@Ryonara The problem is almost all Quirks come with some form of Backlash in MHA... even with that solution, he still can technically use his quirk indefinitely. Not that it's the most OP power I have ever seen, but it's more in order to follow the MHa spirit? I'd rather see a upgraded version of the Quirk with some sort of limit to it, than a weaker version with no limits, if you understand me?

@Aerandir I forgot you ! Haha. So far it looks ok, but I will wait for a finished CS before judging.
@Mangrale I'm sad to see you go... but it's been fun ! Hope to see you around, keep up the good work !

@Indra As my (New) Co-GM said, we stay afar from too much Canon stuff. Especially since we're in a different country, but nothing stops you from creating a character inspired from it.

@Genon The Quirk could work...but I'd need to see it written down in more details. Through a PM if you wish, or directly on a CS so we can approve or pin point stuff to change?

@Ryonara I like this Quirk idea. I like that it's pretty simple. As Blackcat said, though, we need a drawback. A good inspiration would be Momo - she creates objects that last forever, but doing it requires energy. Something akin to that? Reinforcing objects requires something out of him, and the bigger the more, but the effects remain? The rest seems fine with me !

Did I miss anyone? Sorry for the long time I take to answer - this is why I appointed a Co-Gm ! Haha.
@Ryonara Hey - I am not saying Yes but I am not saying No to this idea of yours. I feel like it can be adapted, but it's not quite MHA-approvable yet. I'd like to see it integrated in a character to really see what it could look like. I have only a few points that come to mind :

1. The eye contact thing, you might want to change it to either touching or something more unique but ultimately it's your choice and eye contact would be fine.

2. I don't like the 10 minutes thing, because you'll probably never do it in combat, and it's too...simple. Too video game - gimmeckey, like a cooldown.

3. I do not like that this telepathic network is apparently created and remains forever. I'd prefer if you actively had to create it each time and if there was some thing you had to do to help maintain it. If only because combats are going to be boring if there's nothing for you to do but remain motionless and be an antenna. Also, you need to come up with a way others can counter it. Say, knock you down. Though I guess this is a given.

4. I do not like that others can communicate with one another without going through him.

All in all, it's too perfect for what it does. It suffers from the same problems others did.
When you think of a Quirk in MHA, do not imagine what powers you want to play with or what would be cool. Quirks are, in the end, very simple modifications that can be good depending on how people uses them. So think up something simple, and creates amazing ways to use them.

@Genon Great ! You just have to work on a character and show it to me here and for it to be approved to join. :)
@Ryonara

Hey ! I am glad you are interested !
About your Quirk idea, well...minds related quirks are possible because we've seen some in the show, but I see 2 immediate problems with a mind read type of quirk.

1. You'd need something to enable it. Straight out having psychic powers is not a quirk. Even in the show, that one guy who can controls people actions? (i forgot the name) can activate his quirk only if people answer to him. As far as I can tell, Quirks need to have an enabler that is directly related to your character's person. So for a mind read it could be touching the person, saying the person's name or something like that?

2. But even then, a mind reading power is very problematic because it would require constant communication with your fellow RPers partners. A very decent writer that was extremely good at communicating on Discord with others might achieve it, but then you'd be robbed of the experience of actual characters interactions because all of this would need to be discussed in advance.

To me, a Mind Reading power might be more of a problem / burden than it might be fun? Unless you can prove me otherwise, or some up with something original that I didn't think of !
Alright ! So we are now accepting new players to this as we enter a New Arc ! Please do read the rules !

Currently we are lacking 3 heroes !

I am in a position of accepting One villain until more heroes are created !

Enterprise

The Principal didn't move as the villain was slowly getting herself ready for a fight. Something was off about her, but a villain was a villain and this one had just threatened her students. She punched the palm of her other hand, a smile on her lips. "Well...I am all too happy to oblige." She felt the familiar energy rush in her and, fully confidant, launched herself forward yet again.

In what seemed like less than a second, Enterprise had closed the gap to her enemy and delivered her very first attack; a straight punch meant for the woman's chest. Noxious had been at the ready, striking a defensive pose. As the punch came in, she simply took one step aside. The full force of the blow caused her hairs to raise when the wind caused by her opponent's movement caught back to them. The Pro Hero followed with another punch, and another but each time Noxious was ready and seemed to easily duck and evade the punches. On the fourth attempt, Noxious evaded again but her hand reached out straight for her opponent's face - which they evaded.

