Well, the thing is, without the horrible cast the Anime/LN is just some generic fantasy-setting? And there are a lot of these, so.
Sorry for my lack of reply, especially after me being a bitch to Pyro. I haven't been too well the past days, I'll try squeeze out a reply tomorrow.
@Crimson Raven Not sure what your problem is or what pace you expected. In regards to the OOC, I am quite happy there isn't too much "random chatter" going on, saves me from being obliged to read all of it just to find the important stuff. As for the IC, I mentioned in the interest check I am going for something like 2-3 posts a week but, given the open-world-ish kind of thing it has going on, you're obviously free to post more between each other(Not to mention depending on the circumstances I'll post more too).

I mentioned yesterday I post either yesterday or today. I have been not too well the past few days, and I am still not, not to mention Tuesday is busy day, but I'll still get a reply out today. Said reply, however, just includes a general response from The Voice of Change, not sure if you expected anything other. While it's true that I don't have too much experience in GMing and pacing can be a bitch, I think the more open-world attempt for this one is the right way.
All the delicious posts! Guess I get a sort-of-reply up soon for those nagging the Voice of Change, not sure if I can manage today thou, but def. by tomorrow! As for the loners, despite it being kind-of-open-world-ish(which is intended), I guess I can try and throw you a bone for at least some amusement!

I don't mind when the four hours are up, I suppose it can end by the time everybody leaves the "party".

@The ghost in black I never accepted your character yet so please don't just go ahead and post it inside the character tabs. Just because I haven't answered your PM - while writing replies for other roleplays here and there - doesn't mean I totally forgot about you or something! Anyways, your character is fine. The only thing I'd def. want you to change is how you keep differencing between Runes and Magic, they are the same thing, as the OOC should hopefully tell you. So just call them either the one thing or the other, and you're good to go.

@The ghost in black@Crimson Raven I just wanna emphasis again that I want you both to take care of your grammar. To be honest, regardless of the content, the way you two first presented your sheets at me I would have just declined them solely because of all the mistakes present. I was, and still am, generally rather lax on my requirements for this roleplay but if I see constant unsatisfying results, I have no problem booting you. This isn't meant to be rude in any way, nor do I only refer to grammar, just a fair warning.
@TheWindel Err I'm not abandoning it but I feel kinda out of place currently because everything is moving along while I'm stuck. Hopefully, after this, stuff gets better!
@KoL There, pastad. I had some questions that Windel decided to take care of. Gotta go fast, vroom vroom!

"...Eh?" Her hand stopped, just shortly before she touched the handle of the door. Was this... blood? - The first thing coming to her mind as the smell entered her nose. Curious, she touched the red-liquid with her free forefinger. "It's not dry..." She whispered, which would mean it was either something else or... the girl shook her head.

"Tchooo..." Shinobu gave a random noise from her to calm herself down in a weird way. Of course, she was aware of being in a horrible situation. She had to be on guard. Not being too focused on the particular handle anymore, it was then that something else came into her field of view. At first, she wasn't able to see it that well thanks to the dim red light, but now, that her eyes were more accustomed to it, there was no mistaking it. "C-C-C..." Was that? She started to tremble, taking a few steps back.

Shinobu shook her head once again. This was... not right. Wrong. Strange. Maybe... she was, indeed, still dreaming? It... had to be. Yes. It had to be. There was no other way. A weird scenario like this would hardly - never - happen in real life! But what if... "No!" Shinobu stopped herself, burying any doubts she could come up with quickly somewhere deep down. Regardless, she had to carry on. Dream or not.

With her initial fear gone, the green-hair eyed the dead body a tad closer. He seemed dead for...a rather long time? Shinobu was by no means an autopsist, so she couldn't tell for sure, but dead was dead! Not to mention... he was apparently a student too... and missed both arms? It was then that the younger Sister heard a rather soft, broken, voice. Nearly faint whisper, in fact.

"H-Hello?" Turning swiftly around, her wooden board held before her, she could now make out another 'living' person. Was she here the entire time? Why didn't notice Shinobu her before? Confused, yet curious, the self-proclaimed heroine stepped closer, the words that the girl repeated like a chant becoming more apparent to her.

"...!" Upon seeing the arms - after she had moved past some desks closer to the girl - Shinobu made yet another step back. Her silly brain connecting A with B. "No..." She whispered in disbelief. Surely, there had to be an explanation for this. It was wrong of her to just judge the only other living person she had met in this god-forsaken dream place like that. Not to mention, the girl looked terrified, mad-driven, herself.

"Alright, you can do this. It's your Nightmare. You're the hero. You won't just die in a lame fashion like that." She whispered to herself, convincing her that this girl was indeed no danger. Instead, she needed help. Help that Shinobu was willing to provide. "Hey! You, are you alright? Can you understand me?" Shinobu now spoke more loudly, hoping to grab the girls attention.

