Hello! Akaya brought me here, and this seems like a good time! are you guys still open for characters?
@Silver Carrotuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Just small posts for right now, "oh look this is a thing here, let me think about it. I shall use my incredible comupter brain to computate the best possible route out of this place for after we murder a man (or several men) and blow the facility on our way out! Surely the walk in the park into the lab is only a hint at how difficult it will be to escape!"

Honestly I wanted to avoid writing a long wall of plot driven text where nobody was allowed to do anything, but seperating the events into different posts pretty much does the exact same thing, so my bad on that one.
@Burning KittyShe doesn't have to. They just suggested them to try and not speak english. Since no one else is speaking english, she can if she wants to.
Everyone already seemed to be versed in another language, which made Shawn feel a little better for when he would switch back to Japanese. Moving with Laura, Booker, Emma, and the other X-pendables into the ped-white transport vehicle, Shawn took a seat and waited for the vehicle to get a move on. This time it was Laura sitting in with them, while Booker and Emma were up in the front.

"So, what are Cable and wade going to be doing?" Shawn was rather curious as to what their exact thing was, but never received an answer from Laura. She sat quietly, having decided that she had done enough talking for one day.

It took then about thirty minutes to get from the landing zone to the lab that they were going to. The vehicle stopped briefly, just so that the people in charge of the gate were aware of who was coming into the building. Emma made quick work of the guard's head, convincing him that they were supposed to be there, and the vehicle was on it's way again.

When the van stopped for a second time, the doors in the back had opened. Instead of a little walk from the van to the facility, they were already completely inside.

Laura stepped out first and kept the teens from leaving. Once Booker and Emma joined her at the back, Booker took his place between the two women.

"Come on, let's go." He tried to be cold and monotonous about it, but these were his students. Even after a rough first mission, he was excited to see how everything would play out in the second half of the mission.

Shawn stepped out of the vehicle, looking a little lost and trying to steal as many looks as he could from the pure white walls of the building. He could smell how clean the air was. It was almost as if they were afraid to let anything from the outside world in. "This is all so strange." The words rolled off of his tongue a little too well in Japanese. He hadn't spoken his own language in so long, it was almost strange to be speaking it again. However, he rolled right back into it. He was much more comfortable now, even during a dangerous, future saving mission.

Laura led the team through the halls, using a small card on her belt to get them through each and every door. They moved deeper into the facility, and the higher the security clearance, the more equipment was on display.

There weren't any live subjects for the team to witness, but various test tubes and computer screens showed them what Transigen was doing. They were examining how the X-Gene worked, which of the two parents was responsible for its placement in a child, how it grew, and if a specific mutation could be anticipated before the gene even began to erupt.

Several staff members looked at the group of teenagers and their guards, but said and did nothing to keep them from progressing. They could easily see what their purpose in the lab was, and Laura didn't look like someone you wanted to confront about her presence.

There was a stop. Laura stood before a door that looked a little different than the others. Instead of the metallic greys that most of the doors consisted of, this one was the color of enamel, and just as flat. She looked back at the teens.

"After this door, we will be in a maximum security area. The President's office is further down. Continue being a distraction." With a wave of her key card, the door opened, whistling as the hydraulics pulled the doors apart. Once everyone was on the other side, Laura closed the door back up and kept on pursuing to the next stop.

Now, more and more rooms were revealed through glass windows. Children, all about their age and younger were seated in various spots, all being poked and prodded like experiments. Shawn wanted to break the glass and free them all, but he wasn't sure if the mansion had enough space for all of them. Some of them, however, weren't being shot with syringes. One little girl was simply flipping a coin. Every time it landed on her hand, she grew excited, as if she had won, despite it seeming to be completely random. Another boy's room had dents in every wall. His body was restrained heavily, but the look on his face promised that the jacket wouldn't hold him back. The clip board on another room simple said "Bone growth and control".

"We will get them on the way out. There is a safehouse in North Dakota."

Shawn was getting a bit bored. He didn't much like being the distraction, but he could feel the tension rising the further they moved. Another door blocked their path, but Laura didn't move to unlock it.

Approximately seven minutes passed before Laura opened the door. She had been looking at her watch the entire time. She needed to give Cable and Wade more time to pick up the cargo and get there. She knew exactly when they'd arrive.

