. He slurped it down, and gave a belch that was far too large for such a small quantity of coconut juice.

Once it was time to take a sleep, he decided to stay up. He wasn't about to be caught sleeping by exploring Elgi. Pistols in their holsters and launcher in his arms, he leaned against a tree and watched the camp with a vigil, only taking a small amount of time to get some shut eye for the next day.
Quartermaster for me, matey.
