Unfortunately, I created this game at a time when I was ill prepared to GM a new story. Also unfortunately, I still don't have the time I thought I would to be the GM. History:

Yazmin grew up on Tattooine, the daughter of a Salvage Merchant called Aklon. As a child, Yazmin earned barely enough credits to supplement her father's pathetic wages to feed them. She did menial tasks that required little strength, like sweeping floors and cleaning windows after a sandstorm. Having sustained a crippling injury during his time as an Imperial Starfighter pilot, her father had little to offer many people, aside from his in-depth knowledge of ships and their parts. Naturally, Aklon passed his wealth of knowledge to his daughter, whose young mind soaked up the information like a sponge. They would spend hours in the salvage yard, using spare parts to build a makeshift sand-speeder.

By the time she was a teenager, she began taking repair work for speeders and some ships. When she was fifteen, she started racing people with her speeder, and one several times, earning enough currency to support her and her father for a long time. However, her winning led to angering some poor-sports, one of which was involved with the Hutt clan. During their race, Yazmin had led the man through a canyon, and destroyed his speeder. When the man turned out to be a high-ranking member of Jabba's "orginization," she found herself robbed of all her credits and her speeder destroyed. Her lack of money and a speeder sent her back to doing odd repair jobs, and her father had to find another employer.

When Yazmin was 17, Aklon was working as a repairman at the spaceport in Mos Eisley. An imperial convoy had to stop for repairs, after battling and apprehending a rebel spy. Unbenknownst to Yazmin, Aklon had been in contact with the rebel cell in Mos Eisly, who had paid him to sabatoge the ship instead of repairing it, giving them time to rescue their spy. When Aklon was discovered by an imperial officer as the saboteur, he was immediately executed and Yazmin was thrown in prison for a year.

After being released from the Mos Eisley Prison, Yazmin was contacted by the rebels who had worked with her father. Due to the guilt of costing her father's life, the rebels paid her to help smuggle weapons cargo off the planet. When the exit went wrong, the ship was nearly shot down, but they managed to jump into light speed before they were apprehended. Having no place to go, a fresh criminal record, and a burning desire to avenge her father, she accepted an invitation to the Rancor Company. After her initiation, she was passed into the Black Squadron, her and her x-wing becoming known as Black Five.

Black Squadron's leader, Lerus is a very hard man to impress. Despite this, he shows great pride and confidence in his pilots. He would trusts them all with his life and most of them feel the same. His life experience and wisdom earned him the nickname "Wiseman".

Osh Moar "Monk" | Black Two

Osh is a Kel Dor pilot who is a master of meditation and is always peaceful, even when stressed. He serves as a mediator in the arguments that arise among the squad members. He is Lerus' right-hand. Osh's lengthy meditation earned him the nickname "Monk"

Tipray | Black Three

Tipray is an outgoing Mikkian. She has a tendency to become the center of attention in most public situations. She also has a habit of being very obnoxious, as her explosive personality leads her to disregard many social rules, her volume earned her the name, "Sonar"

Mando Ice | Black Four

Mando Ice is a human pilot with a bit of a drinking problem. Some believe that he drinks to ease the guilt of war, others think he's just a waste of life. Black Squadron, however, knows he is a genius mechanic. Lovingly, of course, the squad nicknamed him, "Bartender"

Yazmin is an energetic girl with a large personality that makes up for her lack of size. By far the most skilled in aerial combat, Yazmin has a tendency to break formation if she feels she can get the job done. She has a close relationship to Lerus, and she looks up to him like a father. Due to barely reaching 5 feet tall with her boots on, Black Squadron call her, "Fairy"

*Due to a hard-fought loss in a skirmish with a battalion of Imperial Starfighters, Black Squadron suffered the loss of three pilots and their X-Wings, being unable to recover their bodies or salvage their fighters*

So, for Black Squadron, I kept the main flight team to five fighters, but included the three X-Wing Pilots as a "backup" team. All of their flight formations can be adapted from five to eight.

• Tipray - "Bomber" Black Twelve. A Mikkian pilot, who is all but unbearable when it comes to social situations. She has the tendency to be very obnoxious.
• Mando Ice - "Bartender" Black Two. A Human pilot, with a slight drinking problem, though never while flying.
• R4-K3 - Yazmin's astromech unit. His black and gray painting betrays his chipper, happy programming.
• 3 "Backup" X-Wing Pilots for Emergencies, usual not deployed.
