Bio

The name's ShadowVentus, but you can call me Ven. Fantasy RPs have always been my genre, but I'm always open to trying new genres and all that jazz. Oh, and I don't know about anyone else here, but in my opinion, Atlus makes awesome games! PERSONA!

"My team is fine where they are. I'll fill them in after Serph is fully recovered. For now, let's get down to business, shall we?" Ventus inquires, wishing for this conversation to be over with as soon as possible. Having picked up on a familiar aura faintly giving itself away from what assumed was the Revolutioneer base of operations, he wanted to check it out as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, Serph awakes from his pain-induced blackout, able to remember everything that had led up to it. "Sera? I got beat that badly, huh..." His entire body was numb and his head was being pounded by a painful headache. The Lucario's vision even had spots in it. "Shh...you need to rest for now. It'll do you no good to exert what little energy you have talking to me...Ven went to speak to the other trainers. I'm not certain as to where Aqua went, but, I'm sure she'll be fine. She's probably with the other Scattered Pokemon we met.." Serph simply closes his eyes in response, not only taking a moment to soak in all of this info, but also allow his vision to recover by utilizing his aura-reading abilities, able to get a clearer view of the world around him that way. In fact, he takes the time to search for Aqua. He was relieved at first to see that she was currently with Rythian's group of friends, but then, that relief turned into shock as he saw Heat and what appeared to be a Riolu not too far away from her. However, he could see that the Garchomp wasn't moving at all. Were his wounds just as severe or was he simply waiting for something to happen? "Heat is near her...but, he's not advancing toward her or the other Scattered...why is this?" He inquires to Sera. "You know better than anyone that Heat isn't going to hurt anyone he deems to be innocent. Especially if that someone is Aqua..." Sera responds. Serph grimaced at this remark. She was right, after all. He should have known that'd be the case. Had he really forgotten what his partner had been like before they had parted ways? "Just what is your plan...Heat?" The Lucario mutters before he finally decides to get some rest, falling into a light sleep.
Aqua begins to head in the same direction as Rythian and the others, but she then senses a presence behind, the type that she feels cannot be ignored without dire consequences befalling someone. She turns to see nothing. However, this doesn't dissuade her from wanting to see if something was behind the greenery, for in most cases, what shes tries to find is hidden from everyone's main line of sight. She dashes over to the nearby shrubbery, bursting through to the other side to find a Riolu and VERY familiar Garchomp. "Heat? Is that really you!?" She exclaims. At first, he chuckles, giving her a sharp-toothed grin. He then stands up, stretching his arms out wide. "In the flesh. It's nice to see you again Aqua.." He responds.
Internally, the Garchomp heaved a sigh of relief. Despite his current appearance, that fight against Serph had done a number on him. Taking the time to speak to Aqua would allow him to fully recover from his wounds without being dreadfully bored. "Ah, where are my manners? I don't believe you've met my friend here. Aqua, this is Tatakumei. I'm certain you two will get along great." Unfortunately for the Eevee, Heat didn't intend on answering any questions regarding his time away from her and the rest of the team. For now, at least. He had made a promise to her long ago, and he planned on keeping it. He just had to wait for the other team members to arrive. At least, that's how Vanitas explained it to him.
“Well, it seems that everyone I need for the interrogation is available. Aruba, if you’re in as good of a condition as you say you are, then it’d be appreciated if take custody of our Celebi friend and follow me to the interrogation room. It’s about time we get started…” With that being said, the hooded boy begins heading toward his destination, guiding the Pokemon to a room that is completely isolated from those outside of it. Equipped with soundproof walls, no windows, and zero surveillance, this room fits the needs of Vanitas rather perfectly. Ushering them into the room, Vanitas shuts the door behind them without any hesitation. He takes a seat on the opposite side of the table within it, looking right at Aruba and Ai-yu. “I suppose you’d feel more at ease if you had a face to connect with this voice...well, here you go!” After having gone so long with his hood on, the boy finally removes it, revealing his white hair and eerie yellow eyes. His grin adds on to his fear-inducing presence, giving his features that necessary dash of madness. "Now then, with that wondrous revelation over with, it's about time I get down to business. Boy do I have some news for you two! Tatakumei has escaped. Heat managed to get a hold of her before she could flee on her own. It's safe to assume she's under his protection now. As for HOW she escaped, well, where's the fun in telling you when I could just show you?" With that being said, Vanitas flicks his wrist, opening up a Corridor of Darkness. Instead of it being a portal, however, it instead simply acts as a mirror, allowing Aruba and Ai-yu to see the escape scene. The bars of her daughter's cage seemed to be distorted beyond repair, definitely not the work of anyone within the Revolutioneer base.

