@Dark Light You can take both, but you can't change the one you've gotten. That good with you?
@Guy0fV4lor Based on the things that have happened so far, that's not unlikely.

@Versa
1 . Are there things that can be consumed for skills that aren’t creatures/monsters? Like if I found a plant that had healing properties and I consumed it, would it have any result other than if I simply ate it? Yup, there are. Yup, it could result into something else.

2. With the influences this world has, I’m going to assume that a Level 90 goblin is still weaker than a Level 50 Hobgoblin because of how invisible stats work in those media. Does that follow suit for the enemies in the forest? Yup. Levels don't really add anything to strength; it just measures experience. A level 10 Goblin could beat a level 50 goblin it had better talents and skills. Yup, same thing for other monsters. Enough carelessness and even a slime could kill the PCs.

3. I’m sure the answer is finding a monster with the skill and absorbing it, but is there another means to happen upon magic? Yup. Aside from absorbing it from monsters or items, it can be learned. Other means exist, but I'll leave those as a bonus for those who'll be able to fulfill certain conditions. For Healing Magic, there's already a clue in the IC.
@TheMushroomLord It won't be automatic so you don't need to press B. We'll be doing it like Re: Monster. So you'll evolve in your sleep.
@Guy0fV4lor Hmmm.

@Vec Good question. Nope, they don't. So its advisable to use them up before evolving. For now, hunts are simple so the increments to the levels isn't that high, but harder hunts can boost levels up by at least around 20.
@Zeroth Yeah, going all Kirito would be late. I mean, why even isekai in the first place, right?

Uh, not anymore. If he ate the berries and not the shrew, he might have, since he went the other way around, he's kinda safe. He'll find out they're poisonous when someone else eats them.

Ah, yeah. Sure. I don't mind. No take backs though. Saito learned...Shell Defense and Defensive Curl.

Shell Defense: - When using objects made from organic shells, they will have increased defensive power. It makes breaking through their organic defenses. (Passive)
Defensive Stance: - When assuming a defensive stance, the user receives increased defenses against physical attacks. (Active)

@Dark Light Nope. They wouldn't level up that way.
@demonspade64 It'll vary from monster to monster. For regular slimes, its usually good for 1 person. For the battle-scarred rabbit, all 3 of you can absorb.
@Vec o3o

Either's fine by me. Some bring it to the PMs, others just post it here.

@Dark Light
He sought after vine, solid sticks, but mostly smooth small rocks. This is okay.
Carefully tearing his loincloth he made a sling for his large pebbles. He wouldn't have much cloth left. Nothing wrong with going commando though.
With his crafting skill he would fashion a buckler out of rows of sticks overlapping and secured with vine. He can try, but quality-wise, it won't be much. I doubt even humans could make a reliable "shied" with sticks and vines

@VersaEmri learned...Charge
Charge - Allows the user to rush forward with as much momentum as they can muster. This allows for heavy tackles or increased piercing power for weapons. (Active)

@ERode Yup, it is most free.

And yeah, I figured. Just though most would be curious on what the other skills were. o3o
