Come One Come Call! Fairoth Kingdom has opened its doors.... (FANTASY) (SURVIVAL)(ADVENTURE)

In tales told long, long ago....

A human discovers the Fairoth Realm and falls in love with a fairy. But evil is done, and the human curses the fairy's blood line to be killed after one year born by contract of a demon. The Fairoth Realm is also cursed and turned into eternal night, with nothing but the moon as light and occassional wraiths or flame of candlelight. The tale ends by humans calling the land Shadow Realm and is nothing but a fairytale.
Not known to humans, however, the fairy has have found a way to survive. The queen will toss her heirs into the portal, so that it may live a human life and someday find their way back home. No body knows of this however, and the heirs live 'normal' lives filled with a tinge of hate they cannot describe where it comes from. And visions of the Queen.

Now...

The story begins in the 1930s in USA, a quiet sparse town by the mountains and by acres of wood, where our players will meet. In the forest is the portal to the fairy realm. Humans have said strange things happen in this forest, or people die strange deaths.
You will play either a human who stumbles into the Shadow Realm, or play an heir of the royal fairy blood line that is cursed. Or you are a character that is stuck in the middle somewhere, or is neutral and has their own agenda (as long as it fits into the story).

Hello my name is Spirit. I am looking for 1x1s or group roleplays and I have a few stories but mostly I'd like to roleplay some new ones off the top of our heads. I consider myself a casual roleplayer. I'm not really advanced nor do I chat roleplay.

I write between 3 paragraphs to a page per post depending on how I'm feeling the story.
I have casual standards, meaning basic rp rules such as misspelling to a minimum, grammar mistakes to a minimum.

Also if the story is very good, I would like to ask permission to be able to make a comic from it and post it on my website. With your credentials of course.

“No, father... how many times must I tell you? I am not going to be a WIFE. I am not going to bear children yet, I am not going to settle in a peaceful life as you wish for me.” Anna spits out though usually her temperament is calm. Wrapped up in frustration, Anna heads outside and does not say a word and hurries into the backyard. Her mother watches disapprovingly, and turns the other direction.

“Someday she will understand.” Mother places a hand on the father's upper arm. “Someday... just let her see for herself.”

“I graduate from Militant school of swordsmanship and they don't care? I am looking for work? They don't care. I'm trying to live my own life, whilst they prepare me suitors? Bottom line is, they don't care. “ Anna whacks the heck out of a scarecrow in the training field with a wooden sword. She does it till her hand has blisters.

Anna lets out a sigh, sweat dripping down her fair skin and onto the dry mounds of soil beneath her feet. She unties her blouse and lets a few buttons loose. Her long fine black hair sways in the wind as she let her anger pass with it.

“I can't do this anymore. I cannot stay here anymore. The more I stay here, the more I will be dissapointed. I cannot do this to myself.”

Time to explore the world and what it has to offer, I'm sick of this nonsense. Time to live my life the way I want to. Anna walks to the stream and and skids rocks on the water.

Appearance: Long black fine hair that goes down to her back. Dark, almond eyes that are very watchful. Stern face with a little chin, medium sized nose with a notch in the middle, medium sized puckered lips with a fuller lip on the bottom. Stands at 5'7", wears silver metal armor with etchings on them with no head piece. Feels she does not need a head piece. Wears silver chain mail underneath to protect her further from harm. Wears metal arm braces for shielding and metal silver long boots that jut out from the shin. Has very pale milk like skin, and blushes a cherry-strawberry like red. History: Born and raised as an only child in her middle class family, Anna was looked upon to carry on the family name and be married and give birth to children. But Anna did not want this for her life. She could not stand knowing all she had to do was be married and lived a settled life. Ever since she was young, Anna picked up the sword when she was 10 years old for fun. She didn't take it seriously, but as a teenager when her parents informed her of the path they desired for her, she stuck to her sword and practiced it relentlessly. She's become very skilled at the present age of 25. She kind of developed a rock of feelings for the lifestyle her parents wanted her to have. This has caused a ruckus in her family and she has not left on good terms with them. She's not concentrated on anything other than swordsmanship since and keeps herself focused.

Her father was a warrior and bounty hunter and also a master of the sword, but he did not want this life style for his child. He wanted Anna to have a life that was more relaxed, calm, and serene. Anna knew that she wanted to become a bounty hunter, she knew she wanted to have an adventurous lifestyle and journey the world and protect those who could not protect themselves. She must have inherited this from her father. Disregarding her family's wishes she went through for training. Being graudated through the training militant school, she is now on her own making a living through bounty hunting. Using her own wits, battling warped souls such as monsters and the like, and doing work for civilians. Anna is searching for a master to complete her swordsmanship skills and work skills. She scours the land in search of a master as she completes her missions.

Just a regular human bounty hunter is not rare but only some are successful. In this land are humanoid characters as well. Born and raised in the town called Newberg, a average size town in a valley between mountains, the town of Newberg looks up to warriors and bounty hunters and recruits them. Just as there are towns that specialize in knowledge or healing, her town was known for specializing in military. This could have furthered her sense of feeling like becoming a bounty hunter as well, was because she grew up in a town that specialized and looked up to them even though her father did not want this lifestyle for her.

Personality: Anna is a reserved person, kind of quiet and watchful. She is proper, chivalrous, and feels she has a duty to protect those who are weaker than her. She is kind of shy at first when meeting people, is slow to talk in the beginning and is hesitant at allowing others to get to know her at first. But underneath it all, she loves to meet people and make friends. She wants to share herself with someone she can trust, not just anyone for that matter. She can be cheerful and optimistic, but sometimes gets clouded in her own thoughts and worries. Has a good sense of judgement but can be muddled.

Weakness: Can get muddled within her own thought and judgement. She's just understanding her powers and is becoming super-human, so she's new to understanding this kind of feeling. This can put her at a disadvantage from people who know their powers and potential already. She is human and still can get sick and get wounds.

Weapons: A long sword that her father gave her as a present before she left to journey on her own. It's nothing special, just a an average long sword that does the job but she could use a better one. ([url]minimumwagehistorian.files.wor… metal armor She could use a helmet, but she'll buy that in time. Also a sack of goods and supplies such as tonics, potions, and food and water casket.

Abilities: Able to carry potions and tonics, but cannot heal herself through special powers. She can regenerate fast, but she is still susceptible to wounds. She is fast and pretty well footed though she wears metal armor and chain mail. Her long sword can radiate energy such as fire or thunder, etc which is her superhuman power. How does she do this? By taking energy from her surroundings and using it either steadily to light up her sword or in bursts of energy she shoots out from her sword.

HEllo fellow roleplayers, and welcome to my thread.

I'm looking for people and new friends to roleplay with in fantasy, sci-fi, or slice of life genres.

I can write a decent post about 3 paragraphs long, and introductions about 1/2 a page to a page long. I can write more depending on how interesting or how involved I am in the roleplay. As always common rules apply such as keep mispellings to minimum, grammar in decency, and contribute to the roleplay's world and story as well. I don't want to be the only person making up the world.
