Role: Support; Increases the duration and strength of all support effects, such as reflect, protect morning sun, removal of status effects.
Region: Kalos
Trainer Class: Elite Four Champion - Kalos Region “Status Master”
Appearance:
“So you have made it this far. This isn’t an easy test nor an easy challenge, let’s see how you face what’s in front of you or really, not in front of you.”
As the lights turned on it revealed a grand cathedral with an arena in the center of the room. Everything was higher up here than it had been in the other room. And there he sat, really, in the middle of the room no support seemingly floating over a drop below your feet. He just smiled and you stared enamored by the pale skinned, sharp eyed man in front of you.
He gave you the impression of someone very frail, despite the grand scope of the environment he was in. But he sat with a perfect calm and never broke his smile. It was polite, respectful, maybe a bit daring. Daring you to take your first step. To face him. To face his challenge, but what was the challenge? As you stared at the drop below.
You were staring at him a black cloak with silver embroidery in a swirling designed, draped over a blue chair that matched the blue aesthetic of the room. Underneath his clothes were knee high boots, with steel toes, and black breeches.
A glimpse of a red coat underneath it all. A three piece suit that made him look like some ancient world noble. Perhaps he was. You have heard the Trixie name goes far back. And he certainly was handsome to look at.
Albeit frail looking, his almond shaped eyes were sharp and alert. His turquoise irises were like staring into the depth of frozen crystals, and his chestnut colored hair was perfectly brushed and neatly groomed. Sitting beside his chair was a forearm crutch, but he remained with his legs crossed and hadn’t stood up until you reached the arena.
“You’ve made it past this far, your Pokemon must feel safe and trust your decision making. I have seen many cross the path without their aid before, some have nearly dropped below, nearly disqualified. But now the real challenge begins, facing me, let’s see how well your Pokemon trust your thoughts,”
His voice was soft, almost breathy, like someone who had trouble catching their breath, but it was elegant with an English accent, and well mannered. He chose his words carefully and they were with depth of thought when uttered, you can tell in the way his sentenced his words. While he had a tranquil aura about him, something about his battle sense tipped you off that he was not to be taken lightly.
Standing at 5’5”, 165 cms, weighing 110 pounds, 49kgs, he gave the impression someone delicate, one push and they could easily break. But the stance and sharpness in his cunning expression dared you to try and break him and his resolve.
Personality:
By far the misconception is that Sinis would not be one to want to talk to other trainers, but he does enjoy an exchange of words. And often he likes to hear other trainers and their experiences. He loves the exchange of information and is open minded about all sorts of training methods.
He says the best methods will always show both the trainers experience and their love for their Pokemon. He says any method that shows a Pokemon trust you is the best method. He has a disdain for any method that would otherwise traumatize or harm a Pokemon in anyway.
Pokemon and the relationship between their trainer is a sacred bond that should never be broken. Break that trust and it shows how you would treat another human being.
Generally off the field Sinis is polite, carefully choosing his words, some would say he can come off too formal sometimes. But he enjoys to have a good laugh and likes to see the good in everyone. Sometimes a dangerously naive point of view, but he sees no need to be suspicious of other people. He says it walls up another individual to the point they cannot trust another person.
He’s compassionate and kind, and very respectful. Which is quite the opposite someone would get from his upbringing. Considering there is quite some money behind the Trixie name. A very wealthy and expensive name you would think that he would be the type of person to rub it into other people’s faces. But he says he has faced enough adversity in his life to know that is no way to treat other people.
On the battlefield Sinis is a completely different beast, he is skilled in able to throwing skills and abilities together. Being dubbed the Status Master in his Elite Four role. He focuses on conditions and ailments, debuffs, and buffs in order to gain the advantage and victory.
He can be crafty and cunning in battle, but overall doesn’t push his Pokemon beyond their means. No need to expand their energy for selfish reasons.
Mostly a gentle and easy going soul. It can be his downfall because he so easily trust people, who can so easily in turn betray him or manipulate him. A naive position he is aware of, but not one he is willing to change.

I am not going to lie, I have the backing of a family name and I can get you anything in the Pokemarts for a steep discount. Since my family owns a factory at least two other regions than the Kalos region. All I need to do is drop my name and you’ll watch the price go down to dirt cheap or for nothing at all. But please don’t take that as any sign that I am better than anyone. I am just….luckier than some to have grown up in a wealthy situation.