"Once we go through here, we can begin incapacitating people. The last security door was to keep people from escaping the inner sanctum in the event that something happened. That also means that nobody will be able to get in as long as the threat, us, are active."

Wade and Cable walked through the streets. They would join the rest of the group in time. They just needed to pick up a certain someone first.

"Olinda?" Wade called freely. After the last few times, Wade made sure that he had everything that he needed to convince the girl to come along with them. Nothing was strange about moving several children into a van and escorting another child with a bribe. "Olinda! We know that you're going to be at this spot in... forty two seconds!"

Edited my post, group touched down and is moving into another vehicle.
"Heavy." Shawn nodded to himself. Tatiana was making the vampires rather sympathetic. As long as she wasn't on board with the whole world domination thing, Shawn really didn't care who she killed. That was her business, and this blade guy seemed to have it coming.

He was quiet afterwards. It was only fair that he share his story too, whether or not anyone was actually listening in. Tatiana probably didn't even care. In a plane full of talking teenagers, his story would probably just be some white sound. He used these thoughts to assure himself that he didn't actually have to do much of anything.

"You're story is much more interesting than mine." He looked around, trying to focus in on where everyone else's focus was. "I woke up, yawned, and shot lightning out of my fingers. My parents started looking for some Mutant schools, but they were hoping that charles would find me. Now, here I am." There was some truth in there. He was in one place, and now he was with the X-Men. Simple as simple could be.

Emma frowned only just the slightest bit. She could feel anger emanating from Rose Mary now, but she still refrained from sifting through her thoughts. It was better that way, Emma told herself. But she knew that she'd have to tell Rose Mary at some point. After the mission. When nobody was in danger. Telling her now would only make things worse during the mission.

"Mission Advice." After Wade had listened in on the conversation between Heidi and Bonny, Wade decided to make himself useful. "Bonobos, listen. Your big thing, your thing that nobody else knows about, is going to change the playing field when we need it the most. Sure Booker can make walls out of energy, but you can make them out of anything! Every little child is special in their own way, but you and Chrys are going to be the ones to decide whether we all live of die after the end of this mission. You're in the big leagues now, and you get full disclosure like everyone else."

And the conversations went on. Some died out during the ride, some others may have lasted for longer. Emma had connected all of the adults- with the exception of Wade, telepathically to have their own conversation on the mission, but it was all still quiet.

When the Blackbird finally did land, it was done with a delicate hand. So much so that Shawn didn't even wake until Booker had unstrapped himself and tapped him conscious.

To anyone who had been sleeping at the time of landing, Booker had continued his work in waking the teenagers. Only Bonny would have been left undisturbed, who had to be woken by Emma from inside of Bonny's own dreams. It was the safest way, and they needed a ride back.

Once everyone was awake and ready, the adults of the mission stood at the cockpit of the jet. Emma and Laura were now in Alkali-Transigen staff uniforms, and Booker was dressed up in a labcoat bearing the company's name.

"Remember. You are test subjects. Transigen wants children who have recently gained mutations to study on. If possible, do not speak English. The further you seem apart, the less likely anyone will notice." Laura pulled a pair of glasses from the breast pocket on her shirt and put them on.

Shawn sighed. The universe was really harping on him.

"Emma will distract anyone who gets too suspicious. Laura is there in the event that the situation escalates." Booker wanted to remind them all that they weren't going to be be doing a lot of the heavy lifting in this mission. "I will be the scientist personnel that is escorting you all to where you need to be. Cable and Wade will handle security in the background. That's why they don't have lab coats"

Wade chuckled and wrapped his fingers around the edge of his mask. "They don't wanna see this, Freddy Kruger looking, topographical map of a mess." He didn't actually pull his mask off, but Shawn would tell that whatever was underneath it wasn't very pretty.

They were about three miles from the lab. Everything had been set up in advance, however. The outfits, the transport van, even the security data to get them around. Doing the same thing a million times over prepared you for just about everything. However, that didn't mean they could slack off or under perform. Things could still go wrong if they didn't put their all into it.

Wade was on the edge of making a plain white van joke, but a quick hit on the back from Cable prevented it. "Alright everyone, into the... Transport vehicle." Cable was trying to avoid making that mistake, but there really was no way around it. Wade chuckled, but said little. "Booker, Emma, Laura, we'll be keeping in touch. Through you three, we can talk to the children if need be."