Enterprise immediately jumped back, but her opponent didn't close the gap. Odd. Instead, they remained defensive, striking a defensive pose again. Enterprise eyes went beyond, seeking to know exactly what was happening inside...but there was no way to see clearly even through the hole. Clearly, the villain was seeking close quarter combat. She was good. Clearly trained in combat, maybe even better than Enterprise herself. However she wasn't as strong, and a simple direct strike would put them out of commission for sure - if she could but land one.

"I see your game. You're skilled, I'll give you that, but you shouldn't underestimate a Pro Hero!"

Noxious

More of the hero's empty words. Provocations and bravado wouldn't affect nor distract her from combat, and Noxious could only scuff at those. Typical of Pro Heroes, who were so full of themselves. Enterprise soon threw herself forward again, and Noxious was fully focused on defense. She knew all too well of her enemy's strength, and any blow that landed meant the end - but they would never land. Heroes, or villains, that possessed such powerful and straightforward quirks most often did not bother to train as extensively as they should. Noxious on the other hand was fully trained in multiple martial arts and specialized in defense, counter attacks and grapples attacks; she was perfectly geared to deal with over zealous power machines like Enterprise. She waited for the blow...but it never came. Instead, the punch stopped a good metter away from Noxious, and a shock wave of wind and energy rushed forward to hit the villain and forced her to slide backward. What?

"Don't look so surprised. I told you, I've seen your game, but I won't be...playing!" With that last statement, another shockwave was sent forward, this time Noxious skillfully dodged to the side. "Damnit. She caught on quick. I had hoped she'd be over confident and commit to melee...I guess I did underestimate her."

Finally, the villain was forced to run forward. Enterprise pummeled her with shockwaves of punches and kicks that sent the cement flying with each strikes. Each time Noxious managed to sidestep, dodge or roll away while jumping forward and slowly gaining ground. A dance - a destructive one. Even from inside, people were bound to hear and feel the Principal's destructive force. Each of them needed but one blow - yet only one was aware of that fact.

Noxious was gaining ground, but there was no way to make the final stretch...at least not until her opponent was distracted.

Enterprise eyes widened. She grabbed Noxious incoming strike and pulled hard. Noxious was able to recover by jumping over the President, reaching for her face...meanwhile, Enterprise then kicked the landing Noxious straight in the stomach, sending her flying backwards as she immediately followed with a punch forward towards...?

Mr.Hayes

Most seemed to have forgotten that there was not one, but two Pro Heroes on scene.

"You like to prowl, but you're not as good as you think you are."

Quinn would hear him right beside her, almost directly in her ear, but if she looked there would be no one. Then she'd feel him trying to grapple at her tail and arm, trying to bring them together at an attempt to then immobilize her. The attempt was good, but the teacher underestimate the strength of the additional appendage of the villain, whom quickly shook off the ghostly attacked, sending Hayes flying back towards his students still around. Only then did he reappear, straightening himself and replacing his glasses. At least he stopped her from further attacking Gabby or the others close by. "Sorry I was not with you, class, but you managed to hold the line by yourself moire than admirably. It is over, now."

Mr.Hayes said as he also pointed back towards the entrance of the complex. There, she could see her partner, Animus, knocked out and tied up with... Aby? This had been what Mr.Hayes had been up to, and somehow never was spotted while doing so - truly earning his name and reputation. This was not the only thing he had been up to...

...the second Freya had taken her eyes off of Jackie, to look towards Sofia, was the moment the chainsaw wielding villain decided to jump back on her feet and head straight for the wounded trio - only to be hit by Enterprise's shockwave and thrown backwards again. She was back on her feet quickly, though, and even angrier. "I...said--"

"Nothing. You've talked enough." said a woman, seemingly jumping out of nowhere, as she landed on Jackie's back. Quickly, she closed her thighs around the wounded villain and used her body's weight to bring her down in a front spin. Luckily, Jackie had spent most of her Quirk on the students, whom held their ground, and Sphinx was able to capture the villain with relative ease - not that she'd ever admit it. She gave a glance at her sister as she stood up, clapping the dust out of her hands, Jackie now tied down on the ground. “Told you - you make for a pretty bad hero even giving your best. You don’t have what it takes...and it seems you’re not the only one.”

