I will say where me and Innue differ is that I won't allow you to charge multiple spells in the same around. I won't even do it with Kei'Taro and his tattoos. What I will allow, however, is beginning to charge one on one turn,and in the next locking it and charging another, as I do with Kei'taro

Personally, so long as they had a judge, no matter how loosely around, and agreed, then it's ranked. What rules and stuff they go by, as I have maintained, is entirely up to them.

I would love a uniform set of rules, which would make things much easier, but some folks don't like some rules, or understand them, or what have you. Then every other month we are arguing over them, and a new ruleset, etc.

Obviously there are flaws based on this, as any two people can get a third ringer and pad their points.

Whether or not this counts as a fight is between the two fighters. Assuming nothing was said at the start of the fight about it being ranked, then both have to be in agreement that it is going to be ranked.