Persuasion -
Is a little different than bargaining. One is for money and the other is to make people do the things they don’t necessarily want against their prior motivations. Being the way it is growing up in the family estate has allowed him to learn how to talk and pick up the cues of a socialite one of them being to persuade other people to do things they don’t necessarily want to do against their better judgment or current motivations. Not a skill he is proud to have, but at least it is useful.
Cooking -
While I may not be able to set up a camp very well -nervously looks away- I had to learn on my Pokejourney how to cook. I had always known how to make Pokemon Pastries, my grandfather taught me in the family kitchen. I hate to admit that when I was small I never really cooked for myself. I had circumstances of course, but it’s not an excuse again not trying to rub I am better in anyone’s face. But when I got out in the wilderness I learned to cook more. For Pokemon and people. It taste decent, edible, hasn’t killed anyone yet, but I am still learning and practicing new recipes with ingredients we find along the way. I am not sure how well shadow foliage will taste though.
Studious -
Since he hasn’t always had the ability to go out and journey Sinis has always been very studious. He has read countless of textbooks and learned most of his first training experiences through the textbooks he begged his parents for. But because of this Sinis has a very studious personality and if there’s anyone who might try to do research to find the source of this mysterious energy, he would definitely suggest starting somewhere to read.
Equipment:
Forearm crutch - I admit sometimes I have a tendency for poor coordination. A residual lingering effect of my illness I am afraid. I am sorry if I am going to slow anyone down, if I need to take a break I am sure Grim and Pixy will keep me safe till I am ready to move again.

Bio:
This video has been sponsored by Trixie’s Treats for Pokemon.
A midnight blue Gengar has decided to help itself to a box of Trixie’s Treats for Pokemon, sticking its short stubby hands in the box and making a rather large mess on the floor. Licking its face with its long tongue, it turns over the box as crumbs begin to fall out of the box. Gengar looks at the box with disappointment.
“Cut,” the director says.
“Hmm, what?” Sinis ask.
“Why is he eating the product?” the Director asked.
Sinis just laughs.
“They are his favorite, he use to sneak into the cabinets in our home and eat them too,” Sinis smiles. The director looks less than amused.
“Can you hurry up and get in the shot, and can someone get another box, and stop him from eating the product,” the director tells him.
Sinis just gives another chuckle, as the Gengar floats over to him, tears in its eyes as it shows him the empty box.
“Rarrar,” Gengar chuffs at him.
“Oh yeah, well that’s what you get when you scarf it down,” Sinis says touching the top of Gengar’s spikes, “Tell you what. If you can hold off eating this next box. I’ll get you something much nummier.”
This compromise seems to please Grim as it smiles at him. Sinis claps his hands together, “Okay everybody it’s time to get into the picture.”
“Aaaaa,” the director screams as she sees the set with a couch, and wallpaper walls meant to look like a bedroom filled to the brim with Ghost. A gastly sat above the makeshift chandelier, a phantump has taken resident in a pot, a pumpkaboo has decided to residence on an arm of the chair, a Mimikyu shyly shaking next to a pillow, and a Gardevoir has simply floated over. While Sinis walked slowly to the couch where the Mimikyu immediately took its place on his lap.
“What in the world?” the director asked.
“Well when they heard about the video, they all wanted to be a part of it,” Sinis told her, “So I told them they could. And they showed up.”
“How long they have been here?” the director asked.
“For a while, I am surprised it took you so long to notice,” Sinis said, while the Gastly laughs and Gengar sticks it tongue out at the phantump.
The Director nervously looks at the Camerman who has turned ghost white.
“Just start rolling,”
Lighting rolled on the screen and you could hear laughter in the background. As glowing Ghost stared at the lens with grins on their faces. Sinis the Elite Four member sat on a couch with a shaking Mimikyu hiding in his arms, he stroked it for comfort without really noticing he was.
Sinis just smiles, “You all already know who I am most likely. There’s really nothing I could say about myself that would be important.” He just pauses for a second, “So I thought today we do something a little different, we could meet some of my friends.”
Sinis pauses, “Right quotes.” He pauses, “Ghost Pokemon are so cute aren’t they?” Gardevoir, Pixy, looks at him, “And of course they love playing with their favorite friend Gardevoir.”
“Sha sha,” Gardevoir says leaning her head back in a moe pose.
“I am Sinis Trixie, Elite Four Trainer, and these are the friends I have made,” Sinis says. A Gengar appears on the lens of the camera, seeming holding onto it. You can hear in the background the camera man saying, get off that. Gengar licks the camera lens, fades and does a backflip landing on the stage.
