Bio: 
An escapee from Vault 13. The father had a deep fascination with structural engineering and proposed an underground expansion for the vault, but was later sidelined due to internal disputes and a split.
Inspired by his father's passion, Max immersed himself in construction science, focusing on survival in radioactive wastelands.
He is particularly fascinated by barrier technology, building architecture, and vault security.
He explores new materials with unusual traits, particularly focusing on nuka- and plasma- materials.
The fading refuge of the vault, along with divisions and disputes, only fueled his desire to surface and confront the radioactive landscapes and dangerous mutants, while testing his skills and abilities.
