ꜱᴛᴀɢᴇᴘʟᴀʏBorn in Maebashi, the most inland major city in Japan, Jun's early life would be characterized by an unusual abundance of the outdoors. Her father, while he worked at the most venerable Sagamiya Foods company, would often take her on to mountain hikes, as close to camping as one could get on a blue collar schedule, while Jun never actually met her mother. A Pro Hero who had briefly lived in Maebashi, she had quickly moved north to Hokkaido after Jun was born. Though she'd never pressed it, from what stories the young girl could gather it was easy enough to see that the two had held very different ideas of what parenthood or a relationship really meant. Her time at school would be fairly normal, teachers forever saying that Jun was a late bloomer as those kids who'd found themselves earlier seemed to always become bullies. In time, however, she found that she had taken after her mother far more than originally thought, a quirk developing slowly over the years. Jun found herself getting far ahead of her father here and there on the mountain hikes, especially when trying to get up to a specific peak. It was a glorious moment.
Jun's father told her that she wasn't allowed to use that quirk at school, not allowed to get the leg-up on the other kids. He explained that some others, even if they had quirks, might not have ones that would help them compared to her, that it wasn't fair to quirkless, that it wasn't good to show off for something Jun hadn't worked for. She trained it instead after classes, after school, taking some little pleasure in always envisioning that final scenario, that moment when a bully stepped too far or a person needed to be saved or something, anything. Of course, in a relatively isolated town, that never happened and the moment just never seemed to be there. Jun would finally be given a chance to make some form of a demonstration at final tests, before finally going off to a big school; her scores were enough to place the attention of a few lesser-known schools right on her. As such, an offer was given to be one of those Recommended Students to Eirei, something she more than eagerly accepted.
The young girl has proven to be a self-assured, all things said, confident in her own abilities while rejecting the majority of media focused on Pro Heroes here or there. To her, there is perfection in the self, in one’s own abilities and how they operate, and she thinks the majority of Pro Heroes have plateaued wherever they are, to have stopped trying to improve. Jun does not believe in bragging or informing others about a quirk, carrying on her dad’s opinions that history or actions should be taken pride in, not random chance. When under stress, the young girl prefers to engage with whatever target rapidly as can be, removing them before they have a chance to entirely realize the extent of her quirk and what it can do.

ꜱᴜᴘᴘᴏʀᴛᴇᴍCostume
QᴜɪʀᴋBuilt around the standard Eirei student’s uniform, a black gakuran, bontan pants, and a red-white tenugui for use as a mask, Jun’s costume integrates two notable primary components. The first of these is a large radiator built into the back, measuring around a foot by a foot. Coolant is pumped along tubing located under the jacket, sewn into a “pocket” along the length of the sleeves and around to the midriff, where it then runs along heat-absorbent pads. The second component are several steel rings around her forearms and lower legs which, while being light enough that she can continue to move at frightening speeds, still serves as a continuous weight training program and, when swing about, blunt force weapons.
Two HandsJun’s two kusarigama, these are generally her preferred way of dealing with an opponent with key modifications instead of the traditional style. The blades on each sickle notably are blunt, instead being heavy triangles which terminate at a dull point. Within the handles are multiple piezoelectric crystals and materials which sap latent heat from Jun, something that is increased as she utilizes her quirk more without the aid of her radiator, and the electrical potential is stored in the handles themselves. When triggered, the electric charge is sent from the handle, across the chain, and to the fundo weight itself, discharging onto the nearest object. The weight, besides being modified to allow for this discharge, is notably heavier than would otherwise be expected.
Distance Snap - Transporter [Awakened]
Jun is able to, as a snap decision, alter the distance between two known points or objects within her line of sight. The degree of the alteration, whether this is increasing a distance or decreasing it, determines the degree of heat or cold whichever of the two points moves to the other. As such, she has an upper limit as to how much Jun can alter a distance, expressed as a multiple of the original distance, which is generally increased by the use of her costume with the inbuilt radiator system. When the altered distance is traveled, to all observers it appears to be instantaneous.