Sinis giggles.
“That’s Grim,” Sinis says, “As you can see he’s quite the showman.” The sound of the box of treats being ripped open can be heard and Sinis continues to smile, but looks embarrassed, “And also a complete and total glutton, apparently.”
Sinis looks at Grim who has just decided to stick its head in the box of treats at this point ignoring its original purpose being here.
Sinis bends his head down to the Mimikyu shaking and shivering shyly in his arms, burying its “face” in his chest.
“Do you want to say hi?” Sinis asked, as the Mimikyu turned its “head” to the camera, “This is Salem.”
“Bee wee woo,” it cried before burying its head back into his arm. Sinis laughs.
“He’s a little shy, but he is a great companion to have,” Sinis said, “He loves new friends and playdates.” You can still hear Gengar crunching away in the background, Sinis continues to smile.
Sinis looks at Gardevoir, “And finally-”
Gardevoir pushes past him and immediately stands in front of the camera. She does a little curtsy bow and does a twirl.
“Ooo roo,” Gardevoir calls out, “Sha sha.”
She gleams with psychic energy. And bounces in the air excitedly. Before floating back over to Grim and takes the box off his head.
“Ooo shaaa,” Gardevoir said.
“Reheheh, ra ra,” Grim said trying to hand her the empty box of treats.
“Sha,” Gardevoir looks confused.
“Apparently she wanted her own introduction,” Sinis said, “That’s Pixy. I don’t need to say any more. She said it all herself.”
Grim doesn’t mind a hat here and there, but it often makes its own choices of wardrobe. Sinis has no control over that. A natural prankster and also a natural showman, it’s likes to come in unique dress at times without Sinis knowledge. It has appeared in a bowler hat, a top hat, a bow tie, and a necktie. Grim is midnight blue and proudly adores his colors, often rubbing it in another Gengar’s and Gastly faces its own unique special colors.
Personality:
Grim is a result of a five year old not really knowing how to train a Pokemon. They were friends before they were partners, so Grim doesn’t always show off the best of manor. Grim loves soaking up the spotlight, maybe it had something to do with the fact it was kicked out of its group of ghostly pals back in the manner because of its color.
Grim wasn’t raised with strict rules or obedience and it sort of does what it wants. But will always have Sinis back. Grim would never abandoned Sinis and always will be there for him, because Sinis was always there for him.
Grim’s a glutton and a show off, it’s boastful. Likes to pull childish pranks on other Pokemon, but has some self discipline. As Sinis has matured Grim knows when he has crossed the line in his antics and all it needs to be said is often a look Sinis gives Grim.
Sinis would never harm his Pokemon, he never yells at them, but they somehow know when enough is enough and Sinis has had enough of them doing something they really shouldn’t.
How You Met:
Sinis was born a very sick child, he was bedridden most of his early life and that’s where he met a wandering Gastly. It seemed a group of ghost had taken residence in the family basement no longer used by the family, long forgotten by great great great grandchildren. Grim was shooed out of his clan of other Gastly’s because of his color and Sinis unable to play with other children due to physical exertion and sickness ended up being entertained by Grim.
They would play games together, Grim often being able to manipulate toys around the room helped Sinis cope with illness and not being able to play with a lot of other kids. Sinis would read the Gastly lots of books, some of his favorite bedtime stories and the pair would often sleep together. When Sinis condition worsened and didn’t get any better the pair was separated when his parents shooed Grim out of their home.
Sinis condition never really improved, and his health was failing him at a very young age. Sometime when he was nine and left alone for a few hours, wandering the house when he shouldn’t have to get to the family library he fainted near the steps and nearly went sailing down them, to his surprise Grim came to his rescue.
The friendship they had created over the three four years they knew each other had Grim sense he was in danger, Happy to be reunited with its friend Grim turned into a Haunter and helped Sinis back to his room carrying him to safely. Grim from then was able to stay and would later go on Sinis’ journey to become a strong trainer. Despite his parents best wishes.
Pixy is a beacon of radiant beauty that no other Gardevoir can match. Or she likes to think so. She likes to prom her hair properly, and make sure that she stays extra shiny and beautiful for when it is her turn o the spotlight. She walks with a grace and an elegant sass about her, and can be honestly jealous of any other female Pokemon that may challenge her on her beauty. Pixy doesn’t allow any other products on her than a floral scented perform she adores.
