Ew, Infernity combos...Have they taught you the combo that takes 140 days to complete and prevents your opponent from playing any card ever printed? Or the 6 hour one where Enterblathnir banishes everything in your opponent's hand, deck and graveyard?
Oh good. Now there were a bunch of monsters here too. This was just getting bet- Wait, was that a Rhyperior? And did one of the weirdos just shoot lightning at it? This...this was a bad dream, right? Either way, the best option here was clearly just hiding out and hoping they'd focus their attention on the group that had just attacked them and then move on. Unfortunately, something other than the group of people had noticed the noise she'd made earlier. A large venus flytrap-like monster seemed to be moving in her direction. Swallowing hard, Rachel did the first thing that came to mind in this situation: Run away from the Carnivine.

The fact that she seemed to be running towards some other people was purely unintentional, especially given that her head was down up until the moment she heard someone shouting about fair maidens and...Was that Gaim's catchphrase? Looking up, Rachel saw the blonde woman don a Sengoku Driver, which seemed to be the real deal.

Well, with someone that could actually fight on their side, now was as good of a time as any to catch her breath and investigate something that had bugged her while she was running. Reaching into her pockets, she pulled out an item which resembled a closed gate, as well as a pair of rings. She looked up at the Sengoku Driver-wearing woman, then back to the things in her hands. If that was real then was this..? Taking a deep breath, Rachel placed the Driver against her waist.
Clarabelle is accepted! Also, how did you know what the true final boss was going to be?!
I'm thinking maybe Ojamas or...something based around zombies and/or geminis, given their random dragon fusion bosses.
I'm sorry to hear that.
A couple of things stand out to me about your character. Firstly, he doesn't seem to have an evility (you can take one from the list or make up your own, if you'd rather), which is kind of necessary. Secondly, I'm not sure if this is what you were going for or not, but I'm not sure how kind a Disgaea setting will be to an aloof badass character.
Depending on how people are likely to build their decks, I might or might not mind Stratos at 1. If people build fun, themed decks? Maybe, although I still don't really like the idea of decks full of "search whatever you want whenever you want". If people try to build "competitive" OTK decks? He can stay gone.

...Although if people are building for that, my opinion's irrelevant, since I'd be leaving. ^^;
There is. Erm, was. With that, we're at 10.

@Roxas: She looks good so far.
Name: Tachi...Or at least, that's what he's going by in the netherworld.

Age: 24

Appearance: After the change, Tachi's appearance is similar to an alraune's, with some differences. He still has human-like legs, rather than a stem, his petal "skirt" is slightly higher and actually covers things, his petals (both in the skirt and the flowers on his head) are purple instead of red, his hair is styled in a long ponytail, rather than the standard drills and he wears a pair of thin rectangular-framed glasses.

Personality: Tachi is shy around people he doesn't know, though once he feels comfortable around someone, he becomes more cheerful and talkative. He can be surprisingly hammy, when he feels the situation calls for it. He is a fan of assorted manga and anime, mostly slice of life or action series, as well as RPGs and assorted tokusatsu series. He also enjoys music, mostly metal (generally more of the "heavy" or "power" varieties) and cooking.

Brief Backstory: Tachi has had a boring, ordinary life for the most part. His parents split up when he was little, although it was mostly civil and he still sees both of them from time to time. He coasted through school without any real effort, getting decent grades in the process. He recently moved out of home and started studying to become a teacher.

Class: "Shrinking Violet", a somewhat slow and physically fragile flower-like demon capable of using physical or magical attacks with good efficiency, its main strength is in resisting enemy magic and healing. Despite the mostly-humanoid appearance, uses monster weapons.

Equipment:
- Paw Gloves: Soft and fluffy! Maybe not the best weapons though...
- Glasses: A pair of prescription glasses. Makes things much less blurry.

Powers:
-Evility: Soothing Aroma - Uses the power of aromatherapy to keep nearby allies energised. Restores nearby allies' SP by 10% at the end of the turn.
-Skills: Leaf Shuriken - Tachi throws a handful of razor-sharp leaves at an enemy.

Abilities: He's a decent cook with a variety of recipes in his repertoire.
I figure I should probably say I would prefer actually playing the duels out, but I'm not sure about using things like that for it (especially if we've got custom/anime cards to keep track of). I've been in a couple of YGO RPs where a third party (the GM or one of the other players) just PMed people their draws when necessary. It's slower, but makes those sorts of things easier to keep track of.

Anyway, as far as deck building goes I'm in favour of ignoring everything released since Zexal a custom banlist hitting some of the more ridiculous decks and bringing back some things that aren't really broken anymore could be fun.
That might work, although it'd probably need to mean playing through the duel and writing down everything that happened so you can post it a bit at a time, so people could actually react to things.