@KoL

"Take that, you vile Tyrant!" The green-haired Heroine shouted as she swung her Giant Hyper-Mega-Super-Sword-Of-Friendship-And-LOVE, also called BFS -'Big Friendly Smile' -, over her head. "BUSTER BEAM!" She continued to shout, resulting in a giant pink beam of justice which made quick work of the Skycraper sized monster she was just fighting.

Shinobu could see it in front of her. She had defeated A World Eater, THE World Eater, she could see the riches, fame and bi- nice people being nice to her in front of her! "Nyahahaha! I am simply the greatest!" Or was she? A silly dream, really, a kind of dream that the green-haired heroine didn't even like THAT much considering the content of it. It was kinda grand, but in a stupid fashion. In fact, maybe it could even be called a nightmare? Maybe the prince, or princess, she was hoping for was some sort of comedy relief? Whatever the case was, the girl would never find out. A beauty, a gentle(wo)man, or just a clown. Whatever the case was, soon, the younger of the two Resan sisters would have been happy for any of those. Soon, she would give her all for a dream like that. Because soon, she would experience what a real Nightmare was.

"Yes, yes, fetch me more of that great turkey meat!" Were the last happy words a certain green-hair spoke as she suddenly woke up, drooling. "H-Huh?!" Laying on rather uncomfortable ground, she slowly pushed herself up. "Urgh..." Her body hurt, her throat felt a bit dry. The air was... stifling. "W...What is this?" Somehow, wherever she was, seemed familiar, yet so strange. The entire scenery was so otherworldly. Destroyed furniture. Chairs and tables mostly. Sticky stuff? Lots of dust. Lots of webs. It was the whole deal. Not to mention the entire scenery being tainted in a slight blood-red through, looking outside, the sky? Even if this was a rare occurrence of a red moon, it was way too bright for this kind of thing.

Instinctivly, the green hair wrapped her arms aorund herself. She was scared. "H-Hello?" She asked, rather loud. Of course, no answer. Only silence. A murdering silence. "Urgh... this sucks." Closing her eyes, she gave it a big breath before opening them again. "Alright, Shinobu, calm down. Whatever this is. It is definitely not normal... a lucid dream?" Quickly pinching herself twice, once gentle and a second time harder, brought no results. "Yeah, don't even know what I expected."

She needed one, two, maybe three more minutes to gather herself. Looking around for any kind of clues. It was apparent by now that this was a school building, a very old one at that. If this was a dream, whatever. But in case it was real... maybe she got abducted? Maybe some pervert from the maid cafe she worked at! Goddamn stalkers. Quickly checking her schoolbag to- "Of course! Silly me." Yeah, they would make quick work of the little bit of self-defense, in form of Pepper Spray, she had. Damn creeps.

"Alright, alright, whatever. You can still do this." Simply checking her pocket, the girl was surprised to actually feel her smartphone there. "Hah! Stupid Ap-" Alas, no signal. "Argh, damnit!" Shaking her head, she sighed. Another few minutes passed as she slowly turned on and off certain switches inside her brain.

Taking a rather stable feeling piece of wood for at least some form of self-defense, the girl had a fat grin on her face. "Isn't this exactly what you wanted, Shino? A dangerous, exciting, great adventure! All I gotta do is walk out of this shitplace, smack whatever baddies get into my way and call the police! Yeah! Let's do this! WOOOOO!" And thus, psyched up, just like that, the green-haired girl made her way towards one of the two class-room doors.

@Moonlit Sonata@WanderingSpirit@KoL@Lunaeria@Barioth@LokiLeo789@TheWindel

There we go! A post from your scrub GM! Go wild or something.

@ERode You still gotta post your sheet into the accepted stuff.

For the others, character stuff is still going on.

@WanderingSpirit I'll send you a PM with what your eyes see soon(TM).

Now, I'm gonna say two more things in regards to the rp, so listen up:

If it wasn't obvious enough, death is a thing. Now, players can kill each other, but NPCs can kill players too. Now, I won't just go around and kill any of you because I feel like it. But stupid behaviour gets punished... .

Another thing is, being the inexperienced GM I am and only stealing things, I saw great success with doing something of a sort "personalized" side-plot for the people inside the RP. Meaning, I'll think about some plot that is more personally tied to each of your characters that can go alongside the overall plot. Now, of course, I'd ask for permissions and PM you before I do anything. On the same end if you have ideas of your own or don't want to have anything in that regards please tell me in PM also.

Edit: Also opening up for recruitment again cuz someone already dropped out ;A;

EDIT2: Also there are obviously more people than just the player-characters inside the room. A whole lot more. Faceless and non-faceless NPCs which get introduced when the time is right :3c.