Personality:
Pixy adores the spotlight, she will get any chance she can to being in the spotlight. More so than Grim. She poses adorably, she shines when she has to, she dances and floats in the air to garner any attention. She is overprotective of Sinis, not just strongly bonded to him, but overtly protective and doesn’t let anyone get near or touch him sometimes he has to tell her it’s all okay.
She’s actually afraid of other men beside Sinis, and doesn’t like when they are near her. She often will levitate them away from her if they draw too near. Pixy spends every wake minute making sure that she is well groomed. If she is not in a battle then you will definitely see her working on her looks, her poses, and her stances.
She’s not all that bad, she is very nurturing and mothering to baby Pokemon and will help them out with a kind and compassionate side to her. She also doesn’t mind other female Pokemon asking her for beauty tips. She’s always looking for her next little sister.
She is also very grateful and works well with Grim for the things he has done for her. She can be humble when she wants to be. But Sinis thinks she is seeking something that Grim seeks as well to be adored when they weren’t wanted and weren’t adored, and that’s why they get along so well.
How You Met:
Pixy was not actually originally his Pokemon and he met Pixy when she was a Kirila. He has no stories of her upbringing and him coming together, but Pixy was rescued by Grim, and then him later on. Pixy was originally a well known Pokemon, a Ralts/Kirlia with a Pokemon Coordinator Stacy Bloom. Kirilia was often side by by Miss. Bloom on stage.
And it was said that both the Coordinator and Kirilia could go far. No one ever mentions what happened backstage though because no one was witness to it. Stacy use to heavily criticize Kirilia, hurting her feelings and being mean spirited by telling her that she had to be better and get better. That she failed at her step work. Or she wasn’t even as pretty as her rival competitors Ninetail.
Kirilia was very sad by these hurtful comments, all she ever wanted to do was make Stacy happy. Kirilia desperately worked to be better and better and better per Stacy’s requirements. But she felt like she were too ugly or not good enough for her trainer. Who seemed to only yell at her. Kirilia wanted to be pretty like all the rest of the Pokemon on the stage and would wear herself out practicing to make Stacy love her.
It is said she would dance to her feet bled, and were worn out, and she could no longer walk back to Stacy’s home. And that’s how she met Sinis and Grim. A Haunter at the time they saw the limping Kirilia and immediately came to its rescue. Healing it’s feet Sinis smiled so wonderfully at Kirilia in a way Stacy never smiled at her.
His heart was so warm, she had never experienced such compassion before. Kirilia became infatuated with the odd trio of Pokemon. But alas she had to go back to her real Trainer, head hung low. Sinis offered to go with her. Stacy wasn’t too happy Kirilia showed up late and with another trainer. Sinis told her of the story of her poor little Pokemons’ feet and Stacy just scoffed.
“What do you know what it is like to be a coordinator, why don’t you go play in a gym where you belong,” she snuffed at him.
Sinis and Grim left Kirilia, and told her it would be okay. When they left, Stacy only berated her more. Frustrated, hurt and no longer wanting to be with Stacy she ran away to find the kind trainer who smiled at her and rescued her from her tormented heart. When she found him, she begged him to take her. She wanted him to understand.
Sinis did in his own way. Confronting Stacy about Kirilia running away, Stacy only glared, “because she’s too pathetic of a Pokemon, have her if you want.”
Sinis took that as a release of Kirilia to him. While Grim snuck off to pull a spooky and scary prank for Stacy because to Grim it deserve her right.
Salem’s rag seems always clean, it has allowed Sinis to clean its rag as long as it has something else to hide in. That being a blanket or something. It is shown that Salem’s rag is well taken care of treated with special care to make sure that it continues to look as new as possible. Even sewn up where it rips and the colors are always renewed. Salem appreciates this, another Mimikyu might not, but Salem adores the attention that Sinis gives it. And is glad that Sinis respects its desire not to be seen. This one seems very particular of not being seen.
Personality:
Salem is very shy and prefers to hide behind Sinis whenever it can, or sometimes inside his cloak under its rag. Sinis doesn’t mind and often treats it more tenderly than his other Pokemon. Not to say Sinis treats his Pokemon without kindness, but he tends to treat Salem like it’s a small child because that’s exactly what it can be sometimes.
Easily frightened and timid it uses Grim and Pixy as shields to protect itself from new encounters that might frighten it. Pixy and Grim in that sense are sometimes more often like a big brother and sister that must protect it. Despite Salem being extremely strong itself.
Salem does though enjoy making new friends, and enjoys playdates with its new friends. But has a tendency of scaring them off when they do something it doesn’t like. Usually like not sharing a toy or food that it wants. But it plays innocent afterward even if it instigated the terror.
