When Miley Cyrus is naked and licks a hammer it's "art" and "music"... but when I do it, I'm "wasted" and "have to leave Home Depot".

My ex girlfriend had this really weird fetish. She used to like to dress up like herself, and act like a fucking bitch all the time.

Bio

I love writing when I have the time and motivation for it. My posting frequency is generally one or two times a week on average. Supernatural, Horror and Fantasy are usually the genres I hang around most, but I'm not afraid to experiment with something new. I've made a lot great friends here, many of whom I met when creating the Red Hood universe, and am always looking forward to making more.

I tend to be a little raunchy and crude at times but if you can handle that, you'll have a heck of an RP buddy in me!

You have my interest, my friend! I'm just curious on a few things. How long ago was the outbreak? What's the state of the world? I figure those will be important factors to know before building a character.
I've been thinking on it more, the plot possibilities and the means of executing a game like this and I can honestly say that I'm getting pretty excited, which is a feeling I haven't felt about Roleplaying in over a month. This can potentially prove to be pretty awesome and new, so long as I don't screw it up.

Right now my goals are to first establish a plot skeleton, then establish rules of interaction and finally I'll jump into the deep end and get some lore developed. That said, accomplishing all of this will not be a quick thing. If you're interested in helping me build while donning the role of a Co-GM then send me a message. If you want to help build regardless of a formal title, let me know that, too. Not all requests will be granted and please don't be offended if I don't take you up on your offer. I assure you it's not personal.

This is a 'toe in the water' type of interest check at this point. A preliminary poll to see if there is demand for this type of story, before I put any hard work into it. I've GM'ed several games now, most of which take place in the same universe, and I'm looking for a fresh take.

My favorite thing in movies/stories/shows is not when you have a Good Guy vs a Bad Guy. It's boring, expected and has been done to death. My FAVORITE thing is when you have a Bad Guy and are forced to send in a Worse Guy to take that person on. That's the concept of this RP proposal.

Supernatural/superhuman elements will be a must in order to keep my interest so it is safe to say that players would be able to create a despicable person with an extraordinary ability that will be forced to go up against an evil archetype that rivals their own sin, if not overshadowing it completely.

As mentioned earlier, this is a very early "anyone interested?' stage, so I have done nothing yet in terms of constructing a story or a world, but the concept will be that all the players are controlling deranged characters that society has grown to fear and are forced to go up against an entity that is presumed even worse. If we're doing this right then on Day 1, you'll have 5-8 characters who have joined the RP that you, the player, find yourself unable to trust. If done right, these characters will make you feel uneasy, uncomfortable. The more people that get accepted, the more nervous the players should be. As an extra bit of tension, I'm also considering the allowance of pvp character death (that is carefully regulated). Other players will technically be on your team, but if you put a mass murderer and a wanton arsonist in a room together then you shouldn't be surprised if things go awry.

Part of this game will be telling a story. The other part will be surviving the game from the enemies outside AND the enemies within.

The overall goal is for a very tense, untrusting playthrough with a group of characters that make the reader uncomfortable and oddly excited as they read the story that we weave. If you're not up to that sort of thing, no worries. If you think you are, though, then I'd love to hear that you're interested. If there is enough demand, I'll flesh it out.

Let me know if this could be worth my time and yours.

Interesting introduction. Welcome to the guild! Hope you like it!

Location: Southeast Duncaster > Unity Celebration | Mentions: @c3p-0h

Repeating in his mind were his objectives and he mentally sorted and resorted their levels of priorities, not quite sure how best to tackle the tasks. On the one hand, he was closed to the meeting spot he chose to pass along to the Maxwells. On the other hand, the sun was already beginning to set and he had left Kiri behind hours ago without checking back in on her. And then, of course, there was always the matter of hunting down Samael. Perhaps his elevated status within the underworld would lead to a wider network of information, a way for him to better track the rogue wizard's whereabouts. And when he finds Samael, maybe that will lead him to a way to help Kiri get back to her world of yesteryear, the world Zeke had already lived through and left behind.

In contemplating the possibility, he couldn't help but theorize about time travel and how it would affect his own history and the future that he currently lived in. His earshot began to fill with jovial commotion, prompting him to look down the street upon which he was walking and take in the sights of a growing crowd amidst newly erected festive structures. The Duncaster Unity Festival. He looked upon small children wearing red hoods and holding hotdogs, teenagers with werewolf masks and others with vampire makeup. He could spot the authentic specimens that were peppered within the crowd as well, all of whom appeared to share varying degrees of interest in this celebration that took the lore of the Red Hoods and capitalized on it in an attempt to bring all of the diverse species that made up the citizens of Duncaster and unite them together for at least one night.

Zeke's stomach growled again. His previous conundrum of how to prioritize his objectives was suddenly straightened out by his hunger. Food first. Food is right by the river... Maxwell second. After completing his task he could report back his success and finally be one step away from the criminal kingpin of Duncaster, who could hopefully point him in the direction of Samael who would either help Kiri or die... that's third.

Franks A Lot, he read as he approached one of the food cart. Hotdogs were easy enough. As he made his way to the front of the queue, a husky, balding man inside of the trailer poked his head out and said, "What'll it be, big guy?"

"Five," Zeke said.

"Five?" the cook repeated, seemingly dubious. "Five what?" he gave a nod toward the menu plastered on the side of the trailer.

"I don't care. Just give me five." The cook squinted his eyes for a minute and forced himself to get passed the strange order and got to work. Minutes later, he produced five franks dressed in a variety of ways. Zeke slipped him a couple of large notes and left, forfeiting his change. After four massive bites, he was down to just three hotdogs left. He decided to take those and sit on the curb of the street, his eyes glued to the waterfront as he waited for Vance Maxwell to show up.

WECOME!
After some thought, I'm going to go ahead and retract my application, mainly due to schedule and also my own lack of familiarity in regards to the universe.

For years, I had considered investing into The Witcher franchise but had never pulled the trigger. After watching the Netflix series, my motivation to invest obviously skyrocketed. I've bought the videogame trilogy, have progressed halfway through the first one and am quite eager to jump into the second and third. I also hope to pick up the books very soon, too.

All that said, I think I could better serve in a Witcher RP once I've got more of the lore under my belt, but I am very excited to read along and see how this RP goes and, if there is ever another installment afterward, I'll be sure to throw my hat back in at that point.

Thanks much for the consideration and opportunity!
