Leo opened the flap and let Crim out and then followed her. They walked to the first tent of the fourth row. "Oi! Alexander! You in mate?" Leo called, resting his hand on the pommel of Ritterstihl.
Leo stood as well and kissed her before grabbing his tunic and putting it on. "Aye. I'll come with you eh?" Leo set about putting on his armor and packing his bag. He pulled on his coat and belted on his shortswords but realized he needed to carry Ritterstihl as well. He removed both shortswords from the loops on his belt. He placed Ritterstihl on his right hip, his steel shortsword on his left hip and his elven shortsword on his back. He strapped his quiver and bow to his pack and set the pack outside the tent. "Alright milady. Shall we find Alexander?"
Leo awoke around seven in the morning, Crim bundled next to him. He smiled and sat up, stretching. He looked over to the corner of his tent where Ritterstihl was located. The events of the previous day came rushing back to him and he suddenly felt very dizzy.
Name: Aelystair Sivaeryl (Al to his friends.)
Gender: Male
Age: 30
Race: Redguard-Breton
Backstory: Aelystair Sivaeryl was born to Cyrus Wintersand, a half Redguard half Nord mercenary who worked in Skyrim and found himself living in Cyrodiil, and the Breton, Aeyara Sivaeryl, the great great granddaughter of Maeyson Sivaeryl, The Last Dragonborn and the great great great great granddaughter of Aedyn Sivaeryl, The Hero of Kvatch. His mother is also the aunt Alexus Molotonov. Aelystair was born on a farm outside of Anvil in 4E 305. His father taught him the ways of combat and survival while his mother taught him the ways of magic and scholarly pursuits. In 4E 330, when he was 25, The Great Civil War started, and he joined The PGC. He rose through the ranks rather quickly, now being Commander of Count Cayne’s personal guard. However, when the Hordes of Namira start surfacing in Tamriel, Aelystair was one of the first to become one of Meridia’s paladins, but he had to relinquish all of his military holdings in order to lead The Purified Army, a sacrifice he was willing to make.

Personality: Al is a great Battlemage, having learned combat from a Redguard and magic from a Breton. He thinks of others before himself, his main priority is the betterment of the lives of the common folk of Tamriel.

Gear: (Set up like follows)
Weapon 1: PGC: Steel broadsword enchanted to do fire damage.

Paladin: Dawnbreaker (reforged)

Weapon 2: PGC: none.
Paladin: Silver shortsword enchanted to do fire damage and when fighting undead, sends a ripple of a damage undead enchantment.

Offhand: PGC: Steel shield.

Paladin: Mithril shield enchanted with a repel undead spell.

Armor: PGC: leather PGC Commander armor.

Paladin: Mithril armor with the enchantment “Aura” which causes the user to be surrounded by a dome of light.

Items in possession: a backpack with his camping kit, enough food and water for a week in the wilderness and some potions (3 Healing, 3 Magicka, 3 Stamina, 2 Strength and 1 Fortify block) also has a satchel with his gold purse and a book or spelltome or two. He is almost always wearing his black, hooded travelling cloak, even as a Paladin.

Appearance: Al inherited pale skin from his mother but he’s a little tan from living near the ocean. He has shoulder length, light brown, almost blonde hair that he wears in a ponytail and a beard that he keeps neat and trimmed. He has a scar under his left eye and a multitude of scars covering his arms and chest. He’s about 5’11 and rather muscular, but not bulky. He has the build of a fencer or a runner. His eyes are so brown that they look more orange than anything. His teeth are straight and white (there was no magic involved….) and so he prides himself on his smile, albeit silently and to himself.

Special skills: (What do they exceed at? Magic, swordplay, etc.)
Skill 1: Dual wielding
Skill 2: Destruction and Restoration magic
Skill 3: Shieldwork
@Shadowman215 Awesome. I'll edit the page. No more Paladin Spots.
"First light." Leo said before kissing Crim and pulling her into the tent.
Background

A hundred years after the fall of the World Eater, Emperor Lucius Mede I has been assassinated, some say by the Aldmeri Dominion, others say by the Dark Brotherhood, and some still, believe a much more sinister force is at work. With the Imperial Throne being up for the taking, three factions arise to seize it. The Aldmeri Dominion want to add Cyrodiil to their Elven Empire. The Mede Militant wish for the Empire and Tamriel to stay as it has been. The Peoples Government of Cyrodiil, the rebellion led by Count Cayne of Skingrad, wants to install a democracy in Cyrodiil. This has split Cyrodiil in half. Bruma, Chorrol, Anvil and Kvatch support Count Cayne while Bravil, Cheydinhal and Leyawiin support the Militant. Not only is Cyrodiil split in half but Tamriel itself has been brought into this war. High Rock, Hammerfell, and Skyrim support the PGC. Valenwood, Black Marsh and Elsweyr support the Militant and Morrowind and the Summerset Isles support the Dominion. However, the Great Civil War is the least of Tamriel’s worries. Namira, the Daedric Prince of Repulsion, wishes to ruin the beauty of Tamriel. She does this by raising hordes of undead, giant insects and other repulsive creatures and she needs 3 Death Knights to lead her Hordes of Repulsion. But Meridia, the Daedric Prince of light, despises the undead and wishes to purify Tamriel. She raises an army of “purified souls,” mortals made immortal and ascending to Meridia’s Plane of Oblivion in exchange for eternal service to her. However, Meridia needs 3 champions, known as Paladins of the Dawn to lead her Purified Army.

Okay, so there's no more Paladin spots left and all 3 Death Knight spots left. It's first come, first serve, The Paladins are entirely good while the Death Knights are entirely evil. Besides that, you can serve either faction, be a mercenary or be neutral.

Rules

There aren't a lot of rules, to be honest.
  • No God Moding
  • Before you attack and/or kill a character consult with GM and the person
  • If you want to make a monumental character decision, such as making your character Dragonborn, making your character a Count, etc..., consult the GM and co-GM first.
  • Have fun! That's what this is all about

The military ranks are:

  • General Commandant
  • General
  • Commander
  • Captain
  • Soldier
Consult GM if you want to be any rank higher than Commander.

This is a casual roleplay for Elder Scrolls fans. Do try to have a pretty good understanding of TES lore please.

Basic info: The Great Civil war started in 4E 330 and has been going on for 5 years.
Artorius Mede I leads the Militant, Count Cayne of Skingrad leads the PGC, and High Commander Ulacando leads the Dominion. The colors/banners of the Armies are: A black wolf howling at a red moon for the PGC, The Imperial Dragon in black on a blue field for the Militant and a Gold eagle on a red field for the Dominion. Dragons have returned but they are native to Skyrim, with only a rare handful living in the Jerrals of Cyrodiil.