As for Enterprise, Noxious took the opportunity to jump back at her...but what seemed like an elongated, semi-transparent arm hit her right in the chest and pushed her all the way back against the wall, before it began to shrink all the way back to one newcomer. The amn was akin to Mr.Hayes in that he,too, was well groomed and clothed, albeit he looked a bit more gruff as well as having broader shoulders. It was quite obvious that the man was missing an arm - which was instead replaced by a ghostly looking member. "We came as fast as possible. More are coming." he was speaking to Enterprise, yet his eyes locked on Noxious.

...it was quite obvious what was happening. Someone had called in reinforcements, and the nearby Pro Heroes came to the rescue. Shit.
"Everyone" Noxious began saying in the mic to her whole team as she was slowly getting back up after being tossed. Twice. "Time to make out exit. Leave, spread out and survive. Everyone meet in 2 days at the base, understood? If you betray us, I'll find you myself." With that, the villain's leader made use of her detonator once more...this time causing Sana's and Quinn's planted bombs to explode. The machinery room got caught in a big ball of flame, sending tremors everywhere. There was no way heroes would ignore this. Without asking her rest, Noxious made her exit - with a smile on her lips.

Freya and Renard (&Jackie)

"Where are you going?" a menacing voice taunted at Freya as Jackie stepped to block her path. Her chainsaw was raised high as the villain made it roar louder. Her quirk was still pumped up after earlier, and this new prey would almost certainly feed her some more. Jackie saw her move around. The cat was fast, but Jackie was confident she could match her speed now. Without much more hesitation or grand villain speech, Jackie stepped forward with intents to kill.

Freya spun round, leaping back the second the chainsaw started roaring. Terror flooded through her at the sight of the masked woman, who lunged, just as intent on spilling blood as she had been earlier if not more so. The feline girl hissed and jumped aside, avoiding the weapon by less than an inch. Her breathing sped up, puffs of mist rising in the cold air. There was no way she could keep outspeeding someone of this skill level.

Renard heart skipped a beat at a roar of a chainsaw. Looking up to see Freya jumping out of the way of the first villain who attacked them. Just Barely though. He knew he was not as fast as Freya. But if he could land one hit. The girl didn’t look strong so maybe he could use his strength to his advantage. He rushed at her, trying to catch her off guard he lowered his shoulder to knock her off her feet. Keeping his charge in for a better strike later on. Wether he was successful or not he would then yell to Freya. ”Go get sofia out of here! I’ll hold her off!

A new kind of fear gripped Freya as Renard rushed to defend her. The warmth radiating from him meant a good charge building, at least, but if anything happened to him because of her... She couldn't bear to think about it. As much as she wanted to help him, though, there wasn't a moment to lose. Ribs tightening, she ran to Sofia's side.

"C'mon," she said, letting the moth girl hold on to her. Hoping not to jar her friend's wound too much, she sprang onto a cabinet, then a shelf, tearing down birds that swarmed towards the ceiling. Holding her breath, she rose above Gabby's cloud. Although Sofia's weakened state didn't allow for flight, her outstretched wings gave the jumps enough of a boost that, before long, both girls burst through the makeshift exit into the sunlight.

Breathless from exhaustion, Freya turned and stared back through the hole. Gabby had to be able to get the others out. And Renard had to be alright...

Jackie was so focused on Freya, she missed her blonde haired friend rushing at her from behind. The villain turned around just in time to get rammed in, knocking her away from her potential victim - who had fled. Slowly, Jackie raised back up and slowly turned to Renard. The previous lack of emotions in her eyes was now replaced by anger. Lots of it.

"She was mine...Mine!" she repeated, almost yelling as she charged him. She raised her chainsaw - but it was a ruse. Jackie dropped it when it was raised above her head. Since it was attached to her with a strap, it continue to fall onto her back. Instead, she launched her attack with both hands. She would grab whatever part of him she could and throw a punches at his jaw. Repeatedly. Whether he was blocking them or taking them full on didn't bother her, because her next move was to throw Renard out the window that leaded to the courtyard where Enterprise and Noxious were having a sparring session...but she wasn't done.

