Sage Garrison
a.k.a. Ghost

Sage

Sage as Ghost

My anger drove me down that path. And once you go down it, you'll love it so much you can't ever go back.

Age:
25
Height and Weight:
6' 5"; 190
Weaponry/Equipment:

  • Throwing Knives- These are Sage's main choice of weapon just because he has learned to throw them where he can pin someone up against a wall. These weapons allow him to both kill and obtain a victim/hostage. He feels as if they are a multipurpose tool that he can use to his advantage when he needs something.
  • Pistols- These are Sage's secondary weapon. He prefers using these when he needs a quick kill. He has two, one backup in his boot and the main one which is on his right hip.
  • SR25 Sniper Rifle- This is Sage's favorite gun. He always has it on his back. It is help to be able to take out a moving target at a distance, especially those as important as leaders.

History:
Sage grew up close to Crown City. He lived just on the outskirts with his mother, his father, two older brothers and two younger sisters. Sage was known as the "directly" middle child. He didn't mind all that much. As long as his family noticed him every once in awhile and made sure to feed him, he couldn't care less. Because they lived on the outskirts, they weren't close enough to go to any school, so the children just taught themselves what they figured they needed to know. Sage taught himself how to fight and shoot, as well as throw kitchen knives into trees. His mother did not like that very much and punished him by making him stay in his room for three weeks with only one meal a day.

Sage's parents were extremely hard on him. They didn't like him very much because they were a very balanced family without him in the picture. Whenever he went out to go hunting and bring back food for his family, they would lock him out of the house. He was beaten severely for small things and punished sometimes for things that he didn't even do. All of this began to take a hold on Sage's mind and he slowly began developing homicidal and suicide thoughts.

And he was pushed over the edge with one little incident.

His brothers, who had been playing baseball in the backyard while he watched from a distance, accidentally hit a ball through the window. Immediately, they blamed it on Sage, who had been nowhere near the ball, but of course, their parents believed them and not him. That was the final straw for the parents as well. They beat him, punching him, kicking him hard enough to break bones, and threw him into the garage, locking him in. That one last shred of hope that they actually did love him disappeared and he broke. He grabbed a sledgehammer from the tool pile and broke the lock. He walked into the kitchen slowly, making sure that everyone was asleep before grabbing the kitchen knives. He walked throughout the house and silently, without any emotion or remorse, slit his entire family's throats.

He had no emotion after that. He walked out of that house, he was eighteen at the time, so legally an adult, and started down the path to Crown City. All of that good boy attitude was gone from him and he became a full on criminal. He broke into a weapons store and stole the SR25 sniper rifle, along with two pistols. He managed to pick up some throwing knives as well before he disappeared into the darker reaches of the city. He found an apartment for himself and became a hired assassin for the lower people of the city. He knew how much pain he had felt and he wanted to give those people some relief. So it didn't matter how old the victim was or what kind of condition they were in, he still did the job through.

He went back to his house only once, to find the corpses still rotting there, completely eaten by rats. He walked into his parents room and discovered some of his father's old army gear. He immediately stole them and took them back to his apartment. He created the design of how his parents looked in death on the mask and that is when Ghost was created.

Personality:
Sage is very unemotional and seems to not have a personality. He is angered easily, which means that he has a very, very short fuse and you do not want to tick him off. He tends to kill more for sport than anything. He has an undying bloodlust, which makes his job even more fun for him. He acts like a thief and an assassin because he still has to steal bullets for his sniper, until he finally realized that he could just kill the store owner and take all of the bullets. Sage has a very Hannibal Lector air about him, minus the cannibalism part. He will take down anyone who tries to get in his way, no matter who they are.
Okay guys, we'll go with option 2.

I'll start this tomorrow definetly. Today I'll work out all my plot ideas and such.

Now, if you would like to introduce your own villainous character, feel free! It's make thangs much more fun :)

Alright, people, you have two more days to post before I'm taking you off the list.
@SheriffLlama
Sky glanced down at Mason and looked over at Nau. Kym, who had just been recently released from the infirmary shook her head at him and Sky looked back down at the boy. "You know those bedtime stories that your parents used to tell you when you were a little kid?" Sky asked, getting even with the guy. "About those things called a Death Anomalous that can kill you with one touch to bare skin? Yeah, those things are real. I've faced one once before in my life. It near killed me. It really blinded Tri and has put him in the hospital again." Sky shook his head. "You kids aren't ready for this but you're the best we've ever had, though a little rough around the edges."

Sky glanced down at his watch. Five minutes left...

Colt froze when he heard the announcement and immediately changed into his gear. He hurried down the hallway, heading toward the weapons room when he remember something. He sprinted back to his room and rushed over to his baggage. He yanked open the zippers and pulled out some slim swords. He smiled at them and strapped them across his back. Moving with rhythm, he drew them from his back and began swinging, doing moves as he was taught back in Luminosity. He took a deep breath before shoving them back in his sheathes. As he ran back by, he heard a clank and the sound of glass shattering. He paused for a moment and looked back toward the desk next to his bed.

The small picture frame was tipped over, shattered glass on its sides. He walked over to it carefully and drew up the picture, looking at it. The smiling girl looked up at him and he winced underneath her gaze. He stared down into the picture frame, his reflection on her face looking back up at him. Suddenly, his face gently morphed into her beautiful one. He smiled down at the reflection, looking back on fond memories, when she smiled as well. He narrow his eyes, his smile turning into a deep frown and she did the same. He jumped back away from the reflection. What the hell...?

He walked over to the glass and picked it back up again, staring down at it. This time he only saw his face. His and his alone. Putting the confusing incident to the back of his mind, he stared back down at the picture before glancing over toward Dyana's room. Crumpling it up, he threw the picture in the trash next to his bed. It was time to move on. Leave the past in the past.

