Unlike Atalei, Viraa had no concerns about who or what was piloting the Mobile Suits she was going to destroy. The others who met her likely thought of her as emotionless, with no remorse or care for anything but the plan. It wasn't entirely true, what she did, she would do for Humanity. But she had accepted what that meant long ago, that many people would die. Starting today, they were kicking off a plan that would leave countless people's lives in ruin, and even more dead. But it was for the sake of peace.

As she listened to the chatter over their comms it, like many things, baffled her that the other pilots needed to hype themselves up for this, that they needed words of encouragement. They were chosen for the plan because they were the ones for the job, the only ones. Veda didn't make mistakes, they weren't about to die on their first mission. They had much, much tougher tasks ahead of them than taking on an enemy that didn't even know they existed yet.

As she heard the words of encouragement from the Captain, she almost rolled her eyes. Of course they were better than the enemy. That's why they were here. Not just these Gundams, but the pilots inside them had to have the skill, and the resolve to do what needed to be done. And that meant defeating the enemy. That was the most basic of requirements for each pilot, be better than the opponent.

A short "GN-005 Virtue, on Standby." was all she gave to confirm she was ready for her part in the mission. Like a machine, reciting its cerial number rather than giving a name, she was a piece of a puzzle, not a singular, named pilot. Not right now.

It was fortunate that her Gundam had Optical Camouflage, considering it was by far the largest and bulkiest of the four Mobile Suits. Speed and Agility was not its primary function. No... but surprise, that was her part to play. And so she waited, watching Kyrios as if from the shadows, wondering what he was thinking. Did he have the resolve necessary to be a Gundam Meister? Did any of the others?

Looks good to me. It's fine that she has no actual combat experience, and seems to not know how actually horrible war is, at least, when you're the one fighting it especially.

Bio/Backstory: Lin wasn't ever someone too special. She didn't come from a line of Matriarchs, she wasn't someone who had a mass following, she was just, an Asari. Get her education, become a nurse, eventually rise up to full doctor status, work 9-5 as the humans would say. Simple life right?

At some point she decided the military could use her help. Things were pretty peaceful, but there always seemed to be a need for doctors nonetheless, and so she became a Military Doctor in the Asari Navy. She never knew it would take the turn it did. When working on the Citadel, at some point she was approached by an officer... not someone she would ever normally speak with. The kind of person who walks into a room and everything goes quiet. And this person actually walked straight up to her, and SALUTED her. After a few moments of stunned silence, she was simply handed a paper, and congratulated. He even called her 'Ma'am'. The strange thing was, the officer was a Human.

She opened the paper, and needless to say was completely confused to find that she was being promoted to Commander, and was to be given her own ship and was being given a very special mission. She knew the Reapers had come, and Earth had fallen, but this didn't make any sense. She would have suggested there was a mistake, but the letter was addressed, in hand writing, directly to her.

Why was a doctor, and not even a special doctor, promoted to COMMANDER of a ship? That wasn't even the same line of progression! The top title she was supposed to be able to earn was Head Surgeon or something, or Medical Director. Not, Commander of a Warship. But it was happening, and here she was, Commander Linalla freaking T'sado, Captain of the SSV Minotaur.

Fuck.

Nicknames: She prefers to just be called Viraa

Operational/Code Name: Viraa Lye

Biology Type: Innovade

Appearance:

Biography/History: As an Innovade, she was pretty much created by Celestial Being. She feels like her entire existence is to 'serve the plan' so to speak. As such, no matter what, the mission comes first, and her place in it all. She never really experienced a normal life, having friends, or anything that comes with such things. Because of this she can be rather, difficult.

From the moment she woke up she acted as an assistant to Veda, as most of her kind did. She was the one who approached many people who Veda had chosen to become part of Celestial Being. If a Scientist, or Engineer, or even a Doctor was chosen to join Celestial Being, it was likely Viraa who approached them, and made them the offer and convinced them to accept it. She was also ultimately the one who approached the Gundam Meisters to inform them of their place within Celestial Being, and if necessary, convince them to join as she had done with others.

It was for this reason that Viraa was given a female body. While many Innovades are at least somewhat male or female, it wasn't often that they were fully given a gender by Veda. The exception, was Innovades such as Viraa who needed to fit in with Humanity, and not be too off putting when she approached the people she was intended to recruit.

When recruitment died down, she typically would act as a personal escort to any VIPs within Celestial Being should it be needed. It was rarely needed, but still, just to be safe she was often put into the company of any VIPs who were going to largely public places. To her, it felt odd as they had not yet made their presence known so it wouldn't be as if they had enemies who were looking to shut them down. Yet. She was a combat Innovade, but she didn't expect that meant protecting VIPs from threats that didn't exist... was she supposed to keep them from tripping over their own shoelaces or something? It baffled her to no end.

Imagine her surprise however, when Veda informed her that she would be a Meister herself, one of the forefront tools of the whole plan. She felt honored, and special, and it honestly did little to help her 'mightier than thou' complex when it came to others who she felt were less important to the plan, or didn't understand it as well as she did.

At least she finally understood why she was a Combat Innovade.

Skill Set: As an Innovade she can use Quantum Brainwaves to connect to Veda, and view any data she has access to. This means reviewing mission plans without needing to see them, information on the enemy. Beyond this she is considered a 'combat Innovade', so she specializes in piloting Mobile Suits.