Being a Grey/Summers, Nathan was a marvelous telepath at one point in his life. His mutation had long since been burned out, but he found other ways to make things work. He didn't need to be in the transport with the others, it would only draw attention. He and Wade would cut their own way in. Besides, there was someone that he needed to pick up. It was only a matter of time before they arrived in town.
Why does Old Billy always look like Hank Pym from the antman movie in my head
Now there's two of them!
The Mission had been a success, but at a pretty great cost. Danny's next mission was for him only, to recruit a new ranger into the the team. Now this was something he was a little more familliar with. And if Billy was taking people who had already been rangers, then he knew that he would be able to trust whoever he was picking up.

With a rather pleasant nod and salute, he was off back to his universe to find this person.

Walking through the portal, Danny arrived in a forest of some sort. Clearly, it was not the Animarium, and no area that he was familiar with. Maybe this person liked being alone?

"So, Billy, who am I recruiting here?" His morpher also doubled as a communicator, which Danny had found out while looking at the optional files in his helmet's HUD back during the fight.

"Her name is Tori Hanson, and she's a ninja." Billy believed that was all that Danny really needed to know, but still the young man strode to continue the conversation.

"Like an actual ninja? That's really impressive."

He couldn't get very far before he was surrounded. Men and women in black outfits accented with various colors watched him from all directions. Rather than make a scene and morph up, Danny rose his hands in surrender. "I'm looking for Tori Hanson. I really need to speak to her."

As if straight from a movie, the figures in black approached him and put a bag on his head They escorted him through the forest and to their academy without him being able to remember the way there. Once they finally were at the academy, the students took the bag odd of Danny's head.

He was impressed by the appearance of the ninja academy. So many fighters training to be the best that they could be to protect the world in their own way. Maybe Cole would go out there and discover people who wanted to help too. He certainly was an inspiring person.

Nobody said a word to him, but guided him through the grounds to one of the many japanese buildings.

Inside was a woman surrounded by a plethora of students. They all shared a similar black and blue uniform, possibly alluding to some similarity between them. What that was, he wasn't sure.

"Tori Hanson?" He called out form the door. He tried to be quiet, but unless he waited for her lesson to be over, he wasn't going to be able to speak to her. "I really need to talk to you."

She looked to be somewhere in her mid to late twenties, but still looked rather good. She had been speaking to the others about something Danny didn't quite understand when he butted in. "Oh?" He tilted his head to the side. "Are you a new student?"

"No," He shook his head. "I'm a-"

"Then it can't be that important. I'm teaching a class right now."

Even though Danny had ninjas on all sides of him, watching his every move and every move he might make, he took several hasty steps towards Tori and raised his arm, showing off the large morpher that he was holding. "Tori Hanson, I'm a Power Ranger, and I know you are too. We need you help to save everything."

The Ninjas took a stance when Danny moved so suddenly. Once he displayed his status as another Ranger, the room of students began to mutter about him, wondering what he was doing here.

"Everyone," Tori addressed her students. "Keep working on what I taught you. Class dismissed."

Tori took Danny out of the hands of the ninja who were watching the grounds. This wasn't the first time she had been contacted by another ranger team to stop evil. She must be really good for this to happen to many times. As a matter of fact, her last encounter with a ranger team ended in her regaining her ranger powers, which she still had to that day.

"So, Danny. You need my help?"

Danny nodded. "There's this... multiverse. Millions and millions of different earths with different histories and different power rangers. Someone is trying to break it all down. Billy, our mission expert, sent me here to find you. It's actually my universe too, I was a Wild Force Ranger, but that's not the point here! Aside from the great Tommy Oliver, you're one of the greatest Rangers in our universe, just because of how much action you've seen. We need someone like you to be our Green Ranger."

He was lucky to have snagged one of the cool morphers before he left, and presented it to Tori.

She needed a minute to think. Of course, had this offer come to her a year or two ago she would have taken it without question, but the academy really needed her. On the other hand, there might not be an academy to come back to if she were to refuse the offer.

"I'll take it." She took the morpher with a gleam in her eyes. Like Danny, she had it rested on her forearm. It was a big thing, but surely useful. Since this was a big multiverse thing, and not just protecting a city, it was pretty safe to say that hiding ranger status from civilians was pretty useless.

In the next moment, they were transported back to the base.

"So, what are your thoughts on call signs and introductory poses?" Danny asked out of the blue.

"Danny. I'm a ninja. I live for those sort of things."
