Nothing works everywhere. We use the tavern's coin for everything since we live here, and that's usually good enough. You can find exchanges too if you look hard enough, but they're not cheap.

Professional adventurer? That works great for you, then. This is a gathering place for adventurers; you've got all you need to eat, drink, quest, rest, whatever. And if you're any good, you can make some cash along the way.