Salem doesn’t really like to share its toys with other Pokemon, but will share if it wants to. You just have to learn when to take when it gives and not steal when it hasn’t. Salem has a habit of collecting dolls for some reason unbeknownst to even Sinis. They are often ugly looking, ragged, cloth dolls, that are more creepy to play with then they are cut. But Salem likes them.
How You Met:
The first time Salem and Sinis met would not have been something Sinis would have remembered. He was but a very small baby at the time and had accidentally had a glimpse of it when it was not covered. Which would be the origins of the mysterious illness that plagued him as a child and has residual lingering effects.
Salem us to be, though not captured or owned, his aunts playmate. It had been hiding in the family basement for years, until it stumbled upon a young girl with her Pikachu. Jealous of the attention the girl gave her Pikachu, it dressed in its rag to gain her affection over the Pikachu.
She use to play with Salem, but didn’t really view it as a friend. Instead they had tea parties, but it evidently was plotting against Pikachu. His aunt eventually, years ago, left on her Pokemon journey leaving Salem alone in the house with a family of other ghost Pokemon in the basement.
It eventually sought a new friend, but Sinis’ sister didn’t want to play with it, considering it creepy rather than cute, and his brother definitely didn’t want to play with it. When Sinis was a baby and brought home, Salem originally intentions was to be friends with this baby. Grabbing for its rag, Sinis actually glanced at it without its rag.
Afraid that this new child would hate him, it hid for awhile. Feeling bad that it had indeed made the boy very sick. But also very sad that the boy accepted and made friends with the Gastly.
Eventually it decided that it come out of the shadows before the boy went on its journey. If it proved it was a good Pokemon, surely it would be forgiven for making the boy very sick and feeble.
The journey is over for many, but maybe not the adventure. You’re no longer a young trainer looking to be a Master trainer. You’ve already achieved that success in some way or another. You’re no longer struggling to be crowned Champion. You’ve achieved so much and the next generation looks up to you. To become the next Master trainer.
There’s nothing left for you to do, but test the next generation. To help them rise, grow, become stronger than you. Or is there?
One night, as you were sleeping peaceful in the region you reside, a storm brew all over the Pokeverse. The sky turned purple, with violent thunder and lighting that shook the very earth you stood on. When the lighting struck the ground it turned it black and began to form strange crystals.
Now all the Pokemon regions are turning black, and experiences more and more frequent violent storms. These storms make Pokemon violent, and the more wild Pokemon are near these shiny crystals they turn black. Wild Pokemon are becoming corrupted, and the balance of Pokeworld is threatened by this darkness that seems to have no origin.
People are starting to call it Shin'en Ken Shō [Abyssal Energy] and someone needs to put a stop to this madness. That person being you. Just because the journey has ended, doesn’t mean the adventure stops.
The RP
Five to six trainers with experience have been called to stop the Abyssal Energy from spreading further. The energy has already taken up a number of regions and turning Pokemon black. These experienced trainers job is to reclaim the regions with each other and their Pokemon at their side, by purifying each region.
By fighting Chroma, new Pokemon that appear out of purple crystals that are growing in the regions, these Chroma allow you to destroy the heart of abyssal energy in each region. The secondary goal is to figure out why this happening, and stop it for good.
You will fight like the anime, telling your Pokemon to dodge, and you the trainer may have to fight yourself at times fending off foes while your Pokemon battles with others.
Will you be able to stop the Abyssal Energy and survive all of Pokeverse? Play and find out.

While I do not expect fast sheets, like the rest of us hammered out our sheets in the span of a few days. I do expect communication. You didn't join the Discord first time, claiming you were distracted, fair. But the second time you were reminded you still didn't come into the discord.
I usually expect a fair bit of communication. I do not expect people to post fast or be fast, but I do expect people to communicate. And I will give you the benefit of thanksgiving, you have not actually asked me questions, have not come directly to me, or spoken ith me. Or even communicated your business.
This looks fairly poor on you and makes me worried about the state of your IC posting and whether or not you would drop out of this RP unexpectedly. With that said, I have reserved the role for you for at least 3 days, and you failed to communicate. The role has now been taken by
who is Accepted with her second. She has taken the combat role. Once she gets a theme for her character.
Thank you for showing interest. And hopefully we can RP together in the future. It was not your pace that worried me, but the lack of communication. My apologies. I was certainly looking forward to working with you.
