Current Just because you "fight a good fight" doesn't mean you didn't do horrible things.

I'm sorry for anyone who was waiting for me. Some real life stuff happened, but for now things seem calm. I'll try to post in my RP's ASAP.

Hmm. Well then we could still be an overall stealth/recon type group. My sniper character would have more emphasis on spotting, identifying, and marking key targets while my combat support would have more emphasis on combat with some healing tech too. I’ve always wanted to run a ya key type of character who tanks by healing.
@Feyblue

I was actually thinking of joining your group, though I'll be using a pair of twin sisters myself so I'll be filling up two slots on the team.
Seems interesting enough. I'll need some time to do a full lore research but here are a few questions I have in terms of character ideas.

My character is going to be a female human, or whatever would be a "normal" race if humans don't exist. I imagine that she's primary a range/stealth type who specializes in espionage and stealth. That is to say, she's really good at noticing people and avoiding them. I bring this up because usually when I try to make a character like this, a lot of GM's end up nerfing me because I tend to do things like subvert ambushes, kidnappings, or people lying to me. Just as well not a lot of people enjoy characters who don't stay and fight but drag things out with hit-and-run tactics that isn't just being a fast dodger. A different idea that also doesn't always work out is a combat support type who utilizes a variety of nonlethal but potent crowd control (Things like limiting or even stopping movement or creating barriers) and healing, generally ones powerful enough to undo massive amount of lethal damage though not specifically bring back the dead.

Another thing I'd like to know if you'll allow me to play two characters who are related to one another, but one has equipment/skills from a different faction different from the one they're currently working for. For example, I have two characters working for the Kingdom of Westeria but one of them uses an advanced and maybe even rare Monster Magecha instead of the Iron Magecha. These two characters also tend to work together and/or are the character archetype I mention above.

Yukari Yozakura

As Yukari was struggling to get back on her own two feet, she felt someone lift her up and hand her crutches back to her. She recognized the smell easily; it was Dulga. She didn’t say anything and just left. ”Thank you?” Yukari just listened to her walk away. She knew that, after she had recovered and undergone surgery, the person who attacked Yukari and Donny was someone Dulga was after. Someone strong but evil. The sort of villain that as heroes they had to stop. But Yukari was scared. He was too powerful. He ripped out a part of her leg and even defeated herself and Donny together with punches, something that Yukari is normally very resistant to.

Every time Yukari thought about this it made her feel weak. She’s had nothing but one disappointing display after another, needing to be saved by others and can’t even show off her strengths. Her weaknesses have always ended up taking center stage instead and Yukari has known nothing but defeat and humiliation. She wants to change this but... She was scared. So scared of failing again. It brought back memories of the taunts and insults thrown at her at the circus. Her failed Acrobatics that turned her from a performer into a clown. No one sympathized with her, no one helped her, not even her own family. Yukari ranaway from the circus to stop being a disappointment, but it seems like her last has come to haunt her.

Slowly she makes her way towards the gym. She needed to get these thoughts out of her head. Plus the doctors said that if she wants a full recovery she needs to do some light physical excercise ya make sure her leg regains it’s former strength and acclimated to the flesh grafts. Everything seemed to be peaceful in the training room as she found a quiet spot to stretch. Her thoughts were still self-loathing when she heard some sort of argument happen. Her senses perked up and Yukari was able to hear it easily from where she was at. It was Jett and Roy. She missed much of the initial argument but it wasn’t long before it turned to fighting. She heard other voices too. Dulga, Kaida, Mamoru from the team battle. Hitomi too. She could smell Acion’s metallic wings from here.

Suddenly Yukari just sprang into Action. She wasn’t entirely sure what caused this fight but it had to be stopped. Yukari appeared where she heard the sound of battle, arriving just in time as Kaida jumped in front of Jett. That sound allowed Yukari to pin point her own landing spot where she was also between Roy and Jett, but she didn’t look at either of them. She simply stood up and held out her hands to both of them to make sure neither tried to do anything.

”You two... You disappoint me. We just fought villains last weak, and so many of us got hurt, and now you’re fighting each other? Because you’re angry?” Yukari glances to Roy before turning her head to Jett. ”Because you think others have it worse? Neither of those things are heroic.” Yukari said through gritted teeth. How laughable it was for her to judge what something heroic was. Still, she didn’t like this at all. And she wasn’t just going to stand by and wait for things to happen to her anymore.

”I don’t care who started it you two should be ashamed of yourselves. Getting into a petty fight here, endangering others and egging each other on because of your egos, that’s not what heroes do! Dammit if you wanted to fight there’s literally rooms for you to do that barely ten feet away! We can’t let ourselves turn against one another after one fight against real villains!” As she spoke Yukari started to cry. All these feelings and emotions she’s had just started to come out all at once. Angry, sadness, fear, all these things Yukari kept to herself now coming out in front of everyone.

”Pathetic. Crying in front of everyone... I was suppose to be better than this...”
The bright side of DC cantrips is that they completely ignore things like AC or advantage/disadvantage, so against hard-to-hit enemies it's just a matter of targeting their weakest save. I actually have a warlock concept who have a damage cantrip for each save just so I could avoid dealing with dodging abilities. But yeah, until I'm higher level you don't even need much of a bonus to beat a 13 or even 14 DC.
Ugh, I should have just tried and stab the kobold. I can't wait until I get my magical secrets so I can get Eldritch Blast and do some actual damage.
The kobold seem unaffected by her taunt, but Parum remained staunch regardless. Her allies were doing a good job cutting down the enemy but when she saw Orchid take a nasty stab with a knife, her first thought was to heal him. She played a short note on her viol that would infuse him with positive energy and mend his wound, while Parum continued to spout insults at the kobold fighting Orchid. "Hey, why don't you pick on someone your own size?" The irony wasn't lost on Parum but she said it anyways as she moved behind the northern pillar, hoping to draw the kobold away from the others and give them an opportunity to attack it.

It's really short, but there's Parum's turn.
"Crap." Parum thought as she took cover behind a rock. Some creatures came, winged kobolds. She's heard about them before but she's never seen them until now. They don't seem to have noticed her yet, but it definitely knew the party was here. They needed to get the jump on them first and do as much damage as possible, so Parum taunted it from behind the rock as she drew her rapier. "Wux vorq hefoc vi wiik!" She says as she moves so the rock was between her and the kobolds in the event they try and go after her.

19 for my initiative.
