The alarm clock rang in Evelyn's ears like the screams of the damned echoing from the pits of Hell.  Groggily she reached over to the noisy bastard and slammed her hand down on it, muttering a curse or two.  She got up afterwards, stripping her pajamas and throwing on her favorite Slipknot hoodie and a pair of grey skinny jeans, topping those off with her black and red Vans.  She didn't bother fixing her messy black hair or her makeup.  As far as she's concerned, she was ready for the day.  Leaving her dorm, she fished a crumpled pack of smokes out of her pocket and lit one, taking a long, slow drag with a sigh, "New year, same bullshit."

Claudia is a very jovial and carefree woman.  She loves to laugh, drink, dance, sing, and flirt, especially with other women.  She has a vibrant personality that seems to charm everyone around her and lift their spirits, but if you cross her, she can be quite the fire storm.

Charming and elegant, a very courtesan attitude.  She could seduce you with just a few simple words or with just a look of her eyes.

Despite her wealth though, Claudia does care for others who are more unfortunate than her and does what's necessary to help those in need, but when angered, her personality shifts and she becomes cold, relentless, even to the point of lashing out violently.

There is no telling where or from who this woman originated.  She claims she was born in a castle to a powerful demon lord and his mate during the time of the Crusades, somewhere around what is now modern day Normandy.  There is nothing left of the castle now, only a few stones to mark where it once stood tall and proud.

For many, many years the woman has lived.  She's witnessed countless centuries of human history unfold.  She saw the explosion of art, science, philosophy and religion during the Renaissance in Italy, witnessed firsthand the depravity of mankind as she hid from the Nazis in Poland during the Second World War.  Watched as the Berlin Wall fell along with the Soviet Union, and stood in silence as the Twin Towers collapsed in New York City.

She's met so many fascinating people, learned so many things about the world, and she's taken many a lover during her lifetime, but alas...

Immortality is both a blessing...and a curse.

As she continued to live, her friends and dearest loved ones passed away before her very eyes.  She would never be able to join them in the peace of the afterlife.  This saddened the woman to no end.

For the time being, she's drifted from place to place, a regular globetrotter, taking in the sights, sounds, food and culture of many nations, tribes, and people.  Now, back in the US again, she decided to stay and enjoy her life in peace and solitude as a school nurse.  She still ventures out every once in a while to "prey" on some unsuspecting humans, but for the most part, she mainly does so out of need than want.

~Powers & Abilities~

Hypnosis- As a succubus, Claudia is a master in the art of seduction.  With just a look into your eyes, she'll have you crawling after her.  It also helps having a nearly perfect body and the ability to invoke lust in anyone she looks at or touches. She can also breathe a sweet smelling pink mist from her lips that can hypnotize or paralyze anyone who inhales it.  Once Claudia has your mind ensnared, you'll do as she says, but if one is strong minded, they can easily resist her seductive charm.

Invisibility- For a short amount of time, Claudia can turn invisible, taking her opponents (or her victims) by surprise.  She uses this to a great advantage to sneak up on others and ambush them before they have a chance to retaliate.

Astral Projection- Claudia can become an ethereal form for a limited time and invade the dreams of others.  Often, she does this just to toy with people for fun and to seduce a subject to feed upon.  However, if the person is of strong mind, they can actively push Claudia out of their dreams.

~Weaknesses~

Like any demonic creature, Claudia can be repelled and/or harmed by holy relics & weapons of Judeo-Christian origin.  Holy water and crosses are the most effective against her, as are the ashes of saints and salt of course.  Certain Pagan relics can also harm her but to a lesser degree.  And no, pentagrams and inverted crosses do not give her strength.  They just make for tacky jewelry for so called edgy teenagers.

~Other~

-Unfortunately, unlike most of the staff and teachers, Claudia does not live at the school and instead commutes to work from her cozy apartment nearby.

-She once took up fencing as a hobby and became quite the adept swordswoman, and yes, she slept with the instructor

-Even for what is essentially a demonic bloodsucker, Claudia still has some sophistication.  She hates when people swear around her and has to repress all compulsion to slap anyone that does so

-Eventually, Claudia wants to settle down and live a normal life with the love of her choice, be it a man or a woman, and maybe raise a family together.  She knows this is not possible however, and that saddens her greatly.
