Zi glanced back in Richter's direction. "Wake her up. We're almost there." He ordered quietly, careful not to wake Bee himself. He didn't like waking her up, so he would just make Richter do it. It was a passive form of showing his dislike for the junior, but it still was a form of it. He turned back to facing forward, giving the driver a look as the sunroof seemed to open of its own accord. The driver apologized and closed it quickly, meanwhile unbalancing the bird but not letting it inside the car.
Deaik stood there, staring at his darkened phone. He hadn't failed! The shapeshifter had interfered! He shook his head, heading home.