Jackie jumped through the broken glass, grabbing the boy by the shoulders and raising him up, looking straight up into his eyes. "You do not steal a kill from me...Not. From. Me!" with each of her three last words, she rammed him into the brick wall behind him, and on her third word, she sent him flying straight through the wall with surprising superhuman strength. It had probably also been weakened by Enterprise little show earlier, too. Once the dust settled, he would find himself in one of the corridor that had been on Sharkman's warpath.

The wall to Ami,s place literally imploded, the force of...whatever had caused it sending debris everywhere inside. The rest of the actions, as the newcomer probably noticed, happened quite fast. Everyone - Ayumu and Ami first - rose to battle and charged forward. Machiko was left behind...her stare had not moved from where it was prior to the wall exploding. When finally she turned her gaze towards the gaping hole was also when she finally dropped the last piece of trash she was to put away and would have been done with cleaning. By the time said piece of trash touched the ground, Machiko was transformed into the Maid, her shield floating in front of her to protect her from the debris and shock-wave. Her regular jaded expression was replaced by a...caring look, with a constant smile. Her right arm now wore a dark gauntlet with a glowing gem in it, and her left arm held a massive lance made of the same material. Both were in dire contrast with her magical girl outfit; that of a Maid.

While the ice still held, Machiko's eyes fell on Seyrunn briefly, who was making for the kitchen. With a little chance, she'd lose her life here and avoid a life of meaningless struggle. The thought alone brought a wide, caring smile on Machiko's face. Soon, the new club member was joined in the kitchen by Touka.

Not The Maid though. Keeping her elegant pose, the shield, floating, raised a bit and her grasp on her lance tightened. As soon as the last of the Ice was about to fail...she launched herself upward like a missile.

Her magic was straightforward, and came in the form of pure physical might with little to no finesse at all. With the help of weapon and shield, she smashed right through the ceiling and jumped onto the roof. With no wasted time, she dashed forward and on the very edge of the room, she launched herself upward.

At the maximum height of her jump, her Lance began spinning like a drill and glowing in a spiral around it. "I will serve your essence to my friends, now."

She then fell back downward, aiming at the Nightmare's head. The lance tip made contact with the nightmare, but seemed to stall for a moment - but it wasn't enough. With a jerk of her arm and a scream, the remainder of her attack hit the nightmare full scale; the damage she sustained paired with the other club member's attacks lowered it's defense and weakened it, after all.

If she didn't outright pierced the Nightmare, the attack would most likely bring it's massive head down to smash against the street down below.

Someone dropped down from a nearby vent and as soon as their feet touched the ground, they launched themselves at one of the student; Eira. However, just as soon as this happened, Hayes appeared out of thin air from the side of the attacking individual and, grabbing them by the arm while skillfully dodging the weapon, used their own momentum to throw them back at the wall. Jackie performed a flip and both feet landed on the wall before landing and slowly turning back towards the whole group - murderous intents in her shining, green eyes.

Mr.Hayes had known from the very second they heard the explosion that it had nothing to do with the factory - it was the only reason he had been quick enough. "Stay back." he simply said to the students behind him.

"So many lambs..." the chainsaw wearing girl said, tilting her head to the side. At about this time, the Auxiliary power went out and only the emergency lightning provided some vision - rendering Jackie and her chainsaw all the more intimidating."...to be slaughtered. Who will I rip first?" Hayes remained silent and on the defensive, but Enterprise took a step forward, smiling in the face of Villainy. "You just have to mention things going bad for them to go bad, isn't that right? Did you have anything to do with this rotten luck, Abigail?" the Principal said, winking back at Abi.

"Now, now. I don't appreciate you threatening my students. So, this will be over..." as she said this, Enterprise got into a ready position "...Quickly!" her feet pushed her off the ground with enough force for some wind pressure to be left behind.

The next few seconds all happened in a flash...

First, Jackie seemed like she had planned this because her movement were all too perfect. It seemed like Enterprise blow would land on the villain, but a quick spin on her feet after ducking and the Principal own speed and strength was played against her. Missing her target barely - which was a big surprise to everyone involved - Enterprise broke through the wall behind Jackie with ridiculous ease.

Then, things got suddenly a lot more dangerous.