"Alright. Time for a sneak attack!" Morgan says in her mind as her shadowy self moves toward the man, leaping from the shadows to uppercut the man in the face.

"That's a relief. That means there's still a chance Cilia is down there. As for who's heading down these stairs...ladies first!" Morgan uses the dimly lit stairway to her advantage, turning into a shadow and traveling along the walls, hoping to catch any possible enemies by surprise.

Aye! Sorry for the wait. Started my first job recently, so I hadn't had time to create a post until now. XD
Greetings everyone. I apologize for my log absence, but I'm happy to say that I'm back in business for the summer! I hope to take full advantage of the time given to me this break.

As Spookton retreats, Vanitas breathes a sigh of relief. Checking over his shoulders to be sure that the coast was clear, he pulls out a bulging, brown pouch from out of his sleeve. He picks up a nearby silver food tray from the floor, placing the pouch upon it before opening it up, revealing a bunch of Sitrus Berries and a cup for water. Once that is set up, the hooded boy pulls out a flask from within his coat, pops it open, and pours Tatakumei a cold glass of water. He then pushes the tray into the cell via slot meant for such things within the cell door. "Here. This meal should help with your wounds. I understand that I've given you no reason to trust me, but, just know that I'm not going to go and let a youngling like you starve...Don't give into despair just yet, Tatakumei. There is still hope for you yet.." With that being said, the intercom comes to life in a short burst of static before the voice of Montainum reaches Vanitas' ears. He heads over to a nearby post and pushes the button to send a private response to their leader."Understood, I'll be up there shortly. I do not want anyone interfering nor spectating my interrogation process. I need to gain the Celebi's trust, do I not? If the party catches wind of there being someone listening in on our conversation, then I'll lose ground...you understand my point, no?" He inquires. Before he can give the Terrakion a chance to respond, he releases his grip on the button, the intercom going silent. The hooded boy extends his hand towards the bars of Tatakumei’s cage, a red and black sigil flaring up in the air near it. This sign may puzzle the Riolu, for unless her mother shared with her all sorts of ancient tales, the Pokemon this symbol resembles may be unknown to her. Regardless, the eerie pulse it emits fractures and shatters Violetta’s seal before Tatakumei’s very eyes. Then, with that ward having been lifted, the bars begin to distort, leaving a very large gap within its wake. As if things hadn’t been crazy enough, as Vanitas departs to regroup with the others in Montainum’s office, a Corridor of Darkness opens within the room in front of the Riolu’s cell. Heat exits from it, smirking down at Tatakumei. “I’m glad to see that you’ve saved me a bite of food.” The tall land-shark remarks before picking up the last Sitrus Berry and slicing it in half, downing his portion in one fell swoop. “Hurry and wrap up your meal. Our exit won’t be open for much longer. Oh, and do take care not to leave my side until we’ve arrived where we need to be. The last thing we need is Aruba going on a rampage..” With that being said, the Garchomp begins heading back into the Corridor of Darkness, the pathway beckoning Tatakumei to follow after him, for as soon as she did, it would close swiftly, leaving no one else any time to follow after them. The duo will exit out into the tree-infested home of the Scattered, not too far away from the current group residing there. Heat now simply sits there and waits, awaiting the hell that may be unleashed upon them for what has just transpired.
Leaving a stabilized Serph under the care of Sera and some Miltanks, Ventus joins the other trainers, not bothering putting his hood back on considering he no longer has to remain a veiled face to these people. “Alright, I’m all ears. What is it that you want to know?” He inquires, feeling that was about time that he began answering questions. His comrades needed to know a few necessary truths anyhow.
Aqua, calm and collected, simply sits by and listens to the conversation being had by her current group of friends, knowing that listening is always a good habit to pick up on in times like these.

Good to see you too are still kicking. I'm fine as well. I think the worst bit of the storm happened to me on Thursday night. Now, it's as peaceful as can be. ^^
After opening the first door to see that there was only rotten fruit within the room, Morgan decided to take on a different approach to these various doors. Instead of being near Dremmick for their next door, the young tactician went ahead and moved on to the third door and braced herself for opening that one. Perhaps the unveiling process would go a bit faster if she helped in this way. With that thought behind said in her mind, she goes ahead and opens door number three.

Following Dremmick's lead, Morgan brandishes her own blade, prepared to back up her comrade in case an ambush awaited them in this newly opened room.Multiple simulations played through her mind as the seconds ticked by.
