Alright, sorry had a long day. Wanted to start this sooner, but first post is officially up.
Crowe woke up from her sleep to the feeling of something bad. There was a powerful magic presence in town and it was bugging her. She couldn't distinguish which side it was but it was strong, not just a single person. She grabbed her sweater and keys, put on her boots, and ran out the door. Quickly she ran over to the bar to check it for the disturbance, but there was nothing. No sign of any fights or anything, just normal hourly customers. "Hey, have you guys seen anything strange?" she asked the owners, but they said no and asked her if she wanted a drink for the hard work she did.

Crowe kindly declined and headed toward the house Raven and K.C. had taken their friend. Maybe something was up over there. She wasn't sure what was going on but the feeling grew stronger. She phased her way down the street, this time not caring who saw, and walked as fast as she could. As she turned the corner she saw the kids. K.C. was on the ground and two others were standing there. Along with a troll.

Crowe managed to figure out that the two weren't there to help by the smiles on their faces. Taking a step out into the open she called out. "Hey, K.C! You alright?!" There was no reply so she walked closer, catching the attention of the troll. "No, I don't think you want to try to hit me with that." Crowe gave a slight smug grin with a bit of cockiness in her voice. She always carried her weapon on her due to the dangers of her occupation. "Look, I'm gonna offer this once and only once. You leave and I take my cuz home, or you stay and start a fight that you will probably lose. I'd pick the former, but that's just the smart side of me talking. I haven't had to deal with a fight in a week now and I'm trying to keep that streak." Her tone grew tenser but also had a sense of joy to it. Crowe did enjoy a fight here and there, but not when it involved her cousin.
Sorry, I'm here. Just a long Day. Crowe was sleeping off her long day haha
Emerson watched as the teacher paced back and forth during their PerCalc lecture. Thinking to herself about how much the teacher much love hearing his own voice. Looking from the teacher at her friend, Autumn, in the corner of the class, Em saw she was asleep yet again. That was the second time just in this class! Em nudged the person next to her and nodded at her sleeping friend. "Do you mind, again? Sorry." she whispered in a low voice to keep the teacher from hearing her. The person next to her shook his head and said she should do it herself.

Em sighed and wadded up a piece of paper. While the teacher had his back to the class, Emerson threw the paper at Autumn causing her to yell out "The answer is 42!". The whole class laughed and even Em gave a slight chuckle. The teacher however was not amused and told Autumn to stay after class. Feeling bad, but also thinking it would be good for her Em left at the bell. Putting her papers and drawing notebook in her backpack she waved to Autumn and walked out of class.

Something wasn't right though. She was forgetting something important today. When she got to her locker it hit her. Today was the first meeting of the year. Emerson grabbed her books out of her locker and bolted to the classroom where the meeting was being held. She was hoping she wouldn't be late. To her surprise, she was only the third to get there. Shaking her head at how silly she felt, she caught her breathe and took a seat, pulling her drawing notebook back out to finish her picture.
@jaybreezy
I'll post in a moment. Busy day, sorry.
I will post after @KoL, right now just seems too soon.
Okays, so Friday I will be posting the first IC post. Everyone is welcome to join in anytime afterwards. As a heads up, my post is going to be during the escape. You are welcome to post after already escaping, or during the escape too. That is all up to you. Just wanted to give a head's up.

Crowe gave a slight chuckle and looked back to the dying flames. "See ya, kid." she called back. She had not known about her cousins for most of her life, but it felt nice having a living relative, or two.

When all the fires were out she sighed and walked back to her bar, covered in ash. Dusting herself off, she didn't pay much attention walked into the street. As she walked a car screeched to a stop, just narrowly missing her. The driver yelled and Crowe just kindly got out of their way. Once back in the bar she muttered, "carmine dimittis" under her breath and everything went back to normal. Since it was the end of her shift she placed her towel on the counter behind the bar and walked to the back where she relief was getting their apron on. "See, ya tomorrow Drew." Crowe said as she hung her apron, grabbed her bicycle bag and walked out the back door.

Her whole walk home Jack was on her mind. He looked pretty bagged up when her got to the bar. "Hope the kid is okay." she said as she fiddled with her necklace. Taking back streets she phased her way down the street until she got to her studio apartment, half not caring if anyone say her. "It's been a long day." Crowe said as she opened her door and flopped down onto the couch to think about everything.
I'm back, and posted. I fixed it lol, didn't show the other posts until after I put up mine. haha
Crowe followed, yelling to the owner of the bar she would be back. Running after K.C. she stayed close behind the boy. "Don't tell me this is happening more often?" Crowe shook her head thinking about how many incidents had been occurring recently. Even though she knew magic herself, she didn't use it around others. Crowe resulted to her blade instead of magic, magic was for emergencies.

As the got to the flaming lobby she watched him take care of the troll, then she quickly ran off to find the fire extinguisher or a hose. The heat was intense so she ended up deciding to break her rule and tone down the flames a bit. Not completely putting them out, but lessen them. Crowe had made she no one had seen her do it so she didn't have to explain anything. "K.C! We gotta do something about these flames!" she shouted back to the other two. As she said that, the complex's water sprinklers began to rain water down on them. "Or not," she spoke softly to herself. It was weird that they hadn't turned on before hand, but she was glad they turned on at all.

Crowe jogged back over to Raven and nodded. "Thank you, by the way." her tone returned to grateful and sweet. She shot a slight smile then leaned on her hip."Can you at least un-slow all my customers on your way mister." Crowe crossed her arms and glared at K.C. "I do have to get back as soon as possible." she added.
