@CaitsFERRIS"I don't know who has the harder job. You with the council or me dating your sister." Ferris said jokingly, wrapping his arm around Jessie's shoulder. Of course he didn't mean it at all though he would understand if he got punched in the gut for saying that. He reached out for another strawberry and bit down the small fruit.
"It's not that I've forgotten how to use my magic Jess. It's if I still have the edge for fighting still. I guess some training and some near death experiences will fix all of that." He said the last part in jest though they may never actually know that if that was going to happen or not.
Ferris retracted his arm away from Jessie and stood up.
"I think you're going to be late for whatever you guys in the Council do. It was nice to meet you Drew, I'm sorry that I've took up so much of your time." He held his hand out to Drew for a handshake, hoping that these two would stay on good terms.
@BurthstoneLEVILevi's face had pratically lit up with a exuberantly excited grin at the prospect of gaining information on his recent finds. It would make his job so much easier if he could gain just a tidbit of information on this case.
"That would be amazing! If you have something like that then I'd be sure to to make headway!" As excited as he was, a sudden though clicked in his brain. She was a member of a dark guild, a dark guild that was skilled in espionage and information gathering. There was no way that this was going to be charity for something that they would risk their lives to gain. There had to be a catch.
"Just how much do you plan on charging me?" He started at her solemly, realizing that she was trying to gain a profit from his predicament. He didn't like it, not one bit though it's not like his colleagues made any headway in the last few months either. They were stuck and at this point they needed something to guide them to the right direction.