He hurried down the hallway, swinging by the weapons room as he did so. He grabbed a Starshot 47, holstering it on his hip before hurrying up to the roof. He saw Sky talking to another Recruit, but he didn't see Dyana quite yet. He took a deep breath again, gathering his courage to ask the one thing that he hadn't asked a girl in almost three years.

@AgentFallenSoul

Citrine was lying in her bed when the announcement came through after a hard day of exercising. She sat up quickly when she realized that the Recruits were begin called into action. She stood up and immediately switched into her uniform, shoving her feet into her boots. She grabbed her father's old 76th Grande Pistol from its holster in her bag and wrapped the holster around his waist, shoving the pistol back in its place. Knowing that she wouldn't need much more, she sprinted up to the roof. She moved over to Kym's group and waited.
@SheriffLlama That's fine.

Annabella Carlyle - Athena, Goddess of Wisdom

Goddess Name:
Athena

Human Name:
Annabella Carlyle

Human's Age:
19

God's History:
Athena, Goddess of Wisdom and Athene

Human's Biography:
Annabella was born in New York City, New York. Her father was an ex-marine and now worked as a gym teacher for the local high school. Her mother was a secretary to one of the highest, most prestigious fashion designers in the business. Because her mother was the designer’s favorite, Annabella, or Anna as she liked better, lived a higher class life. She and her parents had an apartment in Manhattan. But, her mother, being so busy, was hardly ever home, forcing Anna to be raised mostly by her father, who, being an ex-marine, began to use Anna as his own plaything in the sense to relive his army days.

Anna spent most of her childhood hiding from her father at playgrounds or at friends’ houses. She was very fearful of him because she was afraid that he was going to go too far and hurt her. She was very quiet during school and would not talk to anyone except a young boy in the class who couldn’t speak because he was mute. They became very dear friends and began to hang out more and more. Whenever her father was in one of his “moods”, Annabella would always disappear to this friend’s house to hide away. They would play games, but this young boy knew to avoid playing army games because the more Annabella’s father drove her toward it, the more Annabella drew away from fighting and the army.

Everything began to change once Annabella reached high school. She was one of the prettiest girls in her class, though she never felt like it because her father still treated her as if she were a boy, forcing her to do all of these army type things though she was majorly against fighting and war at this point. She wasn't the brightest person in her class and worked hard to try to keep a 3.6 GPA, until her father pushed her too far one day and she stormed out of the house, stating that she was going to find an apartment in the city and live as far away from him as possible. She was only sixteen at the time and in order to actually keep an apartment, one must work. So, Annabella held two jobs, both of them waitressing jobs at two different diners in the city. One she worked directly after school and the other she worked at night. She didn’t care though; she just wanted to be away from her family. Her grades began slipping as she began losing sleep and time to do homework. She did manage to pass all of her classes though and graduated with a 2.75 GPA and was somehow accepted into RIT, one of the best engineering schools in the States by getting lucky on both her SATs and her ACT scores.

She began going to school almost immediately, taking out a huge amount of student loans to cover all of the money that any scholarship gotten didn’t cover. As soon as she entered college, though, she felt more alone than ever. Her mute friend moved to go to school in the West and since she was such a quiet, shy girl, she didn’t exactly have the courage to meet people. She was alone in her apartment, working on homework, the day the lights went out. They were only out for a brief amount of time, but it was enough. At that moment, anyone who would cross into the apartment would know how truly alone she was for no one came to visit her. No one even cared.

But she is alone no more.
@Impaqt Thanks. I'm staking a claim to Athena then.
@Balthazar007 Are you still open?

Ryko and Connor Quick
Cafe

Ryko didn't look at her. Instead, he stared down at the table, taking a great interest in his thumbs. He murmured back quietly, "Yeah, I saw. I know an abusive relationship when I see one, hun." He smirked sadly down at his hands and said, "Unfortunately, you're looking at the king of them. I hate to admit it, but I did used to abuse many girls before I came here." He took a deep shuddering breath and shifted to the other end of the booth, farther away from her. He leaned his head up against the window in the booth and said, "I promise I'm getting better. Just... please, stay near Connor for the first little bit, alright?"

Connor, after Claudia hurried off inside, shook his head. "That girl is strange..." he murmured to himself, but he couldn't help but feel drawn toward her. He walked inside and saw his brother actually talking to her. He smiled a little bit until he saw Ryko shift away from her and Connor sighed, his smile dropping. He walked over to them and put on a fake smile and said, "I'm gonna grab some coffee. You guys want anything? I'm paying."

"Good, cuz I'm starving," Ryko said after his stomach grumbled very loudly at him. "I haven't head anything to eat since our match this morning. Can you get me a coffee, black, and a plate of blueberry muffins?" Connor stared at him, narrowing his eyes. Ryko rolled his own and said grudgingly, "Please?"

Connor smirked and turned to Claudia. "And for the beautiful lady?"

Eliza Brindelwood
Garden

Eliza couldn't think of anything else to say or do, so she hugged him extremely hard and was nearly bawling into his shoulder. She took a deep breath before drawing away and she rested her hands on her knees, smiling down at them. "Neither of us may not be very good at this, but it seems like we're getting better," she murmured to him before standing up. "Why don't we go down to the pool? I want to go swimming! I was actually planning on it before I got the call this morning, which is one of the reasons why I have a swimsuit on under my stuff..."

She pulled down the top of her shirt slightly, exposing the top of a bright pink bikini strap and she jumped around excitedly. "Come on. It'll be fun!" She grabbed his hand and tried to pull him to his feet.
