History: When Kioko was 10, her family fled to the Kojiki Arcology as refugees, displaced by a disastrous Deep One invasion of Seattle that was repelled, but not before the fighting had reduced most of the city to rubble. After arriving at Kojiki Arcology with naught but what they could carry in their car, the family set themselves up over the next few years as eccentric, reliable booksellers, eventually setting up a two-story bookstore, Books of Wonder, in the downtown area of the arcology.
While her family was setting themselves up in their new home, Kioko slowly became known for her knowledge, and her habit of keeping her distance from nearly everyone after a certain point. This self-isolationism has left her with very few friends, although she is familiar with most of the students in her year.
Kiokos family are members of the Eldritch Society ((This is not common knowledge))
Personality: Kioko is an outwardly kind and happy person with a ready smile, who usually has a book (or books) close at hand. She is also an optimistic realist, knowing that true evil exists in the world, but firmly believing that good (or at least justice) can win out in the end. However, her escape from the ruins of of Seattle, and the subsequent move across the world have left Kioko feeling like she is without a solid home, as if she doesn’t truly belong anywhere. Because of this, while she is friendly with everyone, she finds it extremely difficult to actually befriend others, subconsciously believing that “If I have to run again, friendships and closeness will only bring pain, so why bother?”
Her symbiote is pushing her to connect with people both more frequently, and to a deeper degree, firmly believing (and forcing that belief onto Kioko) that the closer one is connected to people, the better they can fight to save them, not considering the effect on its host when those people are hurt or killed.
Natural weapons: Right Arm: Bio-Bolt: Caduceus can fire darts filled with a number of concoctions out of a set of symbols on her right hand as a single-target attack. Concoctions and Venoms: - Regen: Greatly enhances a Tagers natural regeneration for a short time. - Boost: Customize-able buff that enhances one trait of an ally (e.g. strength, speed, senses). - Stun: A paralytic agent useful for capturing weaker opponents and making tougher opponents easier to defeat (It can fully paralyze a weaker enemy, but stronger ones may only be slowed, for example).
Left Arm: Bio-Blaster: This ‘grenade launcher’ is in fact a mystical Area of Effect attack cast from symbols on the palm of her left hand. 3 meter blast radius. Grenade Effects: - Darkness: blankets the afflicted area in a mist that blinds any Dhoanoids within the area, and shows their outlines to linked tagers. - Flash-bang: An extremely powerful flash of light, coupled with a very loud explosion, leaves targets temporarily blinded and disoriented. - Explosive: A magical explosion that damages enemies and terrain that hasn't been reinforced.
Left Arm: Injection Blade: This melee weapon is a stabbing weapon that can be used to inject any of the bolt potions into a target, lashing out similarly to how a mantis shrimp strikes its targets, or being extended fully and used as a more traditional blade. This weapon is usually used as a last resort.
Limit Weapon: Black Tentacles: Caduceus performs a verbal summoning rite and dozens of small summoning circles appear off of any solid surface, and once the rite is completed the portals, maximum total radius of 5 meters, open and untold amounts of tentacles pour out from their sealed envelope in space, hungry for flesh, bone, and soul. Any who get entangled within their grasp are sapped of their life force, while Caduceus’ allies are rejuvenated and refreshed. [Insert Size of Portals]
Abilities: Flight, Compound Sight (The ability to track multiple independent targets at once, even at great distances, as well as the ability to immediately identify Dhoanoids and active magic within visible range), Mind Link (The ability to link with other shifted Tagers to form a tactical network, sharing senses between linked tagers and displaying a sort of mini-map to all members of the link), and Healers Vision (This allows Caduceus to see health and status of a focused target, friend or foe, within visual range).
Personality traits: The Caduceus ta’ge give their hosts a driven need to save everyone they possibly can, and to further that aim by connecting with as many people as possible. The ta’ge idealizes friendships and loving relationships for this purpose, although it doesn’t necessarily understand these relationships.
Hybrid Form: When in hybrid form, Kiokos eyes become compounded, like that of a bug, and glow the color of polished gold. She gains the Compound Sight, Healers Vision, and Mind Link abilities.

@Cinnabread Your plot sounds interesting, I would be down to rp it with you. I think the quest route would be fun, what do you think? I don't know much about megaman-style androids (I only played the NT & Starforce games, not the originals), but I am willing to learn

Natural weapons: Right Arm: Symbiotic Bolt Rifle: This rifle can fire darts filled with a multitude of venoms and concoctions, both beneficial and harmful, by a mental command from the user. The scope of this rifle is connected to the right eye of the user. Concoctions and Venoms: - Regen: Greatly enhances a Tagers natural regeneration for a short time. - Pain-B-Gone: Allows an ally to ignore the debilitating effects of extreme pain and shock. This DOES NOT heal the injury. - Parasitic Tracker: This bolt injects a tiny creature that relays the hosts position and vital signs to caduceus. - Acid: This bolt bursts on impact, splashing a powerful acid over the opponent at the area of impact. This acid can eat through most types of protection, including most mundane materials, but more powerful protections, such as strong magical defenses, can slow it or even stop it fully.

12/20/2019: changed, updated, and clarified ammunition for Symbiotic Bolt Rifle and Bio-Blaster. Gave name to Limit Weapon.
Recommendations Officers Personality Observations: Dr. Alfonso, Pavlovena Family Psychologist: Since you have asked for my medical opinion, I think that Tatianna Pavlovena is fit for duty, but should be sent to a far away duty station, due to the death of her brother, summarily executed for treason against the party by her own hand. She is emotionally stable, and is still of value to the Party.
Agent November, Intelligence Service: Tatianna Pavlovena would normally be under suspicion of treason, due to her brothers treachery. However, seeing as she executed him herself, I recommend she be assigned duty as the Overseer of a Zelta crew. If she survives, she will continue to be an asset to the Party. If she dies, we are rid of a potential embarrassment.
Hastily Scribbled Note: Note thought to be written by subjects Father. Found tucked away in subjects file. My daughter has always been a focused and driven person, but she will talk to those of any walk of life, and no amount of teaching stopped this. In fact, it seems that only made things worse… She seems to always be listening and watching people, and usually knows the best way to put them to use, like they are all cogs in a giant machine. I hope she learns to interact on a more personal level someday, but I am sure She and her brother will do the family name proud in the future!
Traits:
Liberal: Tatianna is strict in her adherence to the Party tenets, but liberal in their interpretation and execution. Observant: Tatianna is highly observant, and can pick up on details and cues most people don’t notice. Values people over viewpoints: If someone has a viewpoint outside of the party norm, but they aren’t openly treasonous and they have useful skills, she will usually put up with the deviations and put the person's skills to work.
Your Agreed Contract:
In order for you to fulfil your responsibilities to the party within the depths of space you are hereby to receive a weekly supply of rations with a class of a C- anti-aging compound mixed within.
You will receive a class C (bare minimum) training for your intended role upon the ship.
You hereby acknowledge that refusing this contract will incur a fine of roughly 32 million liquid currency in accordance with the penalty of wasting party time. You also hereby agree that dying or failing to fulfil the duties given to you by the time your work contract ends will apply this fine to yourself, or if you die, your next of kin.
Remember: Exceptional service may get you potential application as a party member!
Remember: Poor performance may be realized as improper commitment of applied duty and you will be billed for your lodgings, rations, equipment, medical services, air, gravity, power usage and human on human contact.
You agree to the terms and conditions of this contract and will fulfill as the ship's OVERSEER until your 100 years of commitment is complete.
Disclaimer: the authority has the right to decrease or increase the commitment years of this contract as they see fit.
