For a student, I would allow it for small objects. For a teacher that would be different and I would go into more detail if that's the case.

Yes, that is fine of course but you can't pause time and just one-shot someone or just instantly shoot them in the head. Especially if its a spar. If its a situation where the school is attacked that may be different of course.

In that aspect that would be okay. It wouldn't be quite as "timeline breaking" then pausing and going back. 5 seconds would still be fine but you would not be able to "control" another character while you are in this seconds of pause. You cant use it to harm another student
