Historically I'm pretty sure women weren't in the Waffen SS, but since Rip Van and Zorin were in it, who cares?

She's 28, yet live WW2 and then the Akuma Stocking scene in London. You may want to add 50 years there ;D

She's fine otherwise, accepted. Lmpkio will decide if she's strong enough for the Elites however.

What happens is that after Maxwell and his pals, Don Diego de la Vega and Jim from the KKK, kill the rest of the Brits in London, they confront the Nazis. Battle happens and then Alucard just goes full OP mode and kills everyone except the big bosses (Except Maxwell), Anderson and Herr Captain (and Walter). There is no survivor in any side after that rampage either. So only witchcraft can save this character obviously. It's a joke, any AU can happen.

Alright, I'm back from work, time to make a nazi! Still on the fence though of making like, an officer type character as an Executive, which could be really cool in that typically dangerously intelligent, yet crazy sort of way. Or, make an Elite Guard nazi character who is more of some sort of SS undead soldier, or something. (Thinking along the lines of Hellsing Ultimate).

Personality:
Competing with Richard Hawk in how over-the-top evil one can be, Blood Falcon has always had a goofy side to his otherwise atrocious methods when confronted to "problems". Once a completely obedient worker for the vile Black Shadow, now free from his shackles to place special regulator bombs on anyone's cars. Though he does still follow orders, those of Nyx and the Head Executives, for he kind of got his ass handed to him by the whole RoC. He doesn't resent them, he actually happily operates under them for he can now exact his revenge on Captain Falcon ... Who is missing. Also he has a hysterical laugh. Did I mention he loved bombs? And racing I guess.

Bio:
After his master, Black Shadow, was terminated by Deathborn, Blood Falcon had no master and was left to wander the galaxy and annoy/horribly murder people taking part in the F-Zero Grand Prix. He didn't care, he stole money, got brand new vehicles and Falcon was nowhere to be seen. Eventually however, the same belt that absorbed Captain Falcon in GX did some weird stuff and created an anomaly in the Universe. Blood Falcon was there at the time and walked through the bizarre portal.

It didn't take long for the Reign of Chaos to find him with his chaotic nature coupled with how confused he was in a world he didn't know. He first confronted them as they attempted to recruit him for his erratic behavior and power. He fought, he lost and was invited to join anyway. Realizing he could do whatever he wanted with these covering his back, he didn't deny them the second time they asked and ever since remained loyal to them as if they were Black Shadow himself.

Abilities:

• Martial Arts: Being an exact clone of Captain Falcon, he also inherited the bounty hunter's skills and essentially masters multiple forms of martial arts. He bases most of his approaches on kicks, but his most dangerous strikes come from his punches which he can deliver rapidly Dragon Ball Z style.
• Superhuman Strength: He is capable of enhancing his strength like Captain Falcon would by coating himself with dark-red, flaming aura as would Falcon. His strength can be gauged at bending and breaking steel beams with well defined kicks and punches. Not to mention he'd be knocking some heads with that helmet of his.
• BLOOD FALCON PUNCH!: One of the most powerful attacks in all of the Multiverse. Blood Falcon's version is very similar to Captain Falcon's except with Through the Fire and Flames as theme. Blood Falcon focuses a dark and gloomy aura around his right hand coming from God knows where and attempts to deliver the punch. The strength in it is equal to that of a mini nuke, cleaving a giant shockwave around the impact that could keep the average human. He can only use it once every hour and tires him heavily. If he misses or hits something else, tough luck.
  
  If he hits the target's head, they die. No exceptions. Even if they're immortal, their soul is too ashamed to have been falcon punched to come back and deletes itself. If he's also destroying someone's dream in the process, a giant flash of light occurs and he pretends to be dying nobly for his comrades.
  
  He must also shout FALCON PUNCH when delivering the strike.
• Blood Falcon Strike: Blood Falcon envelops both his arms with his magic voodoo falcon stuff, allowing him to heat up his fists and just bash through resilient metals in well thrown punches. So he can essentially punch through regular armor. It can only last a few minutes after a few punches.
• Blood Falcon Kick: Very cheap knock off of the Falcon Punch. Someone his by the flaming falcon kick will have hot flames wherever they were struck (very annoying) and sent flying a pretty long distance.
• Blood Hawk: Blood Falcon's prized vehicle that's supposedly superior to the Blue Falcon. Depending whether it is X or GX that answer varies, who cares? Vehicles from the F-Zero Universe are often rather robust as they often take powerful collisions and are highly advanced (yet some how don't have an eject button). This one has really high speed and rather strong resilience, easily tanking heat from a battlefield while running over enemy forces like a drunk idiot. It can also fly multiples meters in the sky and can even navigate in space.
  
  He has a very special (convenient) warping device to have it appear whenever he wants and wherever thanks to Multiverse technology. It can run on Autopilot to ram over people as he does a very lame monologue.
• Blood Falcon Flyer: The more Edgy version of the Falcon Flyer. It can do intergalactic travel and has defenses systems and all that jazz. It's just painted all in red and purple because someone's been watching too many creepypastas. Also, yes, he did steal it from the missing Captain Falcon.
• Explosives Expert: He seems very knowledgeable in explosives as he seems to know how to install specific ones on vehicles just to toy with Captain Falcon. While he also has a pistol like his counterpart, he can use various types of explosives he pulls out of his ass somewhere.