The Employee in the right corridor was long gone, running for his life inside of the nearby office. Instead stood two women - both of them scary looking and cocky looking. One sported gear that looked incredibly not adapted for the summer time, and the other...a massive scorpion tail. From the left corridor appeared two men; One with bright red hair, a giant pair of scissors resting on his shoulder and an incredibly self-assured smirk on his lips. Beside him stood an almost complete opposite man wearing good looking clothes, a top hat and a plague mask.

This would be the first time students could see Mr.Hayes looking like this; afraid. Not for his life, not of the enemy but for his students, most likely. Five enemies, and Enterprise had rushed forward. Damnit...

At the very same time, outside, Enterprise shook off some dust from her costume as she got back up from her missed attack. "Well, this was unexpected. I best get back to..."

"You are Enterprise, right?" The voice came from a woman now standing between the Principal and the hole in the wall she created. The woman in question wore a large sweater with the hood on - and a gas mask. "The one and only - but I don't have time for fans right now. I've a class to get back to."

"Good."

Noxious removed her hood then unzipped her sweater from top to bottom. She carefully got both arms out of it, then threw it away. Underneath, she was wearing a tight tank top with most of her belly and arms exposed. She had also been wearing long pants with quite a few zippers unto them which looked like the usual punk-rock look. Moving a few zippers and clasps on them, they fell to the ground and revealed tight, athletic shorts also revealing most of her legs. The Villain's leather then got to her gloves, which she slowly removed while keeping full eye contact. Her body was muscular, athletic and quite obviously trained. Her hairs were a lot longer than one could have thought, braided into two long braids running down her back. Once Noxious gloves were tossed aside, she reached for her mask and turned a small valve on it, purple fume instantly being released from it and dissipating almost instantly with a sound similar to an air lock.

"I am told you are the best this place has to offer. You want to save your students from my associate? Go - but you have to get through me first. I want to see if you are worth all of our trouble."

Except the guides are nowhere to be seen... Mr.Hayes thought as he looked around at the empty-looking Factory. A few automated robots were indeed seen, moving about, in the distance of the factory ground but that was it. Normally, they were supposed to have been welcomed by some employee's - Enterprise knew it, she was only keeping the students under control. Mr.Hayes walked up from the back of the group, looking as if nothing was on his mind. A quick glance at his group to verify that everyone was there, and the group entered through the front doors.

The room was big enough, with a large desk for reception, a closed door leading to an office behind said desk, as well as three different corridors leading into the different parts of the facility. That the reception was empty was not a surprise. It most likely was automated or something, but even then someone should have shown up to invite them and show them around. "Odd. Let me go in the office and verify if they forgot about our..." Mr.Hayes could barely finish the sentence before someone came, almost running, out of one of the three corridors; a short looking man wearing a suit and a construction helmet. A tag with the name 'Robert' on it - he had all the looks of a Factory guide, whatever such a look was. "Sorry, sorry. I had to dispatch some people to verify this electricity failure - a common thing, I assure you! Nothing to worry about." he said, waving his hand as if waving the problem away. "Please, Mister uh...Hayes? You and your group can follow me through here - someone will come by shortly to..."

This time, the sentence was cut short by the very loud - and impossible to mistake - sound of an explosion coming from the north west part of the facility...

~5 Minutes earlier

Noxious followed Jackie and the rest into the facility after Corvus' report. For a time only, as she then went to where they all were supposed to have been headed. Sana and Anarchy seemed to have stuck to the plan, but Jackie and Sharkman rushed in with ideas of their own - she let them do as they pleased. They were meant to cause a distraction, after all. As for herself, the leader headed straight for the warehouse to carry out this part of the plan. Sticking to the plan, she had brought some explosive to destroy the back wall of the warehouse while the Sapping team headed deeper, to the Machines' room. With the charges planted and standing far enough; "Anarchy, Animus - focus on shutting down the facility. Once it's join, regroup with the others. I want this U.S.J rabble pinned down until our guys are done here." The whole team heard it, of course.

Then - she pressed the detonator, completely destroying the wall and outer fence as expected. Some truck then backed up into the now gaping whole and a dozen of thugs jumped off and begun to load in the crates and their contents into the truck. Some small time thugs, but useful and cheap labor. "I'm on my way."
